They're more concerned with asking if your car is for sale rather than doing their job. Left my oil cap OPEN. Didn't screw on the cover to my engine causing damage to my fan. Still have the audacity to charge $140+. My husband also took his car here and they FORGOT TO FILL THE OIL BACK UP. Save yourself the troubles and maybe don't risk blowing your engine on this place. read more

I'll never come back here. I brought my own oil and they still tried to charge me for using their oil. Not only that, they said my bolt was dirty and charged me extra money to clean it off and change my oil. I don't know if that's normal but I've dealt with cars for over 20 years and never heard of that. They lost a customer for life over a "dirty bolt". read more

I went in for a routine oil change and the technician forgot to put back the gasket on my oil filter. The oil was leaking for weeks slowly this ruined my pavement front yard because of oil stains and my workplace and I didn't even know. I have lost all hope and oil changers from this experience and will only go to the dealer or Jiffy Lube. I would think twice about coming to an establishment like this. read more

Got an oil and ATF fluid change. Was told to come back in 7 days to check the ATF level.... My car doesn't have a transmission dipstick but the dipshit who "checked" my fluid, lifted up my hood, touched and looked at a few things then closed the hood and said I was good to go??? Lol how the hell did you check my ATF fluid level if my Range Rover doesn't have a ATF dipstick ? Wont be coming back here ever again read more

The guy helping us failed to get the correct mileage, instead of 40,921.9 miles he input 49,219 miles. After payment was accepted and service completed, I asked if 49,219 was the mileage for next oil change. He looked panicked, went to talk to other employees, and then advised he would void. After he input the correct mileage, he advised that another payment of $160 needed to be made and the first payment will take 3-5 days to return to the card. When we asked to speak to a manager, the manager blamed me as the "miscommunication" with receiving the correct mileage. What should have been a routine oil change turned into a $320 trip. The manager was not accommodating us and said we needed to wait for the payment to return. What if I didn't have another $160 for them to charge my card? Are your employees trained on accurately getting the mileage, verifying with their own eyes? If they can't get the correct mileage how can I trust if the oil change work is done correctly and honestly? This was a mistake made by the employee and I feel like because it was a car full of women, we were dismissed. will never be going here and I will be telling everyone in my family and who I come across not to go here either. read more

Oil Changers in Vallejo did an EXCELLENT job servicing my car!!! I called on Memorial Day to see if they were open and spoke to a kind, gracious and welcoming employee named Jonah. He let me know that they were indeed open, and my husband drove right over, and was back in an hour with the car perfectly serviced, including an oil and filter change, all fluids checked and the anti-freeze topped off. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they email coupons if you sign up.
