I have attempted several to take corporate fleet vehicles to Oil Changers on Grand. They often say their fleet vehicle computer system is down and they cannot submit billing. It is frustrating because one time I was told by an employee there that "system down" is an excuse for not knowing how to process fleet vehicles billing. On a recent occasion of "system down" I opted for the Oil Changers on Park Blvd and it was a complete opposite experience. The Park Blvd location is more organized and put together. The employees all seem professional and knowledgeable. There certainly was not the excuse of their fleet vehicles system being down. My recommendation is to avoid the Oil Changers location on Grand and instead go to the Oil Changers on Park Bkvd. read more

I went in for an oil change on my Mini Cooper. It was fairly quick and convenient to drive in and get it done, however, they did a terrible job. A few days after getting my oil changed at Oil Changers, I noticed my Mini Cooper was leaking oil. I ignored it for a week thinking it was a mistake, I mean I just got my oil changed. Eventually, I took my car to a German car auto shop and they notified me that the oil changers used the wrong washer when they changed my oil. They chose a steel washer versus a crush washer, which resulted in a $500 repair and second oil change. For a place that changes oil in different vehicles, I would assume the type of washer they needed was common knowledge. I went there once and don't plan to ever go there again. read more

BEWARE - CAR Deliberately Tampered With! Had my VW GTi oil changed and had to ask twice to make sure it was emptied and refilled properly - looked like they didn't want to put much oil in... Anyway, the check oil light would not go off afterwards - first time that has ever happened. A pleasant female employee and I spent 15mins on YouTube trying to figure out how to turn it off. The (small/older) manager (see photo) incorrectly mistook our interaction as me harassing the employee and wanted me to leave regardless of the light still on. I became annoyed after he didn't understand or want to listen that we were just trying to figure it out together and that I didn't want to leave until everything was fine as I was about to go on a road trip. Next thing I know, the manager is underneath my car "checking" it and preventing me from driving off as the situation was escalating unnecessarily. For several weeks later the car did not handle properly and increasingly swayed left and right a good foot. After twice taking it in to be looked at, it wasn't until a very helpful mechanic at the second shop quickly realized the front control arms were extremely loose and highly unusual on a new car. He tightened the bolts for free and the car drove great again. The manager of Oil Changers had loosened the bolts which could have easily caused a terrible accident! Sounds wild but 100% TRUE! or I wouldn't be writing this shameful review. read more

They are always fast and get me in & out. I usually never have a line to wait in, but sometimes I get unlucky. This time we had to wait but for only 5 maybe 10 minutes. Not bad at all. The lady who helped service us was very informative & nice, her name was Resheema! She was new in training but definitely knew what she was doing!
