Lily does my nails Tina does my feet I've never had a better pedicure, I'm talking all the nooks and crannies scrubbed and polished well. She'd my absolutely favorite and very sweet. Lily- I have such amazing things to say about her. I always come in with really extreme nail design ideas, and time after time, she exceeds the previous design. I've seen her run her salon with such ease and charisma- never stressing when she has people waiting. I wouldn't believe anything negative said about this salon as they are all extremely sweet and very hard working

Some boils opened and drained and now I getting scars

I developed red bumps which were boils on my lower legs after a spa pedicure. The boils are opening and spreading and scaring all over my lower legs. Red boils and rash like bumps came out a few days after the pedicure. It's 2 weeks later and they are still coming out and spreading. They hurt. It burns when a boil opens. I just red about this as we could not figure out where they came from and did the research. I will havecto see a doctor for medication. Using hot compresses for 10 minutes several times a day to see if that helps. It is stressful and painful and leaving scars on my lower legs. Very

I recently moved into a new neighborhood and hunting down nail salons seem easy but not always true! I've been able to make quick same day appointments. Have throughly enjoyed the all out pedicure! Callous-removal, sea-salt, paraffin-wax, extra message and literally fell asleep!! Please please please get this done! That and gel mani set me back less than $100. And these days, that's a hell of a deal! Ask for the works and it's worth every penny!

I called the salon on a Friday afternoon and I needed to be seen ASAP! My nails were hurting so much and in terrible condition from a prior mail salon doing GelX. I wanted to get a regular gel mani so I had some structural integrity to my nails. Lyly said she could see me and as soon as I came in I was seated. She did such an amazing job and was really gentle with my nails since they were in so much pain. I really recommend the salon. I was so nervous about stepping foot into another nail salon but they took care of me.

Long was amazing! I am extremely particular with how I like my nails and I can tell you that he is the first nail tech to literally get them perfect AND they never broke!! I didn't go back until like a month and a half later and every single nail was still in tact. Another awesome thing is that I came in with my mom on a separate occasion and just wanted a foot massage while she got a pedicure and the massage was so nice! I really hope that Long remains at this location for a long time because I will definitely be a repeat customer after two consecutive positive full set experiences! Both time I got a similar design but I'll probably switch it up the next time I go!

I came with my daughter to get our nails done and the staff was very friendly. They did a great job and we were finished within an hour, which I really appreciated. The only thing that bothered me was that they didn't wear gloves, but overall we're happy and would come back again read more

Always a good mani/pedi, no matter who does my nails. I get bio gel for my mani and regular polish for my pedi. But somehow the polish on my pedi lasts as long as my bio gel on my manicure, if not longer! Being right in my neighborhood is a bonus. Worst nail salon experience ever. Lily the owner was rude, staff barely communicated, and they used cheap polish was old and peeling within days. My sister's gel pedicure was delayed because the tech couldn't finish it. The place is dirty, smelly with broken chairs and worn-out towels. The sink to wash your hands is filthy. Avoid at all costs. read more

They cut my skin leaving me bleeding while filing my nails and lied about the color they're putting on my nails (I asked for bubble bath and they put on a brown neutral color). When I respectfully let them know that the color they put on my nails is not the color I asked for(bubble bath), they kept lying saying yes it's bubble bath. After I paid, I let the person at the front know that im disappointed they didn't put the color I wanted on my nails and he admitted it's because they ran out of bubble bath. I'm paying for a service - in what world is it okay to lie to your customers about what you're giving them in return for their money? read more

The worst nail salon I've had the misfortune to use. My hands were not cleaned & soaked, nothing was done to my cuticles & moisturizing. A man slapped on the biogel & that was it. Even the biogel was sloppy! Do not use this place! I've used Top Nails. Maison de Beaute etc. All of them great service. Oh Gossip believe me, I'll gossip about your extremely sloppy work. If you want to make up for this disaster then offer to remove this biogel & give me a great plain manicure. Maybe I'll take this review down if you offer to rectify the atrocious manicure you performed upon my innocent hands! read more

Don't sleep on our neighborhood nail shop Kathy hooked up my xmas nails and some of her co-workers helped with paint. only marked 4 instead of 5 stars because the base paint didn't go all the way to where my nail meets the cuticle so it has this look of already grown out which is a bummer i should've looked better at it. but maybe its a thing who knows. But everyone is always super nice and attentive. Come in for a service they always make room for me any time I call. And i never ever feel rushed. read more

Unfortunately cannot recommend this nail salon. I saw them argue with a client who was nicely letting the staff know that they put the wrong color on her nails. They also have cut me, leaving my skin bleeding the last few times I've been there. Avoid. read more

Very happy I read the recent reviews and didn't go off the stars only. Had a great experience and my nails although simple came out great. $54 for a pedi and a gel manicure. I have been trying to find a new nail place since the one I went to for years jacked prices up pre-covid and the quality went down. So glad I gave Oh Gossip a try . Went today for a pedicure. From the time I walked in to the time she put the last coat of polish on my toes it had only been 10 mins. I was shocked! Yes, I got the basic pedicure for $22, but never have I had my nails done in that short amount of time. It seems as though she was just going through the motions of what they normally do but not giving full attention to detail. And when it came time to paint my nails she didn't separate the toes with tissue/paper and just grabbed & opened the bottle and began to paint. Usually they'll move the bottle around a bit so that it's not settled. I don't know, I just found today's experience very off-putting. My nails are shaped nicely, that's the only reason why I gave 3 stars vs 2. Also including a photo of prices so it can help others looking on Yelp. read more

Been going to this place for my nails for a few months. Happy with my nails but the place is very dirty. Don't know when the last time someone gave the place a good clean. Last week I waited for about 10 minutes for service and during that time really looked around. Behind all the pedi chairs is filth. Bottom of pedi chairs are splashed with grunge. All the sides of the tables and surfaces looked like they have not been cleaned forever. I noticed nail clippings around in the corners. The guys who run it just sit around. Other nail salons there is often someone cleaning. I won't be going there again. read more

I don't understand why this place has such bad reviews, I just went for the first time to get a manicure done here and I had a very pleasant experience. Lily worked on my nails and she did a fantastic job! I was in awe I've never had such cute nails and she was so patient with me in figuring out what I wanted and I really appreciate that. She's so sweet and really took her time with me, didn't make me feel rushed at all and it paid off because look at these adorable nails! read more

This is the most unprofessional nail salon that I have ever been...very rude attitude I went to this place yesterday, and I asked for the very long full set. She then without even showing me the size of what I want, started cutting them all down. I told her this is very short and I am not happy with it..she said oh I already glued it if I want to take it off I have to charge you more..once she saw that I am complaining she then said I'll make it longer with powder, but she couldn't... she told me $30 and then when I gave her two of twenty bucks..she gave me $5 back and then said long nail costs more which I already knew this but mine wasn't long...she stole my money read more

Excellent customer service!! And they always do a beautiful job! When I bring my 88 yo Mom, they are so patient, gentle and helpful. They make her feel pretty with her colorful nails and toes. She relaxes and enjoys the pampering. It is the highlight of her day! Highly recommend!!! read more

Acrylics are rounded, they aren't very much the same shape but I did my best to communicate w. the nail tech what I wanted. My index finger on my right side is bent for some reason. Also, they didn't do a manicure at all. They just threw on the acrylics and after I asked for some sort of cuticle cutting they told me they had to charge me. Not 100% impressed. They're not terrible but they're not good either in my opinion. read more

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

This place opened last year near me and it was great. At that time the managers/owners were great. I usually have either Gigi or Safora do my nails are both ladies are amazing. They are very attentive and always make sure you love your nails before leaving. They are also very patient with you when you are trying to decide on a color (because let's be real, it's a very difficult decision). So it was all good and gravy until a couple months ago when this business was bought and it is now managed by two women. Wow, they are horrible. Almost every time I try to make an appointment and I show up on that day and time, they tell me they accidentally wrote me on the wrong day. Are you kidding me ? You had one job. Also, a couple days ago when my mom came in for her nails they somehow had ran out of hot water. The manager was not helpful at all and did not even try to solve the problem or try to discount her for the not so stellar experience of having a mani pedi done with cold water. The manager knew she was not going to have hot water for the next couple hours. She did not even call all the other appointments to tell them about this issue. So pretty much she was wasting people's times having them come in and expecting them to have a pedicure in cold water. Bottom line, the new managers suck and don't even try to make your experience pleasant, which is the reason for my low rating. If it wasn't for Safora and Gigi they definitely wouldn't even have those stars. If you want to have nice nails make an appointment with Gigi or Safora. But make sure to call once a day up to the day of your actual appointment to make sure the managers actually booked you for the right day. Pretty much, do their job for them. read more

I visited Oh Gossip nail salon last Friday around 6:00 pm for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. The nail technician who worked on my nails did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the results. However, my experience took a negative turn when it came to the eyebrow waxing. The waxing technician seemed very impatient and rude while waiting for my pedicure to be completed. She even went as far as to rush the nail technician in a disrespectful manner. When it was my turn for the waxing, her attitude was noticeable and off-putting. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The wax she applied was scalding hot, causing me significant pain. Despite seeing my discomfort, she continued with the process, leading to burns on my upper brow. It appeared deliberate and reckless on her part. To make matters worse, she carelessly removed the wax, causing further damage to my skin. Upon addressing the issue with the manager, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern. The manager's response, advising me to simply apply Neosporin, was dismissive and unsatisfactory. It was clear that customer care and professionalism were lacking in this establishment. I would caution others against patronizing Oh Gossip based on my experience. The only positive aspect was the professionalism and kindness exhibited by the two Latino nail technicians. read more

I recently moved to the area and decided to try this salon for a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The owner, Lily, was RUDE, unprofessional and unhelpful, and communication was difficult as most of the staff spoke very little English. The nail polish selection was poor, with the bottles being old, thick, and dried out. The manicurist had to add thinner to the polish, and within two days it started peeling off. A friend who came with me had a gel pedicure, but the technician (Anne) could only do the prep work and left her waiting for half an hour for someone else to finish the polish. The salon itself was outdated, dark, DIRTY, and had an unpleasant smell. Towels were worn out, the massage chairs didn't work, and overall hygiene seemed lacking. I have been getting my nails done for many years. I have always been a just pop in any old place (as long as it looks clean ) kind of gal. Danielle has reformed me. She gives the BEST mani/ pedi I have ever had. My nails look great. More than that, I really enjoy her customer "experience". Diana doesn't care if she does a good job. She was talking all the time. Weird. My first pedicure here was a full 30 minutes long - appropriate for their higher pricing. However, Diana now speed me through in only 15 minutes. She was rushing, kept looking around and didn't pay attention to my toes nails. I didn't enjoy the service I had. Not worth the money. I come every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure ($27) and regular pedicure ($19), they have great colors and brands (OPI, DND) and they always make sure I get an appointment.
