I was overdue on my self care routines and really wanted to look "outdoor ready" although we are stuck inside The space is very clean and bright. The young ladies that were threading this Saturday we extremely professional and quick! I love this place. I'm extremely particular about my eyebrows well, because, I have two of them on my face and they are BIG. This place knows how to tame a squirrely eyebrow. They cleanse your facial area to be worked on before, are gentle with their threading, and then give you a little aloe massage afterward. No one does my brows like Sarita does. This location is closed on Sundays therefore there's been a couple times I've had to go elsewhere, and regretted it instantly. Sarita has a special talent, she knows just the right angles. The other ladies at this location, do an excellent job as well, but Sarita is my favorite. The service is always quick, but never feels rushed. Payment is simple. The ambient is great, soothing music, fresh scent, clean environment. I just love this place. Called my normal place today and the lady I usually go to was out. I had this place bookmarked and decided to give it a chance. I'm super picky about my eyebrows so the lack of reviews and photos scared me. I went anyway because this was a brow emergency (lol) as I wouldn't have any other time. Seriven (sp) was great! What the other reviewers listed was true, there's really a nice little head massage at the end. They also put some sort of lavender/mint mixture on their hands which makes for a very relaxing experiencing. I read one lady's review where she said she almost fell asleep. I rolled my eyes like c'mon, threading is painful - no way. Welp, I definitely had to be told we we're finished lol. What a wonderful experience. All the things I thought I never needed for eyebrow threading... I believe I will make this my new go-to place. Courteous, timely and clean! I do want to note that the texture of the thread they use seems to be a bit more rough than what I'm used to but I believe this is also what sped up the process. I did not mind it at all. read more

If you come here just do the eyebrow threading. I've had my eyebrows threaded here before and decided to get them waxed this time. It's been 3 days and I still have pink skin around my eyebrows and two burn marks from the wax. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed for years at other times places and this has never happened. I have come multiple times with very variable experiences from very good to very bad. Today the lady was nice and spent a good amount of time but did a terrible job. My eyebrows are now asymmetric both with regard to thickness and length. I don't even know if they will grow back correctly again I am beyond upset and will not come back again. read more

They know what they're doing but she went way too quick on the brows. My brows are microbladed so you just have to follow the template. Instead the left brow has bald spots and a different arch shape than the right. I'm disappointed because when I sat down she said just a clean up, right, and I was like yeah. My brows were okay because I'd had an excellent threading in Richmond a month ago, so it was really only a matter of trimming for length and taking off a very few specs that were cropping up. The microblading is very close to my natural shape so there's not much to take off. I wouldn't return here because I feel like you should take your time with brows, especially when we're all wearing masks it's all about the brows and lashes. Too bad because I'm pretty sure she'd have done a much better job if she'd slowed down. Now I know that even for 5 star places I need to go into great detail in saying what I want. I regret trusting that she and I meant the same thing by just a cleanup. read more
