The employee then said, "Well, it's free." My boyfriend and I looked at each other and agreed if it's free, why not? After we left, we noticed a $52.99 charge for the cabin filter. We turned around and came back within three minutes to ask why we were charged. We requested a refund and our old filter back. The manager refused to give us a refund and also refused to return the old filter, claiming it was already thrown away. On top of that, I also purchased a fuel cleaner. The staff was so disorganized they almost sent us off without charging us and without even putting the fuel cleaner in the vehicle. I had to remind them to do it. The whole situation felt intentional and dishonest. If it was truly free, it wouldn't have been charged. This was misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

I pulled into the garage only to be told to remain inside my car on this 90 degree day as customers were not allowed to leave their vehicle. It became apparent the employee wanted me to be a captive customer. He immediately explained the $80 oil change was not available to me because my car has over 75000 miles. Therefore I had to pay for the $113 oil change. My hood was already up so I felt compelled to stay. They then told me my air filter was dirty, my spark plugs need to be sprayed and my wipers needed to be changed. As I sat trapped in my vehicle, this began to feel more and more like a shake down for money. The 15 minutes expanded to 30 minutes, putting my eye appointment in jeopardy. My advice is to locate an honest outfit and avoid Take 5.

First of all I had called around various places to try and get my Tundra in for a winter change out. Everyone stated that they were not able to get me in. I called this store and Jason was extremely accommodating and stated he could get us taken care of. The price was so much better than other locations. Lastly he treated me as if I had been a long time customer. I will definitely bring my vehicles to this shop in the future as I will soon be doing my daughter's winter change out and will also be in the market for new tires for my dad's truck. Ok, so choosing stars is subjective, so here are the objective facts that led me to going with one…read morestar: -Condescending customer service: I won't recount the entire interaction, but here's a part of it... "What kind of oil do you want?" (I'm taken aback because in my 40+ years of car ownership I have never been asked that question in such an opened way) "Aaaa...well...do you mean the brand or the weight?" "Both." (Again, with no qualifiers.) "I suppose whatever weight the manufacturer recommends." "5w-30." "Okay, let's go with that." "What kind do you want?" "I don't know my options." (Rattles them off). "Conventional, I have a Groupon for conventional." "There will be some additional charges, like for extra oil. That car takes a lot of extra oil. About $15 more." (So, $25 Groupon + $15 extra, so it will be a $40 oil change any way) "Fine, go ahead." As you would expect at a Jiffy Lube they bring both the engine & cabin air filters to me and offer to change them...for $60 more). I pass, along with all the other maintenance suggestions offered. Fast Forward to time the time to pay. That $15 extra somehow became $23 extra, meaning my "discounted", conventional oil change was $48. That's not all. They did convince me the filters needed changed, so I went to the parts store to buy them (at a fraction of the cost). I then noticed one of the black glove box retaining clips sitting on the passenger side seat. Later, when I went to replace the engine filter I noticed they didn't even bother to tighten one of them. Juan and Greg are the most accommodating and informative mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with about car troubles. I came in for a simple oil change and was informed that my turbo was leaking ( I was aware of this and already had an appointment set up at another shop ) and with that Clark's quoted me 800 + dollars less than the other spot that I was originally looking at! Fixed it in a few hours and even showed me bits and pieces of the process along the way. On top of all that they showed me pictures of trouble areas and spots that needed attention. Answered literally every question I had about the pictures and let me know the level of importance for each thing that was brought up! In the end these two went above and beyond to help me out and solidified Clark's as my new go to spot!

They have consistently disappointed, I have had to come back multiple times to get top off of oil since and a potential new plug. Each time they decided to put the improper drain plug that doesn't make a seal. They knowingly used damaged products and still decided to send me on my way. After multiple visits back and still having the same issues , they just continued on with the neglagence. Different times just drain the oil and credit a brand new 6qts. For there last mess up, They also do not take the proper steps in maintaining a proper service report or technician comments. I've gone in multiple times and they failed to report or detail it. I tried giving them an opportunity to correct or better themselves but it seems the lack integrity is present in all employees and current management. Things need to change at this location.

Pulled up to get an oil change , they have 2 lanes me and another person were waiting for the Techs…read moreto finish up with the vehicles in the current bay my lane finished first but because the person next to me conplained abt being there first they made me reverse all the way out and swap lanes, wich was already annoying, then the car that was in the bay that i now had to wait for caused me to sit there for 30 minutes, im not sure what was taking so long , finally i get pulled in and the dude on the computer totally seemed like he hated his job, seemed annoyed and just had a major bad attitude the whole time, asked him if he could check my alternator as my battery test failed he said he would, never did lol and then when i asked "hey what about my alternator"? I was looked at and ignored... i think the only good thing was the young man who did my tires , he had a great attitude, was fast, efficient, and did a good job , so overall just terrible terrible customer service like i said besides the kid , they just dont care , or want to be there it seems.. typically I do my own oil changes as I am mechanically inclined, but I just was in a time crunch so decided to just go to the shop as it was close to my house but at that point it would've been faster and more efficient and cheaper to just do it myself. But hey, you live and you learn now I know for next time to never go back to the shop.
