We had to go here twice, for two different issues and we were satisfied both times. They make the entire process as convenient as possible. We bring in the car, Sean calls us to tell us what is going to happen and we give the go ahead for the repair. By the end of the day, the car is fixed and we never have the issues come up again. Both times, we were able to drop off the car at our convenience and they were super accommodating and stayed a bit later after their closing time, just so we can pick up the car from them as we had no other time to do it. Every time we called, anyone we spoke with were professionals and friendly. Even when we had ten thousand questions and concerns, they answered to put our mind at ease. Going to an auto repair sucks--or maybe that's just me--because you never know what's going to happen and how much you're going to spend, but with them, they make it as straightforward and convenient as possible. read more

Smog Check was as easy as can be! I walked in on Monday around 11:00AM for a Smog Check ($50) and the workers were very helpful. I didn't get the name of the worker who helped me at the front desk but he had great customer service! I was in and out with my car within 10-15 minutes. I have visited multiple times for a smog check. Each time I have walked in and was in an and out fairly quickly. Sean greeted me and was very friendly. The cost was affordable and I found a 10$ coupon on their website. Make sure you print it out. I am not sure if they take digital copies. I love they have coffee with good creamer. After reading good reviews on Google and the neighbors app, and seeing it was AAA approved facility I thought I'd give this place a try. Just like many auto repair shops before, this also turned out to be a DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experience. April 25th morning - Drove to this place to get my car inspected for an oil leak. Was told they were busy that day, and I needed to make an appointment to come back on April 27th. April 27th, 8:30 AM - Dropped the car off, later that day they called to tell me they detected a minor engine oil leak, but they cannot repair it that day, and I needed to pick it up and bring it back the next week May 3rd. May 3rd, 8:30 AM - dropped off my car. 2:30 PM - received their call, it was ready for pick up, and they test drove the car and it was all good. They also detected a minor transmission fluid leak which they missed during the initial inspection. When I went to pick up the car at 3PM, and when starting the engine, it was making a loud rattling noise, and the noise was there even as I was test driving. I told them about this issue. They told me their mechanic had left for the day, and I will need to bring the car back the next day. I told him that the engine was making a loud noise, and I don't feel safe driving it. He told me it was ok to drive with the noise. I insisted that I don't feel comfortable driving it and to leave the car there for them to take a look the next day. May 4th, 8:30 AM - Received the call from them that the rattling noise was fixed and is ready for pick up. The loud rattling noise was gone this time, but the engine noise seemed to be louder than before. Will need to drive it for a few days to see if the noise issue was truly fixed. Also not sure if the engine oil leak was properly repaired yet. May 5th - After driving the car for a day, the engine is definitely louder and not as smooth than before the repair, especially when accelerating. Came in for a non urgent minor oil leak repair, the car ended up in a worse situation than before, loud engine. The final bill for the repair was $1238.96 including parts and labor. I was quoted $1230 max for the repair. After asking why I was overcharged, they told me the max quote does not include any taxes. For multiple Uber trips, I paid $100+, and not to mention time wasted. The only positive thing from all of these was Sean at the front desk was friendly and easy to talk to, which was never the case in other repair shops. Having used more than half a dozen auto repair shops. I have concluded that it is impossible to find a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop. Dealerships will often tell you to make unnecessary repairs, independent repair shops are not very reliable to do the repairs. Most of the time, having the car repaired will only make it worse. read more

Youngest sis needed a smog cert for her car so we called this place to inquire about their smog services. The man we spoke to (gosh can't remember his name) was informative, patient, and honest with our questions over the phone. They don't take appointments so it's probably best to call ahead and get an update on their customer load for that moment. She forgot her DMV papers so I drove to this auto repair to meet them for the smog check. The location is located in the 76 has station and there's a decent waiting room (gratis coffee and water awaits those who are thirsty). I would say my sis waited about 50+ minutes for the smog check. The cost was $49.95 (inspection) + $8.25 (cert). Not bad and it's about average for what a repair shop would charge for a car that healthily pasts a smog inspection :) So yeah not a bad place to check out if you're in need of a smog cert. read more

I have been bringing my car here for about 10 years. They do a great job every time, they tell you what's wrong and what you can get away with. They are trustworthy and that is the most important criteria for me when having car work done. They will not rip you off or suggest things you do not need. They all sincerely care about what they do, fixing your car correctly and getting you in and out as quickly as possible. I have learned that if possible it is always best if you can make an appointment (although not necessary). An appointment can get you in and out quicker, I have learned to do this with other places as well. Sean is helpful, positive, upbeat and will take care of you at the front desk. Brent is very knowledgeable and always fixes my car so that it runs so well I rarely have to bring it in. Break replacements, tune ups, oil changes, etc, this is the place to go to! read more

Took my 2001 CRV in for slow oil leak, it came back with fast oil leak, took it back again and they supposedly redid it, but it just went back to the slow leak. I finally took it to another facility and they said the oil pan was warped from being overtightened. They gave me the old one and I paid for a new one, besides all the inconvenience. Wow! I love the integrity of the crew here. I have been taking my car here for a few years now, and each time feel trust in what they say. This time, I had taken my car in to get the control arm bushings replaced after another place (where I get an oil change because I can walk there from my house) told me they needed them done. Sean gave me an estimate that I liked and I told him to do the work without calling, since the other place had shown me where the fix was needed. Sean called me back first thing in the morning to say not to do the work yet. The mechanics saw the area and say I have a few months left before I need to consider doing the work. I rode my bike to pick up my car (though they would have picked me up if I needed a ride), and there was NO charge! Sean said if I come back to them for the repair then I have the estimate, with some reduced numbers he had given me. Not only are they honest, they don't take their customers for granted.
