Nope not for me. My spouse really likes this place. I decided to give it a try. It took over an hour to get my oil changed, cost $100.00. As I waited to get called into the bay, I watched the other employees in the other two bays. They talked to customers, checked tire pressure, added window cleaner, communicated with the person under the cars, and cleaned front windows. When it was my turn to be pull into the bay. The man working the bay seemed to be frustrated that I wasn't moving forward fast enough, I sped up a little. He yelled at me to slow down. Dude make-up your mine. He was not rude just indifferent. He went into the routine. It took longer for my car because he was being constant pulled to the other bay. I don't know why. At one point he pulled out my engine air filter. It was filthy with leafs. I asked to have it replaced, they didn't have one. He just put it right back, didn't take off the leafs or blow it off, just put it back in and said, "maybe next time. I didn't see him add windshield cleaner fluid , but he said he did. He didn't clean my windshields. They were filthy. When I went to pay, he said you can add a tip, but you need to add it before you pay the total. I have never paid a tip nor been asked at an oil changing business for a tip. I was shocked. I called my spouse who said, in all the years he has been going there he has never been asked to tip and they've always cleaned his windshield. Interesting. read more

I brought my 2 cars to this location because of poor customer service from a competitor. The first couple of visits were quick, fast and efficient. However on January 6, 2022 I pulled up to a 2-3 car wait. I knew it would be a little wait. However the expected wait became way too long. I found out they were short staffed and only working two lines. I am willing to be patient, but no communication, waiting an hour for an oil change and taking time away from me on my day off is not right. I'm very sorry to say the new kids working at this place don't know what there doing. Today is 4/6/22 Last week I took my Toyota a business car for a top off at half way point to oil change. The kid said it didn't need oil and it was full. I check it before I took it in and was a quart low. I got in it this morning and I saw the oil light flash I was right buy oil changers . I told the same kid the story and just needed a top off also was running late to appointment. He told me to go to the back of the line. I went to auto zone bought a quart of oil for 10 bucks and was only 5 mins late . I own 5 trucks and I think they just lost my business with there new untrained help. Horrible service sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to find oil filter, finally found one mean time car next to me arrived five minutes past me was pulled forward and serviced. Asked how long for the jeep infringe of me was going to take told 25 minutes. Second time there, and I thought the first time took too long 45 minutes. read more

Took the day off to run errands, changing oil being one of them. I got here about 9 had to wait over an hour and a half and during that time 3 other cars arrived after me were serviced first. As I'm waiting I'm told to move to another lane as I'm pulling in the guy tells me to pull in to the lane I was already in. Obviously there is lack of communication between the employees, 20 minutes later they tell me to move to another lane. For a simple oil change it took about 2 hours. The guy who changed the oil was very nice and I know he's not at fault but there needs to be better monitoring as far as who gets there first and better communication. read more

Josh is one of the managers, he went above and beyond to reposition my parking trim after he noticed my husband laying on the ground trying to fix it himself just before leaving out of town. He had me pull in and he fixed it himself & he didn't even charge me for it! This team is awesome. All 3 bays were 2 cars each so I wondered how it would affect their averages, as I made it 3 cars in bay 1.... But with efficient coms and a quick relocate to bay 3 care of Gavin, mine was done in 15min!! And their overall average was around 17!! There was playful banter among the crew as they helped each other and that is a sign, to me at least, of a happy crew.
