He said Oil Changers is very reputable in the bay so I could trust this place. He was right! It was my first time getting an oil change and the team here made the experience for something so simple an absolute pleasure. The man that helped me was Mario. Him and his colleague, who worked on 2/19 in the afternoon, were so incredibly helpful. They gave me recs for nearby repair shops and told me what was likely wrong with my car when I lamented about some issues I was having. Most importantly, the customer service was phenomenal. Came here for convenience. nice staff and overall good experience. However I get a better price in Tracy for the same work I got done. Few things that stood out: I also do not like being upsold on anything my car needs which oil places are notorious for. I understand the recommendations are usually to help us but I do not like being hassled with so many suggestions (unless I ask). And speaking in car language, expecting me to understand everything it needs just goes in one ear and out of the other. Plus I didn't receive a sticker to tell me when my next oil change will be! Another great oil change experience. They explained everything and even tried to see if they could help with an issue with the hood of my car not operating properly since I got it back from another shop. Angel tried to help me out with the hood and gave me an idea of what it might be. Attention to detail and they still have the oil change service card $120 today towards 4 regular oil changes, no pressure for any suggestions on add on service and they check your lights and double check caps all secure. Oil changes are a super reasonable price compared to doing it yourself. Employees are always very chill and never ever pushy with other repairs. They work fast and with great care. Hi, I gave oil changers three stars only because one of the employees was really working hard and seemed to care about customer service. I came in today for an oil change. I checked in and told the guy I put a lot of miles on the vehicle and Would like a synthetic oil change. I patiently waited an hour and thirty eight minutes. The guy in front of me left frustrated. The tech had forgot to put the skid plate back on the car in front of us. He pulled it in and out several times and sat in it chatting with two young girls . Finally it was my turn. When I pulled in he said " we don't have enough synthetic oil to do your change." I said why didn't you tell me that when you checked me in . He said I'm sorry. maybe not his fault but clearly poor customer service. I Will not return again. read more
