I've been taking my car here for years. Some days you get lucky and there isn't a line, but today the drive through was especially long. Got there a little before 3pm with 8 cars ahead of me. Yikes! I know. Yes, it's a drive thru experience. You stay inside your car the whole time. I sat there contemplating if I should just wait or come back another day. I decided to wait. It went by pretty fast. The employees are friendly, fun and helpful. It's good to see they're working together and having a good time while doing their job. They were playing good music, they even sang along and were in a good mood. It was chill. It took an hour until I was next and my oil change was literally 20 minutes, not bad and a decent price. Oil Changers in Vallejo did an EXCELLENT job servicing my car!!! I called on Memorial Day to see if they were open and spoke to a kind, gracious and welcoming employee named Jonah. He let me know that they were indeed open, and my husband drove right over, and was back in an hour with the car perfectly serviced, including an oil and filter change, all fluids checked and the anti-freeze topped off. The guy helping us failed to get the correct mileage, instead of 40,921.9 miles he input 49,219 miles. After payment was accepted and service completed, I asked if 49,219 was the mileage for next oil change. He looked panicked, went to talk to other employees, and then advised he would void. After he input the correct mileage, he advised that another payment of $160 needed to be made and the first payment will take 3-5 days to return to the card. When we asked to speak to a manager, the manager blamed me as the "miscommunication" with receiving the correct mileage. What should have been a routine oil change turned into a $320 trip. The manager was not accommodating us and said we needed to wait for the payment to return. What if I didn't have another $160 for them to charge my card? Are your employees trained on accurately getting the mileage, verifying with their own eyes? If they can't get the correct mileage how can I trust if the oil change work is done correctly and honestly? This was a mistake made by the employee and I feel like because it was a car full of women, we were dismissed. will never be going here and I will be telling everyone in my family and who I come across not to go here either. read more

I came here the last 2 times for an oil change. The first time was perfect. The second time was as well until I was on my way to work and I heard something scraping under my car. I pulled over to check and it was the guard at the bottom. They had not secured it properly. I had my girlfriend bring it back for them to secure it the next day because I had to go to work they said it was already damaged. I wasn't there so I was just happy it wasn't falling off anymore. I just came to a different shop to get my oil changed and they told me the guard is being held up with zip tie and is not safe. I got the car less than a year ago. Where did my bolts go? I don't know but I think they should have let me know that they were going to secure it with zip ties. This just tells me that they knew they did something wrong. If that was not the case the would have let us know they had to secure it with zip ties. Now I have to get a brand new guard with bolts. read more

Went for an oil change, but as soon as I pulled up, the first guy for some reason was laughing. That set the tone for that whole transactions, cause I was really about to say, "tf is so funny," but you can tell he's the type to argue with a female. Honestly, it gave they only give quality service to white and black ppl. Cause they really looked like they didn't want to change my oil. I was the only brown one there, straight minority asf, that's what the environment felt like. The interaction they had with the other 2 Caucasians were definitely different. For my 30 years of getting oil changes , I ain't never had to give an id, yet today they needed it for some reason. Kind of made me feel like they was gon call ice, lol. but sucks for them , I was born and raised in the bay. I tipped the guy who you can tell didn't want to do my shit, but he probably was forced to, cause he kept sucking his teeth the whole time, and he think I didn't notice that he didn't put air in the back right tire, but being that he was the only one who worked on my car, I tipped him, cause that's a habit I have for shitty service to. So cause the energy they gave off, was 'we don't like to help your kind, ' I made sure to keep that same ugly energy. Maybe just put a "quality service to whites and blacks only" sign so the rest of us won't waste time dealing with y'all shitty service. I came in for an Oil Change today. I didn't want to wait for hours like you do at other places. I pulled in there was a truck getting an Oil Change, so I was next. There was no line when I got there, Friday late afternoon around 4pm. All 3 spots had vehicles getting serviced, shouldn't be to long of a wait, gave me time to see if I could find a discount on line for my oil change. I was lucky and found several. I just had to fill out the info, email & phone. I was able to get $20 off from Google! YES! I waited about 20 min. Once I was in the spot, I was out of there in about 20 min. Oil changed, put air in my tires, washed the windows topped off my fluids & checked my lights & hazards. I got the high mileage oil change $103.00 with my $20 off. My car is running better. Since I live in Vallejo now, and my car needed it, and I had a $10 coupon code, I went ahead with Oil Changers. Their service is efficient, and the technician was very communicative and showed me the items that he suggested taking care of. Two filters were filthy so replaced those. Did a high mileage vehicle change which includes the partial synthetic oil and an additive to clean sludge. I went in before noon, 2nd in line, had to back up and let a mazda in front because they came before me.. i then waiting behind them. a truck who was waiting with me cut ahead and after that i was trapped waiting two hours and the first line got 8 car through. First time here. I was happy to see that it was open on a Sunday. I patiently waited in my SUV for my turn since it was first come first served. The wait was quite long because I came after lunch (maybe an hour). It was worth the wait though. Evan serviced my car and he was very thorough. He recommended what was needed to be done for my SUV. He even checked all my lights (brake, L & R turn signal) the tire pressure (added air), cleaned my windshield and reset my maintenance light.
