So I called up I got connected to an out sourced person female who could not listen you could say avenue and she would Say Ave., Street after telling her an address five times she changed the address to a no such street here. Driver couldn't deliver and I couldn't find it and the shipper couldn't find it. So luckily the hospital took over. Sure they have limited hours now but they are only for bad outcomes when you can't normally get your package. I called him and he saved the day So for me cheers to UPS . I was told they would attempt delivery 3 days in a row and then. You can take the notice during business hours to the customer center after you call them and they will bring out your package. Now with outsourcing they could not attempt delivery because apparently outsourcing doesn't hire quality people. So I ll give 5 stars to the UPS hospital just to keep them alive for that one time you need them . Quit sniffling about them

They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. I just made a really big move and Johan and his team made sure I got every single box within a week. Given the distance I moved, I was really shocked at the pristine condition of my belongings once they arrived and also with how fast the shipping was!
