I took my car in last week for an oil change. I also had my transmission fluid changed. While the service was being done, the hose came out and sprained transmission fluid all over. This was a freak accident and they were very apologetic. They cleaned the oil on my engine and paid for my car to be cleaned as well as a discount on my service. I wanted to thank first the technician for the hood was 11546 there's no name and the lube technician was 13005 they're assistant manager I believe his name is Alex Santos got everything moving it was a great experience I love the atmosphere and the teamwork that they have there. He was the assistant manager but he was in there helping his employees checking oil checking customers in and their technicians are so thorough they show you what your oil look like then they show you what it looks like after they fixed it just a great vibe very fast and have great customer service I just wanted to shout out to them thank you very much and I will be passing on this great experience to my friends ! Asked for high milage engine oil come to find out they used a regular blend oil and added a $19.00 engine additive after the oil level was full I asked the manager on duty about it and he said high millage oil is just regular oil with an additive ok ? One if they don't have a formulated high milage engine oil let people know , don't sneak an up sale second bottle of something and call it high milage , it's not regular oil look it up also they use Kendall motor oil and if you offer this brand just use the high milage oil they make which I was also told they didn't make , if you care for your car ask questions and pay attention to who is working on your car and what there doing avoid this place .also here is there high milage blend Kendall makes in the photos I added for your reference . I stop in due to my oil light on and this young man name Jesse was so awesome and it turn out it was my gas cap boy did I feel stupid but he was so sweet and told me how I could see that. And he justed I get a new gas cap which i did but lite still on but was told it will reset it self. I told Jesse that i would be back to have both cars to have the oil change. He was so great and very friendly and so helpful with me especially as I'm 74 he was so kind. Just a wonderful young man. The annoying "Maintenance Required" message come up on my Prius' display. So I went to "Pro Lube Oil Change Center" for the first time to have my oil changed. The guy who was going to change my synthetic oil examined the dip stick and said that the level is good and the oil looks very clean. He recommended that I wait and have it changed in another thousand miles or so. He then checked the tire pressure and topped off the washer fluid and checked the brake fluid, etc. and I was on my way. No charge! Who does that? It's been years since I was a regular customer here. In the past I appreciated the speed and convenience. A cracked serpentine belt was spotted that saved a road trip and staff was usually good. Occasionally they forgot to check tire pressures or would try to push services I'd already done but the thing that angered me was the row of old gum stuck to my under frame like they stuck a piece every oil change for years. That said, that was years ago. They are probably under different ownership and definitely different management by now. I've used them a few times in the last year or so and so far I'm happy with everything except the price. Even with a veteran discount it was over $80. The guy that helped me this time was great. OIL CHANGERS ON SISK RD. formerly pro lube is the company that caused over $17,000 worth of damage to my truck causing catastrophic total engine failure in my truck that I've only had for a year and a half. And have put about 16,000 miles on... We opened a claim with them and of course they are denying it. However we had an oil change in January, soon after my truck had a check engine light come on for oil viscosity, and when my husband checked the oil himself my tank was overfilled, possibly with the wrong grade of oil. The next day he took my truck back, explained what was wrong and gave them the opportunity to fix it. They re did the oil change made him pay for it AGAIN... but within a week or so after that my engine total seized while I was driving it. Luckily I was okay and I wasn't injured especially because I had just got off of the freeway and I'm 7.5 months pregnant. The truck was first towed to the Ram dealership where they informed me the camshaft completely separated and the main seal blew. They are certain this was caused by either too much oil, the wrong oil or a combo of both. We have also talked with two other shop mechanics at different shops who have agreed with that. We are in the process of seeing if our Service agreement/warranty is going to cover the repairs and we still need a lot of prayers and positivity. This has been extremely stressful. Please please please do NOT take your vehicle or your business to Oil Changers, since this happened I have learned so many people have had car damage caused by them and they have a grade F on Better Business Bureau. We also filed our own complaints on Better Business Bureau and through the Bureau of Automotive Repairs with receipts, repair orders and pictures. I'd also like to state that the regional guy for the company that handled our claim was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I informed him that we would be pushing this further he smarted off and hung up on me. Full coverage insurance does not cover this because it wasn't caused or resulted in a car accident. Insurance does not cover mechanical failures. GAP insurance is also no good unless vehicle was crashed. You CANNOT total out a vehicle if it was not a car accident. These are all routes we have already tried and been denied. Our last hope is the service agreement I purchased when I bought my truck. Afterwards we will have to sue to ever see a dime from oil changers. Feel free to share, this company does not deserve our communities business. read more

Today was one of those days. I bring my cars here all the time. Is it Crayz that I arrived at 1:26pm and still sitting here 15 past 3pm. Usually it takes less than 1hr but I noticed that the mechanic on the bottom was lacking speed. The guy up top was amazing constantly saying sorry for the wait. The car prior to me sat waiting 15-20 minutes just to be drained even after they asked 5-6 time for it to be done. Same for the RMPs. I find it insane how I am sitting here yet 5-6 cars have already left Bay 1 and Bay 2. If you come make sure you don't come on a Sunday for sure. The team worked less together and guys just standing around watching each other. Typically during the week they work together while one is waiting for drain the other is filling tires or cleaning the windshield. Let's just say I'm less than satisfied today. read more

This place was great when it was called pro lube . Noticed it was lacking last time i came in under a new name of Oil changers. Got there at 8:00 am when the opened i was third in line and it took 1hr&10 min for my oil change only two guys working hood tech chris #11263 & lube tech #11134 . Chris should get with the program. Super slow was on his cell phone alot & kept walking out in front of the shop to puff on his blue vaping machine. Or in the office back and forth also eating some type of breakfast sandwich. Before i was left i had to ask for a milage sticker for my window . He had my milage off by 3,000 miles . Also never checked my tire pressure or air cleaner. Will not be back . Terribly slow. Certainly no where near the advertised "15 minute" oil changes. More like 25-30 per car. We waited an hour and a half. During that time we watched as they closed a lane, chit chatted forever and ever so slowly moved about. It looked like they hit the slow mo button because there was absolutely no pep in their step. This was my second visit. Last time I waited 2 hours in 100 degree weather and was assured it was an anomaly and would be different next time. Obviously not! Terrible customer service. First time coming, seemed like a reputable place. I got an oil change and my car started to make noises. I took the car back the next day and and they did a second oil change to re-check their work. I took it to the dealer on the third day and the dealership stated that Oil Changers did not place the oil filter on correctly and all the oil was leaking. So now they refuse to take ownership of their work. I will not be returning and do not recommend their service to anyone. read more

Not so good experience TBH. As I pulled in, I was directed to park behind entrance #1. Entrance #2 customer just arrived. The car behind me pulled to Entrance #3 and waited. We waited. We waited. I watched. The employee, who was working his bit off, was working both Entrance #1 and 2. Entrance #3 employee was only working that entrance. Wish I knew that upon arrival!?!
