Came on a Saturday afternoon, expected some waiting and thankfully from the time I got there and finished service was probably no more than an hour. I liked that at one point someone did check to make sure we were there for oil change, one of the cars actually needed a different service (SMOG i think) and had to go the other way. Price is decent and around what I expected, I also got to use a $10 coupon from their website. Overall ok service, I only wished that the sticker provided let me know when I needed my next service like other stickers do vs the one they give just said you were serviced on that date with your current milage. read more

WOW I pulled up waited to know which lane to use NO ONE CAME OUT for almost 10 minutes. I saw two guys inside eating and talking..the one guy walking around doing air pressure looked at me three times did nothing...the guy under the cars came up twice looked at me did nothing....one of the eaters came out walked around ignored me went looked around and went back to eating in the office. No respect or customer service I would not go here they seem to NOT CARE WHAT THEY ARE DOING so I doubt they car about your oil one not tightened oil screw your car is ruined. Went to this Oil Changers for first time 2 vehicles in the bay. I would have been next. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came over, no acknowledgement. They were standing around, laughing and swinging a rag. So I left. Went to the Oil Changers i usually go to on Thornton. I've been coming here for years, getting oil changes on my 2016 4Runner and my wife's 2018 VW Atlas. These guys have always been reliable and excellent customer service. I've grown to trust them; they've never stripped the bolts on the skid plates or added insufficient fluids. Particularly the 4Runner gets a ton of mileage and off roading, I firmly believe these guys will in the long run, help me extend the life of my beloved Freedom Runner. read more

Due to a rough few years and a new car that I didn't realize lacked an oil change indicator, I went a ridiculously long time between getting oil changes. I didn't realize how long it had been until my oil indicator came on as low. I took my car into oil changers and although they charged me a reasonable price and did the work which I'm sure is good, I had to sit there for a half hour while the two guys who worked there talked s*** about me and how stupid I was to let my car go so long without getting an oil change. I understand letting it go so long with my mistake, but they could have taken my money and waited until I left. They didn't. What's been one of the hardest weeks of my life was made a little bit harder because of this incident. Just left this Location due to them not having the oil we needed for our car in-stock. Ok, not a problem. However, the person who assisted us was unfriendly. Poor customer service and spoke up professionally. It was a girl a little on the heavier side. Didn't get her name, when she approached our vehicle she didn't say hello, just said "I just wanted to let you know we do not have the oil you would need for this car" Fremont should have it so you should go there. Came in today for a basic service $100+ for a synthetic oil change, didn't get a greeting, didn't get a name, workers were totally unresponsive. Guy was distracted the whole time and did the bare minimum -- didn't reset the indicator light, had to ask him to check the tire pressure, took longer than it should have. After reviewing the post service paperwork, I discovered that I was charged for many extra services like wiperblade and windshield cleaning which neither were done yet marked as complete to upcharge the service cost. Would not recommend coming here. I came here a year ago and previous ownership had some professionalism and quality to it, this is an obviously soulless business bought out by an owner who has no sliver of integrity or experience whatsoever. This is not an oil change location it's a profit margin to add to the list of annual revenue. read more

This is the second time I've come here for an oil change and I will be back for all future services! I drove in the shop and was greeted by two service techs, Seyha and Toni. Both were really friendly and super knowledgeable about the services they provide. They did a full and complete inspection under the hood, and under the vehicle itself. But they also checked the tires, wiper blades and filters, which gave me with a renewed confidence in getting back on the road. They looked up my vehicle's history and could tell me exactly what services had been done and what my car needed to keep running smoothly. I was able to use an on-line coupon to save a little extra on the oil change but either way it was for great service at an affordable price. Pros: Customer Service and Speed Cons: Price TL;DR Great if you need speed, but not so much for the wallet. I came here not knowing that the location had changed owners. Previously, I could get a quick oil change for ~$60 with a coupon. When I went, the starting price was $99 for synthetic. I also paid an additional $20 for a quick flush because I haven't driven my car much in the last year and the oil was really low. While the pricing was a shock, I was relatively pleased with the customer service. Very helpful and not pushy like other oil change stations, where they're trying to push additional services on you (hello air filters). Even though the customer service was great, I still can't justify paying over $100 for an oil change. I'll only come back here if I'm in a pinch for a quick change. read more

Smog test Smog test, 1 person working at the smog station,. I showed him the coupon, his reply? :" I don't understand, I don't understand" repeatedly. I guess he didn't talk or understand English that much. So, my recommendation? 60/40..not bad, but not so good also. End up not using the coupon. We had been going to 10 Minute Speed Oil Change for over a decade and we were always very happy with their speed, service and prices and we always came with coupons from their website that were honored without any fuss. We learned that Oil Changers had taken over and decided to give them a try and found a coupon for a few dollars off on their website. When we arrived, the technician saw our coupon and offered a bigger discount, which was kind, however, when the price of the basic oil change was over almost twice (over $60) what we used to pay with 10 Minute Speed Oil Change, they lost us. To add to our dissatisfaction, they did not put a sticker in the car to reflect when our next oil change was due. They also failed to reset the oil change indicator light on our car. These things were never forgotten with the previous company and a fraction of the cost. Needless to say, we will not be back. read more

Bought a used Benz in Hayward and as soon as I hit the freeway, had an issue with the oil level. This was the closest place on Apple Maps that I could find for oil service, so I swung through on a whim. The young woman who I first encountered was very helpful and the guy that ended up helping me was an all-star. Highly recommend this location. I've never been to an "Oil Changers" because I'm from out of the area, but I wouldn't hesitate to patronize this business. Great service. Great experience. Got ripped out on Labor Day weekend.. They would not honor my $15 coupon, sold with $8 cabin filter for $40. At time i suspect their quality of oil they used ( Vs) Walmart Standard oil change which last me 5000 miles.. while their standard oil last on 3000 miles car does not sound smooth with their oil change. this shop guy lied with the price of Cabin filter, saying it 50% discount. cashier say cannot apply oil change discount coupon with other discount. Initially I was not in cabin filter change for $40. luring consumer with discount and cancelling other discount is illegal by law. I I am also not happy to see small pit shop business being bought out by corporate, I could earlier change oil at $ 45 now I have to pay $70 -$100. read more
