My "cheeseburger" arrived burned to blackness on one side, and medium well on the other. It was much flatter than the photos suggest. Instead of correcting the issue with an unburnt patty, they returned the same patty, now with the other side also burnt and new piece of cheese to cover the original burned side, as if it would be be noticed. My wife enjoyed her salad; her patty she added was cooked appropriately, but still pretty flat. This is a place I can say I will 100% not be returning to and I encourage you, if a cheeseburger is what you crave, just drive a half mile to Burger King or Wendy's, where you will get a much better experience.
