Great place to do business. Used to do all service myself growing up but not practical these days. They don't twist your arm, costs are competitive and everyone is professional and respectful. Since bringing my truck here and having it serviced over the past year my Tacoma is getting better gas millage (19+ vice 16) and running great. Have then do my oil change, filters, change out transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolant, and other preventative maintenance over the course of a year. Also switched to high milage oil after 100k miles. Never had an issue, don't wait long, and overall very happy customer. Love supporting local Poway business as well. Technicians were very knowledgeable, and they explained to me what service they were performing. Great communication. This is a drive through service. Driver stay in car while they do the oil change. No reservation. First come first serve. I waited for about 15 minutes, and oil change was less than 15 minutes. read more

Nothing but nice things to say about this place. I've always taken my car to the dealership for service, but it was waaaaay overdue for an oil change and they couldn't get me in without an appointment. I work in Poway and decided to try this place out based on the Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. I called to make an appointment and was told that they take people on a first come fist serve basis only. I let the technician know that I was on my lunch and had limited time, and he assured me that they would be able to get it changed in time. I pulled in and there were two stations that were both full. Waited a moment and one opened up and I was directed to pull into the open spot. It was a drive thru! This was a first for me as I usually just drop my car off and pick it up after work at the dealership. This place services the car while you sit inside. It was really great. The technician, I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember his name, was ridiculously friendly and chatted me up while I sat in my car and they performed the oil change. True to form it was 20 mins or less in and out. They top off your fluids for free (except coolant if needed). They will make suggestions but I mean it when I say they do not pressure you to purchase additional services and they let you know before they perform anything. They also let me know that they would top off the oil if needed any time before the 3000 mark and to come in for complimentary window cleaning etc at any time. They checked all the lights and blinkers for any outages. The price was pretty much on par with what I get charged at the dealer (I want to say $38 for the oil change for my Toyota Corolla) and waaay more convenient. I am so so happy I found this place and can't recommend them enough. read more

Since I started driving, my dad and I have changed the oil on my car(s) together and I have never paid someone else to do it. These guys seriously give you the best oil change experience ever!! They don't try and up sell you on a bunch of stuff, they're fast, super friendly and just amazing in every way! I get the service card for like $115 or something, it's 4 oil changes AND because I told them I always lose everything, so they had me put it in a special spot in my car and then when I get there there is a note in my file that tells me where it is, so I never forget! These guys do a great job. Give recommendations but no pressure sales. They are quick and efficient and you don't have to get out of your car which is great if you have the kids along for errands. Really good service! You can tell they love their job. The oil change wasn't that much about $34 but we got $5 off when we checked in on here. Heard these guys were good in service department as well as pricing. A friend recommended them and the next day came in to get a transmission fluid change. Took a bit to get use to the staying in your car thing, but it was convenient. Guy told me the price and cut the bull and got me in and out and made sure the job was of top notch quality before I left. The crew worked like a carrier ship flight deck which made me feel very comfortable with them working on my jeep. Great service and great price. Also, these guys know their stuff very well. They Know about rear ends that need friction modifier and those that don't need it as well as the type of gear oils needed for specific vehicles. I'm going back tomorrow for my power steering and next week for a much needed fuel injection cleaning. top grade work gentlemen, and you have me as a loyal customer. read more

Five stars is not enough! I pulled up here earlier, the first thing I told him was that I read the reviews, and I want to know what it's all about! Well let me tell you guys, they are the real deal. I knew as soon as I got there that my car wasn't going to set on fire as soon as I left the business. The reason I say that is because of the crappy experiences I've had at oil change stops before. These guys were definitely different. They were so fast and so efficient in getting my oil changed, they even checked my tire pressure, and the best part, YOU STAY IN THE CAR. You can see everything they are doing to your car. I also ordered window wipers because my wipers were useless, if I had attached rocks to my windshield, they would've done a better job than what I had. The wipers are beautiful btw guys. They even installed them for me, and on top of that, cleaned my dirty window! Not only that but they were so fast, there were three really nice, professional, and welcoming gentlemen there all working to ensure my vehicle was okay before I left-- I was not in any hurry but for those that are, and need an exceptional job done fast, this is your place. So I needed an oil change fast, and my usual place was booked up. I found these guys on yelp, and they had a coupon and good ratings - so I figured what the heck, give it a try. I knew going in that I most likely needed some other fluid work done (transfer case, diffs, transmission) and when the techs checked on those, they confirmed what I had thought. The store manager, John, was amazing, he explained everything to me in terms I could understand, without talking down to me.
