My organization recently hosted an all day event at Offix Edge for our partners in the Bay Area. The owner, Tom, went above and beyond to get us set up and to make us feel at home during our time there. He sourced extra chairs, brought in a projector, and had the event space set up when we arrived. The space was perfect! We took advantage of the kitchen to provide coffee and refreshments to our guests. We appreciated the easy wifi access. Great spot! I reserved the conference room here to conduct some interviews. What a great find! The location was perfect because we had people coming in from North South and East - and didn't have to hassle with crazy parking fees and traffic in the Financial District. The facility was also really nice - very clean, bright, the conference room had a wide-screen TV so we could skype another person into the interview, and the owner, Tom, couldn't have been nicer, helping us get a couple copies, preparing coffee, and greeting our interviewees. This is a review for the workspace - it's the best! I regularly use the per-hour office space and it's a fantastic place to work. Quiet, comfortable desks and chairs, super clean, free coffee, nice kitchen, very friendly manager.The price per hour is very affordable, especially if you buy the package, and well worth the cost. I normally work at home, but I get so much more done when I work here because there are no distractions. There is ample free street parking around here, lots of yummy Chinese restaurants, banks and a Safeway across the street. Love OffixEdge! read more

Tom just emailed me a long email calling us dishonest again and telling me I did not want to pay the bill (UNTRUE). He suddenly increased the rate of service when he found out how desperately we needed the service and he DID NOT get the job done. We however paid him in FULL promptly and he is still complaining and making excuses about how hard the job was which by the way was not completed. read more

I almost do not want to write a review as I feel like I've found a hidden gem, but from the reviews it is clear Offix Edge is pretty special. I wound up discovering Offixedge via doing a search for small quiet meeting spaces. In my hunt for jobs I had a few phone calls and construction was going on where I live. I appreciate small businesses, especially in big cities like San Francisco and New York City. The owner, Tom goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. Although the space is a bit far from where I live, I would prefer going to there than to downtown where it's busy and stressful. The offices are calm, clean and as someone notes, although there aren't windows, there is art on the walls and you can keep the shades open so you can at least see the office. I plan to use their shipping services as well because of how nice Tom is. In a city where a ton of people who rent spaces could really care less about the human being, I'm refreshed to be treated so well and not be overpaying for it. He wants quality people to continue to come back. In my line of business it's great to know about as I might need the larger space and have other needs for the smaller space from time to time. I am grateful to have found this gem. The neighborhood is really laid back and it gives me a good chance to explore places I might not ever get to see. read more

I am so glad I found this place! I had last minute shipping to do, and I was dreading the lines at USPS and UPS. I live right down the road and stumbled upon this spot. Owner Tom was incredible! My disorganization was a nightmare even for me -- it's my first Christmas sending so many gifts; but he was patient and kind and very helpful. He helped with the actual packing, taping the boxes for me and adding complimentary packing bubbles. One package was between box sizes so he cut the box for me to save money! I was shipping to places as nearby as San Diego and as far away as Italy. He was honest and reasonable, going the extra mile to guarantee I was beyond satisfied. And boy, I am! Tom even got on the phone with DHL about the Italy package! Excellent service that I haven't found anywhere else at a FedEx or post office, and that's because Tom makes the difference. As long as I live here, I will be a loyal customer! If you haven't been yet, go! I know you'll be as impressed as I was. read more

I sent a package to Ontario Canada overnight delivery and it cost $105 through Fed Ex and about 2 weeks later I had to send another package to Ontario again, so I called Tom up the day before I was sending it and asked him if there was a cheaper priced shipping option and he said he checked all his vendors and DHL could do it for $39.00 overnight but I had to get it there early because he had to call DHL to come pick it up and if I didn't get it there early a chance of them not coming to pick it up till next day could happen. I was unavailable to take it to Tom early so my friend took it to him and once he got there everything changed. The price was $96.00 instead of $39.00. My friend asked Tom about quoting me $39.00 and he told him that I was Crazy thinking it would be sent overnight for $39.00. When my friend told me about the experience with Tom, I telephoned Tom and asked him if he remembered talking to me and Quoting me $39.00 price and he said he did so I asked him why he quoted me $39.00 to ship overnight and he said he didn't have time to be bothered on the phone quoting prices to ship something anf $39.00 popped out of his head for a quote and he knew that price would bring me there and he would be able to charge me the correct price once I arrived there!!!! What a Terrible way to bring in customers and also he is nice as can be on the phone but a totally different Grumpy person when you talk to him in person!!! My brother recommended I come here. I was happy he did. I had multiple packages to send out and the gentlemen working helped me pick the fastest and cheapest way to send it to ALASKA, HAWAII, and ENGLAND! He broke it down and did everything he could to make it as cheap as possible. He was so helpful. I came back to send some returns to VANS but I was confused with I needed to do, he explained it thoroughly for me and after calling them I came back and sent them out easily. JUST GO HERE. A few days ago I came in to drop a few boxes of books that I want to ship back to the text book company. There was this guy who couldn't spare two minutes telling me what the fees are so he ended up telling me to look at the sign and so I did and It seemed to me the sign was clear and everything so I asked him if it is okay to pay him by debit card and he says yes. So as a first time customer to this establishment I really don't know how to ship things and I ended up according to the guy giving him attitude when he says I have three same labels for each small package that I was sending and then he says I can either get a box and tape the shipping label all together or have three different shipping labels for each individual package. The problem was that I don't have a box and I am trying to get rid of these books that I am sending and also I thought that this was free shipping and according to the textbook company it said it was free until you read the sign. So I apologize if I did give you attitude but the guy should work on his Customer service skills and plus I was just tired during this day. So overall I had to go elsewhere and by the way I did do my research and guys who are reading this you are better going elsewhere than letting the guy handle your package because going to the UPS store is definitely cheaper and FREE TAPE also. i had the pleasure of experiencing best-in-class service earlier today when i witnessed what happened with a customer who was a few customers in front of me. she was an elderly lady and the gentleman helping her at the counter (whom i later found out his name is tom nash) was helping her to ship a parcel. tom asked her if that was the correct address because the last time the lady shipped something to this person, it was a different street number. then the elderly lady said that she had either broken or lost her glasses (i can't remember which now) and that he should go ahead and make that correction. wow, i didn't think businesses like this even existed anymore! tom really went and above and beyond to help this customer out by discovering an error instead of just mindlessly doing a "job". anyways, i too am in the customer-service industry, and i wanted to take a moment to thank tom for inspiring me to take that extra moment to make it extra special. thanks also for providing me with those much-needed fed ex envelopes! i also really love the wall with posted signs and business cards and one of the signs was all about "gratitude". grateful that such a great, honest business exist in my neighborhood! read more
