I just moved to the area and found this place and I am obsessed. Finding good quality used clothing for kids isn't always easy but this place has amazing stuff. I usually try to shop sales, but having 4 kids (9 and under) gets super crazy trying to shop, especially when most stores have things all over the place. I absolve this store! Don't worry about the bad reviews, those are just from people who think the world revolves around them. Jessica is the best and is a mom running a business to help parents. So give people slack! She's so nice! I've been coming since well before my son was born and still a regular customer. Before he was born, I already had his closet full of clothes to last him from newborn to 2 years. I didn't ask for any clothes for my baby shower because why!? Why pay full price!? I probably got 600 items total for $300. And I got more than just a full closet fit that price. I was able to buy almost all of my baby gear and duplicates for my moms house. Buying two and still less that one for full price! Everything my son needs as he gets older, I get there! And when he grows out of clothes, swings, walkers, baths, bassinets, bouncers, toys and clothes and so much more, I sell it back to them and with that money, I buy the things he needs now. This is an amazing store. I love the staff and the owner is super nice and has such a cutie pie daughter. They have a wide selection of baby gear and if you are looking for brand name clothes at a fraction of the cost, then this is the place for you. I have bought my 14 month old some really gently used Nikes and she thinks she's so cool right now. They also have awesome winter coats and jackets for kids. They have a large selection of toys and I plan to go back and get the girls some toys. V-tech toys, Cookie Monster, Elmo - you name it, they probably have it. The funny thing is, it isn't a huge store but they have a lot of hidden treasures :) If you are interested in selling, then make sure you call first. I came in here the other day and I was really impressed! This store sells not only gently used clothing, but also other baby essentials like strollers, pack n' plays, bassinets, bouncers, etc etc. Everything was in great condition and SO reasonably priced. The clothes were all in GREAT condition, some of the ones I saw even had original price tags on them (never worn!) Also lots of toys, books, etc. I am expecting my first son and I expect to be back here a LOT. I couldn't believe the prices on some of the clothes I was seeing, so cheap and such good quality from brands like Carter's and I even saw Calvin Klein lol. read more

I have been there a few times and customer service is definitely not their strong suit. I always feel like I'm opposing on their time. I have been there mostly to shop and one time to sell and every time it's the same treatment. They do have a lot of stuff to choose from so that is a plus however if you are planning to sell you'd be better off just using Offer Up. I had no idea what to purchase, but the husband and wife team (I wish I remembered their names) were so incredibly helpful! They assisted with items needed for both mom and baby. Additionally, I mentioned that the mom just found out that she was expecting. They both were so kind and suggested ideas (example, laundry detergent), and what the mom needs during the first few months. Came here for an Amber teething necklace & Tiana was helpful. Saw the exact stroller I've been wanting so I came back with a big truck this morning. I was not greeted. Traci was nice & helped me while Amber (the owner) didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge me standing right in front of her. She eventually did help us & she was very rude. She was acting like I was interrupting her or that she didn't have time for me. I bought the stroller because it was in good condition & less expensive than a new one. I don't leave many Yelp reviews but this place is great. Used baby stuff just makes the most sense financially & for the planet because they outgrow everything so fast! Most of the stuff here is basically brand new or in great used condition and about half the price of retail. All of the ladies that work in the store are super helpful and friendly and I love being able to make decisions on baby gear based on another mom's experience. I haven't sold anything here yet, but it's always my first stop when I need something baby related. I recommend this place to everyone I know in the area with kids. I'd way rather go to this shop vs meeting up with someone on OfferUp or Craigslist for used baby gear. This is the cutest little baby boutique, it's hard to believe it's a resale shop. It is wonderfully organized and nicely kept. I really like the variety of choices and the great prices that this store offers. I have come multiple times to purchase items for my baby that is due in December. The sales associate is always very friendly and very helpful. The only real downside I had was when I tried to sell a jogging stroller. I wasn't aware of the process of selling items since the website wasn't very clear about it. I came in to ask about selling the stroller I had and the owner of the store seemed kind of annoyed that I was even asking. Made me feel uncomfortable so I decided to sell it to another store. Love it! Most adorable baby/kids resale store I've ever seen! And I've been to a lot! It feels like your in a boutique. They have a great selection of toys and gear, and all the clothes are like new quality and cute! I made an appointment to sale clothes and baby gear and owner Amber got me in the next day. She is very nice and a mommy too so I love that she's made a way to spend time with her child while offering a service to our community of parents. This place has a nice collection of stuff. And it is well organized. My beef with this place is everything is close full price. Everything is around 60% of full price, so discounted 40%. For used, that's not really a good deal. You can get much better deals at salvation army if you're looking for the convenience factor. In terms of my visit I went in because I was walking from my home to the library which is close to this place and my stroller's wheel totally broke off, so I decided to go in and get something otherwise I would be stuck carrying my heavy toddler, all of our stuff about 3 more miles that day. I told the attendant there what happened. I went in twice and ended up buying around $60-65 worth of stuff there. Later after pur library visit I came in a third time to bring back an item that my daughter decided she didn't like. The third time I came back there was a customer in front of me to whom the employee gave a frequent buyer card, coupons and discounts. I was shocked considering she never offered any of that to me the two previous times I went there. Sure I could have asked her for a discount on previous items, but they were already paid for! Not sure why she favored this lady over me, but it was really disappointing considering I was in a tough situation and it seemed like she pretty much took advantage of my situation knowing I was very likely to buy something. read more

Ok, so out of all the consignment stores in the area for baby/children's clothes and toys etc, that I know if there's only one other it's busy bee in murrieta. Both great, however these owners are great! They are always buying things back! And they give you a pretty fair amount of money back!!! You can take cash or store credit. It's really cute inside the store, everything is organized, I recommend this to anyone whose needs a little extra cash and you have a lot of baby items. I actually really enjoy coming here for our children's items. We are expecting twins and I have come in here after donating all my baby items to families and I love the location and it is always clean and organized. What a fantastic shop. I was able to lighten our load of baby toys, and was able to find some great gently used clothes for my little guys. They grow so fast that I really appreciate being able to buy name brand items that are like new for so much less.
