They are so convenient because you pull in the garage and they service you while you're in it. Nice because I'm with my younger kids often and having to unload and pack them up can be an additional hassle at times. This one was conveniently located next door to a car wash as well and I was in need of that too. Since it was my first visit, they gave us a coupon and got $10. Happy mama over here! Apparently they told her that her engine needed to be cleaned (it's a newer car) and the additional charge was for an engine cleaning. I called the business to inquire why they told her it had to be done knowing all well that it does not. The man refused to provide his name and hung up on me. Beware of this location!
