This is meant for the Northwest Blvd location. I went to the south hill location and had a bad experience. Sent an email as it was after hours and within 10 minutes had a call from a manager saying he would come to my house to make sure my car was alright. I agreed and told me everything was fine, just some oil had been sprayed accidentally and wasn't cleaned properly. Took it in the next day and he cleaned it for free. If they had not done this gesture of amazing customer service, I would've called them quits and moved on to the next company. Just recently had them do a job that took them almost 4 hours to complete, but even though they closed, still managed to take their time to finish the work, and make sure it was done correctly. At one time they had 3-4 guys all helping each other. They are amazing! They even gave me a little bit of a discount because I was patient and waited for them to be done. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. No other place have I seen this type of customer service, and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. They are honest and only recommend things that need to be done for proper maintenance, not to make money. They are well worth the price, and the wait! read more

I go to this Quick Lube faithfully every three months right and have never paid more than $22.00 Today i drive up and I'm a little short on cash so I ask the guy if he'll take twenty dollars to change my oil, I'm a faithful customer blah blah blah but i just don't have the extra two bucks. he's all Mister Fu-- - man and says it's not 22.00 cause my car requires 5qts not the average 4qt thing and it'll be like twenty_five dollars for the oil change I'm like I been coming here for the past year that i've owned my ride and it's never more than 22.00 come on man give a girl a break i have twenty dollars and my shit needs changed hook me up. Well Mister Fuc refuses to accomidate my special needs and sends me on my way. This Fuc-ing white boy do gooder is nothing but a Jag-Off what would have been so wrong to bend the actual charge one time which I have been in here before and the MF tell me to throw my cash on the floor and we're even It may be against the rules but it keeps me coming back win win situation I'm not going to give them the satisfaction of getting my hard earned money for a funky ass Oil Change. I actually used to work for spokane quick lube. its called spokane quick lube and late because they used to have a late stand but it was losing money, so they got rid if that and were too lazy to change the name of that location. if you go here i would be really careful and watch everything they do. they are known for putting on your old oil filter if they dont have yours in stock, and even charging you for servises they didnt do. also if you ask for a certain typr of oil (10w40, 0w20) make sure thats what is going in your car. if your reciept doesnt have something on it that they said they did, they probably didnt do it. try to stay away from this place as much as possible, the owner is a crook and will do things that he shouldnt do just to make a dollar. he has been sued for destroying someones engine at least once. but if you have to go there take someone that knows a little about cars and watch every little thing they do. read more

I took my vehicle to get an oil change. The service tech told me I needed my transmission fluids serviced immediately and said it was clear it had never been serviced. About 3 months prior I had it serviced at a reputable shop and was even able to watch the fluid coming out and new going in. I declined the service from Spokane Quick Lube and when I left there, I took it to a third party to check if it really needed to be serviced. They said no and the fluid looked to be in very good shape. The drop of fluid the third party showed me and the drop of fluid Spokane Quick Lube showed me didn't look the same at all. They also said I needed to repair the rock chips in my windshield which was repaired years ago without issue. It's clear they were trying to scam. read more

I went to get a simple oil change and mentioned I was going to get a tune-up and they were not only able to do the tune-up I saved quite a bit of money. Shortly after I needed my brakes fixed I went by to see if they could be of some assistance and surely enough they were able to fix them. I originally went to the northwest blvd location where Brian was the manager, he was so awesome I followed him him to the division location. He's a great guy. My car was overheating and I pulled into their shop for help. The manager came out and helped me. He told me exactly what was wrong with my car. They added coolant and replaced my radiator cap. My problem was solved and i don't have to worry about it overheating! Im definitely coming back for service here. They told me they had new management, and so far it was a wonderful experience. The manager made me feel at home as he handed me the t.v. remote while i waited for my car. The lobby was very clean and the restroom was decorated with beautiful paintings. They even fixed my rock chip on my window for free! Im recommending my friends to come here for their service. read more

These guys always treat me well when I come in. I've got a leak and have to come in a lot between changes to get topped up, sometimes monthly for my power steering, and they take care of it quick despite the cap I need most being buried in the guts under the hood. If you ask them what's included in the service they're offering, they're transparent about it, and they don't change my oil when I don't need it, even if I came in and asked for it (I know little about cars and go by the stickers they give me) and they'll tell me when they recommend coming back instead. I usually pay for the more full-service change, and the free top-ups in between save my butt. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible service. Went in last week for an oil change on Francis. I now have a leak from my oil pan that I have never had before. I went in today to have them look at it after I spoke with the manager Daniel. He stated that after looking at it, it was from oil that the workers did not clean up that was caught on a metal piece of the frame. He said the problem was cleaned and I was good to go. Now that I am home I still have a leak. I now have to go elsewhere to get this taken care of since they cannot seem to do their job there. read more

Brought my dodge 2500 diesel in for my first oil change since I purchased the truck used "new to me" The guys put it up on their lift and did A thorough inspection found me rear brakes were terrible and I had some axle seal leaks as well as some other issues. They were able to repair it all that same day at a good price. Will be taking my rig there from now on. So much for the dealership selling it to me after the did their so called inspection. read more

How can you call yourself quik lube and take an hour to change my oil? I mean there was only one other person getting their oil changed. The guys there didn't even know what oil to put in my car. Had to look for my owners manual to figure that out. I guess its cheap for a reason. I will definitely be going somewhere else next time. I took my car in for an oil change and coolant flush. I later was informed my thermostat and hose was bad. I was grateful it was all pointed out to me as I only have the one vehicle. They had me out of there in just around 45 minutes even with waiting for delivery of the parts I needed.
