    Black garlic oil ramen
    Lucy L.

Came here for lunch today with my husband and son. For Mother's Day, all ladies receive free rose milk tea. The service was superb, waitress was very attentive. The ambiance was subtle with music videos on big screen TV. The ramen especially the black garlic oil was delicious. Broth was not salty, just perfect. I love the popcorn chicken, good and crispy. Xiao long dumplings were good, nice ginger taste. Also had barbecue pork buns and they were tasty, a bit too much sauce. My son loved his chicken cutlet ramen. The chicken cutlet had a nice crunch. Overall, was a good lunch. It's nice to have dumplings and ramen in Cypress. Will be back soon.

First time here for their official grand opening! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers clean, modern, and perfectly on theme with Space City ‍. For appetizers, we ordered the crab rangoon, sesame balls, clear soup, and takoyaki. Everything was delicious. For our main courses, we had chicken soup dumplings, chicken soba noodles, and mixed dumplings (pork, shrimp, and chives) and that's all, folks . Every dish was flavorful, delicate, and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

I saw they were having their grand opening and I really wanted to go so my coworkers and I went for lunch on Friday. I had the black garlic ramen, chili oil wonton, and lychee fruit tea. They were all good but I would have liked the ramen to have a bit more flavor. I really enjoyed the dumplings they were light and flavorful but not hot so do not be afraid to eat them if you do not like spice. My lychee fruit tea was amazing. The service was great especially since they just opened. They are patient and know the menu. All the food came out in a timely manner. The soup dumplings take 10mins to make so be prepared to order other items while you wait. I can't wait to go back and try more items off the menu.

Came with a couple friends during their grand opening celebration and we really enjoyed the food, service and vibe of OI! Inside they have cool decor and a giant screen that plays music videos. It was fun to sing songs and watch the video while we were waiting for our food. The dumplings are well seasoned and had a generous portion of filling. I really enjoyed the cutlet chicken ramen. The ramen had a rich broth and the chicken cutlet had the perfect crispy bite to it, like a good crunch you hope to have with the tender chicken meat inside. I also really enjoyed their fruit tea. It wasn't overly sweet and you can see the real fruit inside. The only complaint I have about our meal is that the mochi comes with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. This is not indicated on the menu and for someone like myself who doesn't like overly sweet desserts, I could only have a couple bites.

Ambience a little chaotic we didn't know if we seated ourselves or had to wait for a server, servers were pretty nice and helping us understand the menu. Now for the crab ragoons definitely not my favorite, the cream cheese was too sweet or don't know what it was about it but it was pretty sweet not what I'm used to and super oily, the crispy dumplings were pretty good but so small we had to order another plate. Now the ramen that's what I liked more, I tried the spicy ramen and it sure was spicy I would go back just to eat that!

Never had Ramen and am I so happy I finally tried it! I ordered Spicy Miso Ramen at the recommendation of my waitress who was the sweetest and so helpful explaining dishes. Also ordered the most delicious Chili Oil wontons. Get them! Give this place a try. Inside sit down seating is very nice. Oh also decided to get a Taro tea. Love it

I was so excited this place open in cypress since we don't have a lot of authentic Asian food in cypress. I took the kids here to try but will never come back. I think they target American because food was horrible. My daughter got 2 pork soup dumpling and popcorn chicken, I got the 3 meat dumplings which when I ask the waitress how it was, she stated that is one of people's favorite. I also got a seafood ramen, my son got the dinner menu teriyaki steak with fried rice. They warned us about the soup dumplings being about 15-20 mins. I didn't mind that. There was a big bday party there and few other tables. Non were Asian which I should have known this place is no good. Pork soup dumplings were good and the popcorn chicken was the start of the show which was SAD! My 3 meat dumplings had an after taste. My ramen, the noodle it self I can tell are from a package that you can get at like Walmart. I guess I was expecting real ramen. My seafood ramen had imitation crab meat, shrimp, scallop. All were disgusting. I did not even eat the Ramen and at this point we were still waiting for my son teriyaki fried rice. We had probably been waiting for 30 minutes because the soup dumplings had already came out and he still hadn't got his teriyaki steak with fried rice. Ask the waiter to check on the order and it came out another 5 to 10 minutes later. They did apologize for the delay. My son's dish were mediocre. There's no like authentic flavor. Was it edible ? yes! I was expecting if I am going to wait 30 minutes for a dish that it should be worth the wait and it was not. My total came close to $90 and additional with tip so this meal was not cheap at all for three people, but if I'm gonna pay that much I expect the food to be at least OK very disappointed. I did not get a picture of my son's food because it came so late.

Pork egg rolls, Soup wontons, combination fried rice, and to wash it down I chose strawberry sweet tea! WONDERFUL!!!

This place was absolutely amazing! The food, the service, and the atmosphere! I will be back we some friends! 10/10

Disappointed. Ordered ramen and the noodles literally look and taste like instant noodles. I expect real ramen... very disappointed.

Not me, that's for sure, but after a long day this proved to be an incredibly welcome dinner! The soup dumplings were plump and savory. The Kung pao Brussels sprouts slightly sweet and sour, and the spicy, crispy, chicken...well it'll numb your mouth, and it will be worth it. Somehow they've found the sweet spot (not literally) by creating that classic Sichuan tongue numbing spice, without creating a spicy dish per se. Apart from the numbness, the dish reads more savory than anything else. I do wish the dumplings came with either dumpling sauce, chili crunch or both, and that the crispy spicy chicken came with something to coat the rice (it's a bit dry with steamed rice alone), but all and all, I enjoyed everything I ordered and will certainly be returning for the full dine-in experience.

The food came within the original stated timeframe, which was a plus. As for the food; everything was delicious and I will definitely order again. My only complaint is there no plates, flatware, sauces or napkins provided. Luckily I ordered in a place where I had those times available.

Alas, we made that trek once again, because my craving needed to be quelled! We were dining with a friend who lives less than 10 minutes from the restaurant, and I told her I envied her and that if I lived that close, I'd dine there at least twice a week! So why the 4 stars this time? So the service, which is usually mid, was quite standoffish this time. We had to flag someone down to request drink refills, and when we asked a nearby server if we could order more food, she fake-smiled at me with daggers and wordlessly got someone else to assist. The male server was gracious, but the rest seemed to not want to be there. And while most of what we had was STELLAR as usual, 2 dishes were under particularly under-seasoned this go-round: the congee with pork had next to no flavor at all, and the pan fried turnip cake - always one of my go-tos - was also under-seasoned and - now that I'm looking at my photo from a previous review, was missing the accompanying sauce. Hmmmmm. The restaurant continued to be hopping, even upon our arrival at around 2:25pm, and when we entered, a few tables were unclean, which is never a good look. I have a solution to help with the heavy traffic and its subsequent service issues: open a second location! ...in The Woodlands :) :) :)

Service was spot on, quick, and we got our food in what felt like maybe a few minutes. We started off with pork dumplings for the kiddo, which he INHALED in moments. For entrees, we split the orange chicken and the Spicy/Numbing Pot. The orange chicken was spot on. The sauce was sweet but not painfully sweet or thick/clumpy. Really nice orange flavor and tender chicken. So much fun eating it since it is gluten free! Our kiddo also devoured this dish! Mild - not spicy at all! The Spicy Numbing Pot, while a little oily/greasy on the bottom, was still delicious! I appreciated that it wasn't knock your socks off spicy - it had a solid kick, and so flavorful. I love eating dishes with Sichuan Pepper; it has a lot of flavor, and the tingling is so much fun. This dish was perfect with some rice, and it wasn't too heavy for the middle of the day. The prices were really reasonable, and there was enough food for leftovers which we ate later that night. Our only regret is not getting the duck appetizer, but we will be sure to get it next time. We can't wait to go back, and Tiger Noodle will happily be in regular rotation for our family! You can't go wrong!
