Regardless, they were willing to honor my $10 coupon from Valvoline, which was nice of them. The mechanics were fast and handled my car's oil change quickly and correctly. They were conversational during my visit too and made me feel welcome. I did a little bit of driving around and checked fluids when I got home - no leaks and no issues whatsoever. I did a full synthetic oil change and didn't even notice until I got home that they took $15 instead of $10 off - a pleasant surprise! I was having issues with my vehicle and the soonest available appointment with the car dealership was 2 weeks. I couldn't wait that long since my battery was draining and the vehicle was overheating. Fidel was able to diagnose the problem immediately and within a couple of hours the issue was fixed. The price was really reasonable compared to the extreme amount I knew the dealership would have charged me. Needless to say, I will definitely return to Fidel for my car repairs.

This was my first and last visit to this shop. Holy cow, this place is SO poorly managed…read more Went in yesterday to get a battery that the app said was in stock (the platinum one with a 4 year warranty). I pull up and one of the workers checks the size and says that they don't have any in stock, but that they could do the one with the 3 year warranty. I agreed and dropped off my car. About 30 mins later I go back to get an update and my car hasn't been touched yet. A different associate comes up and tells me that they're out of the 3 year warranty batteries, but the best they could do is the "better" one with only a 2 year warranty. I should have walked away at this point and gone elsewhere, but my wife was planning on taking our kids to an outdoor event the next day and we didn't want to risk them getting stranded, so I agreed. The associate confirmed the price of $109 and change. I finally get the notice that our car is done and get the invoice where the battery is incorrectly priced at $113. A different sales associate had to go verify the price and reluctantly said that he'd honor the price. Also, every time I had to go in to deal with an associate there was either no one working at the desk or there was only one person working at the register, dealing with a customer issue, while the line trailed behind him and no one coming for backup. We have two cars that will be needing routine services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) but if this is how they operate on a simple battery install (over 2 1/2 hours in-store and poor communication on stock, and poor cashier support), I'll be going elsewhere to get my cars maintained.

I have never found a bunch of men take pride in the this the owner quality man the latest thing that I've had I had a simple diagnostic done on my Chevy, Colorado although I am not financially able to fix the vehicle. It's got a blown engine when it came time to have the car removed. I didn't have enough cover the diagnostic the gentleman behind the I name Gary or I'm not sure but he helped me out. He talked to the owner and they waved the fee of the diagnostic. GOD is good people so is the owner and the people that here so they deserve this review.
