They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. They were very thorough and informed him of any and all needs my vehicle may have needed at that time. All went well except when he was driving the vehicle home he noticed the car was running a little rough. When he pulled over my husband looked under the hood to see that the air filter hose was not reconnected properly. Not having the proper tools on hand, he contacted Jiffy lube and spoke to the manager Greg and he immediately sent one of their technicians out and he was able to reconnect the hose and he was on his way again. I know it is a simple mistake but I appreciate the fact that Jiffy Lube took care of the situation immediately. In return for the inconvenience my husband was given a free complimentary oil change for his truck as well as them fixing the immediate problem at hand with my car.
