The oil change was great. They did a good job but if you're a woman they don't think you know anything and they overcharge you without even asking. The guy told me my Hoyle change is going to be $97 did not even ask me what kind of oil my car takes because he was just gonna charge me for the highest oil not thinking I knew anything because I was a woman then charge me $58 didn't tell me about the $20 off coupon that was on the website or online knew I was a first time customer when I told him that I should not review them on Yelp because he said please give us a review on yelp I said I would give him a one for how awful that the customer service wise if you're a woman, I suggest you don't go to this place because they will try to take advantage of you thinking you don't know anything. read more

Great service every time I've been here. While changing my oil, they put air in my tires and washed my front window. It's always super fast. They show you the air filters but never pressure you to buy new ones. How can you not like sitting in your car while getting a quick oil change. read more

Nope not for me. My spouse really likes this place. I decided to give it a try. It took over an hour to get my oil changed, cost $100.00. As I waited to get called into the bay, I watched the other employees in the other two bays. They talked to customers, checked tire pressure, added window cleaner, communicated with the person under the cars, and cleaned front windows. When it was my turn to be pull into the bay. The man working the bay seemed to be frustrated that I wasn't moving forward fast enough, I sped up a little. He yelled at me to slow down. Dude make-up your mine. He was not rude just indifferent. He went into the routine. It took longer for my car because he was being constant pulled to the other bay. I don't know why. At one point he pulled out my engine air filter. It was filthy with leafs. I asked to have it replaced, they didn't have one. He just put it right back, didn't take off the leafs or blow it off, just put it back in and said, "maybe next time. I didn't see him add windshield cleaner fluid , but he said he did. He didn't clean my windshields. They were filthy. When I went to pay, he said you can add a tip, but you need to add it before you pay the total. I have never paid a tip nor been asked at an oil changing business for a tip. I was shocked. I called my spouse who said, in all the years he has been going there he has never been asked to tip and they've always cleaned his windshield. Interesting. read more

Took the day off to run errands, changing oil being one of them. I got here about 9 had to wait over an hour and a half and during that time 3 other cars arrived after me were serviced first. As I'm waiting I'm told to move to another lane as I'm pulling in the guy tells me to pull in to the lane I was already in. Obviously there is lack of communication between the employees, 20 minutes later they tell me to move to another lane. For a simple oil change it took about 2 hours. The guy who changed the oil was very nice and I know he's not at fault but there needs to be better monitoring as far as who gets there first and better communication. read more

I brought my 2 cars to this location because of poor customer service from a competitor. The first couple of visits were quick, fast and efficient. However on January 6, 2022 I pulled up to a 2-3 car wait. I knew it would be a little wait. However the expected wait became way too long. I found out they were short staffed and only working two lines. I am willing to be patient, but no communication, waiting an hour for an oil change and taking time away from me on my day off is not right. The kid said it didn't need oil and it was full. I check it before I took it in and was a quart low. I got in it this morning and I saw the oil light flash I was right buy oil changers . I told the same kid the story and just needed a top off also was running late to appointment. He told me to go to the back of the line. I wanted to thank first the technician for the hood was 11546 there's no name and the lube technician was 13005 they're assistant manager I believe his name is Alex Santos got everything moving it was a great experience I love the atmosphere and the teamwork that they have there. He was the assistant manager but he was in there helping his employees checking oil checking customers in and their technicians are so thorough they show you what your oil look like then they show you what it looks like after they fixed it just a great vibe very fast and have great customer service I just wanted to shout out to them thank you very much and I will be passing on this great experience to my friends ! This team is awesome. All 3 bays were 2 cars each so I wondered how it would affect their averages, as I made it 3 cars in bay 1.... But with efficient coms and a quick relocate to bay 3 care of Gavin, mine was done in 15min!! And their overall average was around 17!!
