I just stopped here for my very first oil change on a new vehicle. I chose this location because you can just drive in and have the oil change done. They have a pit underneath and no need for a lift so you can just sit in your car and wait. Eddy guided me into the bay and got me started. He was professional and had great communication. He showed me the old oil on the disptick before Joseph got to work on the oil change. He has done them on my husband's vehicle before so I knew I was in good hands. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and cost about 20% less than the dealership quoted me. He made sure to check the tire pressure and Emma was kind enough to clean my windshield before I left. This location has great customer service, good prices and a very short wait. I went here last week and wasn't aware that it's a "stay-in-your-car" service. It was nice staying in the comfort of my car instead of a waiting room. Service was quick and friendly as soon as I drove up. I clicked on their website through Yelp to receive a $20.00 off coupon for full service. It took about 45 minutes to complete my full service oil change (+15 mins waiting for my turn). The only awkward moment was when the tech thought my headlights weren't working and insisted that I turn the knob the other way (the wrong way). She walked away too soon when I had them on.
