Never had an issue with the older crew but since they hired the new people the older lady is very rude! She is rough and constantly critical of everything. Thank you Yelp for helping me find an affordable brow place next to where I've moved. I like how the prices are straightforward and shown on a flyer compared to other places I was browsing where I had to call or search in the reviews how much they charged for eyebrow threading. Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment needed. I waited less than 10 minutes. There were 2 ladies working. The lady who did my brows did a fantastic job. I asked her to clean up my brows and she did just that. I noticed she really took her time while threading. She even had to go back in and fix a few areas that I was concerned about and it was no problem. She listens to your concerns and will do the best she can to give you exactly what you want. It also wasn't as painful as it usually is with other salons that I've been to. Her threading technique must be flawless. I usually find myself tearing up at the end of my sessions but not once did I tear up here. At the end, they offer you aloe and they'll massage and rub it in very nicely. I also liked that the salon had COVID protocols in place such as disinfecting and alternating seats between clients, providing spaced out seating in the waiting area, and wearing gloves while threading. Overall it was a great experience and I'm very satisfied with my brows! My only regret is not writing down the name of the lady who did my brows. I'm usually a bit skeptic of shopping center places but this was recommended by a friend. I have never been threaded before, and now I will never wax again! They are quick, clean, and don't take too much eyebrow off... as I don't have much to begin with. I didn't think you could do much with how small my eyebrows were but somehow they made them look fuller and shaped. And even better it's super affordable! I went here to get my eyebrows threaded yesterday. I just walked in without an appointment and they readily took me in. Staff members were nice and accommodating. I've had my eyebrows threaded several times before by other people, but this was by far one of the most painless. They also did some sort of aromatherapy prior to threading and gave a nice aloe massage after. Rita did a really great job on my eyebrows. Plus, their prices are reasonable. Awesome experience! Nice warm atmosphere and customer service. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Prices are great too, so I left a tip. They even end your brow session with a small eyebrow cleaning/massage.... it was great. I used to go to a hole in the wall in Bellaire but this place is a lot nice and same prices and extra services! Everytime I come in the people are so nice. They always greet you! There's rarely a line and if there is one they get to you quickly. They are attentive and really cater to what kind of threading you want on your eyebrows. They work very quickly but it's always exactly what I want. I've walked by a few times and finally went in tonight after doing my grocery shopping. I explained to the really nice girl named Saizeen that was helping me that I am trying to grow my brows out. She did some aromatherapy first (out some gel on her hands and placed them above my eyes/nose area while I closed my eyes - it was surprisingly relaxing) then worked on my brows. If you're looking for a new brow place this place is great! They take they're time ask you what YOU want and don't just assume like other places I have been to.
