Offix Edge is a great place to get productive work done! The venue hosts are very kind and on top of all the details! I booked using the LiquidSpace app and the front desk staff knew immediately who I was when I walked in. The owner proceeded to provide me a tour of the space including amenities, facilities, and and coffee/tea/water station. The space is quiet (which is glorious) to get work done! and best of all...PARKING. It's in a residential part of Outer Sunset, so you can easily find street parking for free :) such a win in SF (cmon now) Overall, great spot to jump in and get work done. Tom, the owner is one of the saltiest and grumpiest operators you'll ever encounter. I came in one day to look for a package because I got an email saying I got a package. When I asked him whether he had seen a package because I couldn't find one in my box, he started berating me. He then proceeded to say something ridiculous by blaming UPS for often saying a package was delivered even though they did not deliver it. I even showed him the email he sent me saying the package was delivered and he still brushed me off as if it was my fault. Tom is a prime example of why companies hire younger employees. Younger employees are more appreciative of their opportunities and our kinder to their customers. Tom needs to either treat his customers better or retire. It's sad how grumpy and bitter old man get after a while. read more

It's clean, organized, and most importantly, run by professionals. It's a SF treasure. Super affordable to print a 12 page document, sign it, scan, email it and I was out within 10 minutes with a grand total of $3. Seriously. Passport photos? No problem. Copies in seconds. Applications scanned for sending via email? Done. This shop's services helped me get scholarships and grants! And Visas and jobs. I've been coming here for years and have received incredibly nice, helpful, calm and professional service from patrons and the owners. Literally every single thing related to shipping, printing, passport photos, and office like services can be done here. The owner is so, so, so helpful to answer my questions and give advice. Plus they charge very low fees compared to Kinkos or other big office stores. Yes, you are served in the order you come in based on what you need. I did step out of the way while a customer went before me while waiting for a printing job or finishing filling a form or even grabbing something from my bag. Other customers do this for you when I was done and ready before them. It's a polite dance we do everywhere in society and you get these cues by communicating. They have software that will send you an email when you receive mail so no need to drive unnecessarily. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time but just haven't found the time till now, so here it goes. Tom and his staff stand out as what it truly means to be a small business and I'm very lucky to have such a quality office/copy store right under my apartment complex. Tom is someone that if you treat well and with respect he will go far and beyond your expectations, doing his best to produce the highest quality products and services in San Francisco. One instance that stands out to me was when I desperately needed to receive a package that USPS had somehow deemed "undeliverable". After a few days back and forth with USPS terrible customer service, they were able to leave my package at Offix Edge. The problem was I had wouldn't be home till the store was closed. After giving Tom a quick call and told him the situation, he assured my package was safe and we would find a way to ensure I got what I needed. Low and behold, I finally get home and Tom was ready with my package safe and sound. Tom and his staff with happily take care of you, but understand that his store can get very busy and on top of that from what I can tell he has a million thing to do to ensure that the store is taken care of. Be nice, say hello, and I'm sure Offix edge will take care of you. Sure as hell beats the post office, and if you're into watches Tom seems to be quite the watch collector. read more

After 20 years at another place I just signed up for a new mailbox rental at Offix Edge with Tom, and have to say how pleased and happy I am. While there is nothing "exciting" about getting your mail, when it is made so much easier (they do email notifications!) and offers so many "extras" in the form of really useful personalized services (mail scanning for when you're out of town!) I can't tell you what a relief it is to have found them. Good pricing for their boxes (I shopped around before I came in), and finally, Tom the owner is just a really nice guy. Later, when I needed to find a mailbox for a potential business idea, I found out this venue also offers mailbox rentals at very competitive rates, much cheaper than UPS mailbox services. Parking is easy and I usually find metered parking right in front. If I need to pick up groceries or sundries, there's a Safeway right across the street - a really convenient location. Tom, the manager, keeps the space tidy and leverages technology to keep things running smoothly. The thoughtfully laid out website contains very helpful information, including tips on saving on shipping costs, photos of the conference rooms and lease rates (with scheduling calendar), and mailbox rental offerings. I came in due to accidentally shipping a package to the incorrect address which the homeowner received but turned it in at Offix Edge. I stood in line waiting patiently then Tom(assuming he's the owner) greeted me and said he will be right there to help me after he finishes with the customer. I told him my situation and he goes straight to the package! He was very sweet and nice, the interaction was super easy and quick! Very good experience printing up some last-minute copies of documents this past Saturday afternoon. Tom was working behind the counter, and it's clear that he knows what he's doing as he pointed out some text that was slightly off the margin so as to ensure that we didn't unknowingly omit it from the print job. I've been here twice now - once to drop off a Fed Ex envelope for work (seriously, what happened to all the Fed Ex drop off locations in the Sunset?) and once to pick up a mailing container to return a small item. Both times, the same man has been working there (maybe he is the owner?). There was one person in front of me in line who was mailing a package and although I was in a hurry and not in the mood to wait just to buy a mailing tube, I was glad I did. I was impressed with the level of customer service he provided to her (helped her wrap the package, gave her options about the cost of mailing with the different carriers, etc.). When it was my turn, he helped me find a cheaper mailing tube, customized it (chopped it down) for me, and helped me pack up my item for mailing. Why I hadn't realized I could mail the thing from the shop too, I don't know. I thought I had to take it to the post office but he was able to set it up including making the label (my handwriting is terrible so that was a bonus). The shop is very clean and well stocked, they have a "quiet room" (I'm guessing for computer work?) and it looks as though they also cut keys. The guy who was there both times was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a nice guy to boot. It's one of those great neighborhood places with old school service that you actually like supporting. read more

I've always known about this place, but never stepped in until today. Gave them a try because I needed to print out 50+ color pages and didn't want to waste the ink at home. 49¢ per page is the cheapest by far; to compare, printing color page at Office Max is 69¢ (and this the price I was told over the phone by an Office Max employee). Offix Edge also offers shipping & mailing services; I needed to box up & mail an 18" x 24" poster, was ready to have the owner help me box it, yet in turn he helps me save money by teaching me a quick-and-easy tutorial on how to create a box out of sturdy corrugated cardboard (from other flattened boxes), and even showed me how to properly pack my item. Went home and did what he instructed, and voila! Boxed up my item just like that! Store was spacious and inviting; I will be coming here more often for my mailing needs. read more

Bad customer service. I printed something and needed to use the scissors and tape (there is an area where it is all out and you can use it). Owner comes over and says.. 'what are you doing?' ..I'm just going to cut this page. Owner: You're not going to start using my resources for free. ..the tape I guess was the only 'resource' I was going to use. Maybe .01 worth of it. Because of that incident I'm never going back to this place. Lost a lifetime of business for not being able to use your... tape!! read more

The best printing services and lowest price in this neighborhood. I went in and print 24x36 architect drawings. They cost 2.5 each. Which is alot lower than anywhere else, some place charge as much as $5 each . The guy working there is surprisingly polite and professional, he even help me warp and stable them in a nice cone. read more
