I dont even no where to begin but its really disappointing i had a very ,very bad experience with this location my wife went to OIL CHANGERS located in beaumont ca to service my 2011 escalade the vehicle was running perfect until that day that my wife put her trust on Miguel and hes crew and i hate to put it like this but miguel and crew took advantage of my wife.They perform an oil change on the vehicle and after my wife left the location all hell broke loose my vehicle started to shake and hesitate and to loose power check engine came on and she almost got hit by other vehicle she really got scared.She immediately call the shop back and told them the situation the technician told my wife to bring back the vehicle she told the technician that she was afraid to drive it because the check engine light had came on the technician told my wife she was going to be fine so my wife slowly got back to the shop and the technician scan my vehicle and that my vehicle had a cylinder misfire and send her on her way now the vehicle was still shaking it took my wife almost an hour to get back home she literally had to drive back 5mph she was really concerned the vehicle was running really poorly she even brought it up to the technician there that she had my baby with her. In general I beleive that if you ever need your oil changed or any service on your vehicle Oil Changers in beaumont ca is not a good place. The next day i took my vehicle to the mechanic, they did a full diagnostic on my vehicle.The mechanic told me that the engine was no good.I immediately went back to the location and requested to speak to the manager,the gentle with the name Miguel as i mentioned before didnt even let me explain my sistuation, when all of a sudden he became defensive. He stated that one of his technicians saw the check engine on my vehicle prior to service,also he stated that the technician took a note of check engine light on the invoice.So i ask him to reprint the invoice and if he could show me what part of the invoice was noted that my check engine light was on.When he reprint the invoice we coulnt find no notes on where my check engine light was on prior to the service,so i knew he waslying.Miguel became more upset and became really disrespectful and rude. When i proved him wrong he then told me that he couldnt do nothing about it.These were miguels exact words "get a lawe,take me to court,do whatever you f*** you want​", i felt so disrespected because my kids were there with me.Its really disappointing when you want to support your local businesses, and you have managers and employees that dont value there customers. WORD OF ADVICE DONT NOT GO TO OIL CHANAGERS IN BEAUMONT CA.And miguel just so you know i am going to call Bar and i am going to take you to court because nobody who works hard for there money should be treated like this.I dont want for anyone else in my community to feel and to go through what im going through, left with no car and struggling to take my kids to school.The only reason i gave you 1 star on the review it was because i had too. Best oil change experience I've had in a while. The guys were so nice to me and helpful and let me sit in the car the whole time which was helpful as a mom with a two year old in tow. They were very thorough and just delivered great service. Edgar and Miguel did my service and were very professional and fast and changed my service lights, checked everything under the hood and tire pressure. Also gave me a 5$ discount. Also worth noting, this location has recently changed names and ownership I believe, so it was very different and better than before when I went here last time. Fantastic service by a young boy named Cody, he knew his product and applied professionalism to that and made me a very content customer, I care about my old Honda and take good care of her, the 119.99 is a great special of oil changing. I know the synthetic blend is great for my ride.
