Most recently, purchased plantation blinds throughout the first floor. Kurt worked with me on a fantastic price and did an awesome job on installation. There was a small manufacturer defect - 99 out of 100 businesses would have ignored it... NOT Ogden Blinds! After spending a week schleping my broken draw string blind to both boutique and big box stores in search of repair, I was repeatedly told my blind reached the end of its 'useful life' and instead needed to be replaced. Fortunately, I found Ogden Blinds, sent pictures of my broken blind and received a response literally within minutes and an offer to bring in for an inexpensive repair that lasted a mere 10 minutes. I called Ogden Blinds to see if they could come out and give us some ideas as to what we needed for our new windows. Curtis came out looked it over and made some recommendations with various options. Curtis was very knowledgeable about what would look good for the spaces. There was no pressure to buy. We picked out what we liked and the order was placed. A week later we decided to change a part of the order and Curtis was able to allow us to make the needed change. When the installer came out he installed the blinds and showed us how to operate and care for them. He was very friendly and cleaned up any mess. I would highly recommend Ogden Blinds. I would certainly use this company again in the future. My wife and I purchased blinds for our new home 6 years ago and it is nice to know that Kurt is still available when we need some assistance. Last week, while I was cleaning our blinds I accidentally knocked our valence off and one of the clips that holds it on broke. When I called Kurt to inquire about getting new clips he mentioned that he was in the area. He stopped by just two hours later and personally delivered a new clip, and some extras just in case, free of charge. Kurt answered my call first try on second ring. He arrived on time was courteous, actually quite humorous. He installed a wooden blind to a replacement door and fixed the issue that we had for twelve years in which I thought I would have to live with until we sold our home. Ogden Blinds are terrific! A blind needed repair - one of the little strings had come loose. They were very punctual -in fact, a little early. Martin fixed the problem and explained it to me. He was quick and efficient. He was also very gracious when my little rescue dog - who is just learning not to bark at people she doesn't know - greeted him with growls. I was trying to purchase material to change my battery powered blinds to a/c. Was very unsuccessful with the first company I tried to get a response from and then emailed Ogden Blinds and had first class response and within days my material arrived and I got it installed.
