Came here to get my oil changed, Andrew helped me today. He was very informative and had excellent customer service. He went above and beyond explaining things to me and letting me know when additional things were not ok with my car and showing me. Instead of places in the past have just told me and being someone who lacks knowledge in the car department, I appreciated him going that extra mile to take his time to educate me about how to maintain my car more effectively. Literally the worst place I've ever been to! Got there at 9am, asked how long the wait was, was told 10-15 minutes. 45 minuets later, the rep comes over to ask me to back up so the car behind me can pull it, since they were here first. WTF??!?!? I asked when I arrived how long the wait would be, and at no time did they mention there was 1 person ahead of me! I wasted my time there because I ended up having to leave and go to work STILL with my oil not changed. I will NOT BE BACK and on top of that they are WELL OVERPRICED FOR THE SHITTU SERVICES THEY OFFER. the service was great and fast, didn't appreciate the begging for a tip and he wasn't the guy in the pit or filling the oíl or checking fluids. he had the nerve to tell me that the atm was at the safeway. this is the last time im going to this place. and i frequent oil changers. i usually to go the concord. this will be my second and last time i will be coming. read more

I had to bring 2 cars in 1 day. The first car I was in and out barely waited and the 2nd car had a little wait because it was rush hour for them. But they turned it around pretty quick.
