We leave in a heavily wooded area with thousand of ash trees dying due to the emerald ash borer, and falling trees pose a constant threat to service. I'm pleased with the prompt response to this issue, and in general I'm pleased with PPL compared to the alternatives.

I had to ask to speak to a human multiple times during multiple different phone calls, and by the time I was able to get to the point where i could speak to an employee, the pffice had closed, so I guess I will be trying again tomorrow. I cannot emphasize enough how bad this company is. their business is shady, and I have never heard positive things about them. I hope someone from PPL is reading this and knows that PPL is a garbage company and that they should be ashamed of their business practices.

A few months back, I came home and all the lights (and A/C!!!) in my house were out. I was informed I was the only customer in the area with the problem, so it wasn't a grid based power outage. I texted an electrician who was on his way, but in the meantime, Cliff from PSE&G came out, checked out the breaker box, determined it was an outside problem, blocked off the street, and went up in the cherry picker on both sides of the street and made adjustments. Problem solved! Something similar happened about two months later (it must have been because I didn't write this review the first time), and we went through the same rigamarole. Cliff came out again, and saved the day again. I don't know his last name, but there can't be too many Cliffs who come out to Trenton. We have had so many different carriers over the years and she has the BEST personality!! She is so prompt and answers any questions we have. She helps us to understand the differences in our return mail that we don't understand and the little things we need to know when mailing certain things out. Shes so knowledgeable about her job. The entire building here loves her from the other businesses as we have mentioned to each other how we like her. We always can count on her at the same time to be here so we know when to have our mail ready. She never mixes up any mail like other carriers have. She has shared the personal touches from her homes she delivers too with very quick info on how much she enjoys her route and the personal touch she has with the homes and very quick cute stories of the people. You can tell she enjoys the route and her customers. I hope that she gets recognized for the great job she does and the great personality she brings to the office when she stops in.
