Quick and easy!! Couldn't ask for more! Spent 10 minutes max getting my inspection done! Definitely recommend

The reason I am giving one star is due to the fact on my visit today, 6/29/20, their employee was in my vehicle with his mask down beneath his nose. I don't know you. I don't know your sanitation practices or if someone in your home is sick. During a pandemic where your business has signage up requiring face coverings by customers and employees, I would hope that the employees should be at least held to a standard of wearing a mask properly. This is my personal space and I don't feel it was given much respect seeing the current state of affairs. It was a quick inspection, on a positive note. read more

These people are crooks. They are charging $18.00 for a 7,00 inspection.As of March 1 the county tax office is collecting the $7.50 fee that inspection stations used to collect. There have been numerous complaints with the tax office. read more

I should have heeded the reviews. I arrived and the worker told me that their "system" is down. But he did offer to give me directions to their other store 10 miles away and give me a coupon. However, I wanted to stay on that street. And went across the street to Firestone. I'm sooo glad I did. Firestone only charged $7. They told me Inspection Station charges $18. Whew!!! What a savings! Don't ever come to this location. If I could put lass than 1 star I would. The inspector that was on duty was completely rude and showed no empathy. I waited 45 minutes in line since there were others getting inspections, which wasn't the issue. But what ultimately caused the issue, was the inspector told me that the 1st due inspection location agent I worked with lied to me and that if I wanted him to do the inspection he would charge me another $20. My car had an issue that I fixed within 1 day, and I was told I could take it to any Official Inspection Station to be fixed within 15 days. Long story short, I ended up taking my service to Jiffy Lube down the street who passed me for the inspection and told me the fee is only $7! That means I was overcharged for the inspection at the 1st place. And the new location would've charged me an extra $20 when it is really only $7. I am reporting both locations to the BBB and I am disputing the $20 with my bank. Never going back to ANY of these shady places. read more

Despite the previous reviews I had a positive experience at this location. The fee was 18.00 which I didn't feel was an issue for a once a year deal. Damien was prompt and very friendly. read more

The guy working said the credit card machine was out & are only taking cash. So I told him well I just put my money in the bank. How much will it be? Is $20 ok? Now looking back I shouldn't have ask that. But the guy said it's exactly $20. So when I left & got my receipt in my email it says my total was $15.50. No ois charge or anything. First time I went to this place and after the inspection the guy tells me its $19. I know the state fee is only $14.50. The guy told me it was a mandatory $4.50 OIS fee that they charge. Never have I ever paid more that the state required amount. After doing some research I found that this is actually some kind of warranty/discount program they offer. Yet they make you pay it. I will never visit this place again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. read more

Your site states "9 Minute Inspection". This is clearly a lie. I've tried for 3 days to get my car inspected. On the first day, I visited your Nacogdoches location which clearly states open till 6pm - it was closed at 1pm. On the second day, I visited your location on Nakoma on my lunch break, once again it was also closed. Call me a fool, but today I called the main office to confirm that the Pat Booker location will be open today. Once I arrived I waited behind a single client for 15 minutes only to find that I could not be helped because "the computer was updating". I than drove to the closes oil change establishment and was finished with inspection paper in hand in less than 15 minutes - drive time included. It is clearly a waste of time to even try to use your business - everyone offers this service and they do it in a timely fashion. This business serves no purpose, it is a wonder it continues to exist at all. I will re-tell this story until all of those stupid looking, poorly designed, and mismanaged building have all disappeared. read more

The service at this station was horrible. The 9min inspection was nonexistent at this place. It took 20-25mins per car and the inspector takes your car for a joy ride around the parking lot. Never coming to this place again. Also when I wait close to 2 hrs the dude puts a back in 5 min sign, REALLY?!?!?!? read more

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They made an error on my inspection and gave me a hard time about it. Wanted me to drive back to their location to fix the issue and not resolve it over the phone with the DMV. Claimed it was a limitation with their software.
