It used to be run by some scary people doing sketchy things. Once I pulled in for an oil change and they informed me that they didn't have any oil or any oil filters (?!). That was then, this is now. Open for ~2 years now, family owned and operated it is clean, friendly, efficient and reliable. Prices are reasonable, staff are helpful and polite and they seem to actually care about the customer's satisfaction. I watched them struggle with my top-loaded oil filter cap. After hearing the words "I fucking hate these things" they tell me that it's broken and it was like that when I got there. I believe this was a lie as I installed it myself and did not break it. 3 months later I go to change my own oil and find that they had removed the rubber O-ring on the cap, but never put a new one back on, so oil had been spewing out of the filter housing. Okay. I go to empty the oil and find that they had also over-torqued and stripped the drain plug to an extreme degree, taking over an hour of creativity to get it off. Extremely annoying and potentially harmful to my vehicle. Will never go back. Just learn to do it yourself guys. As stated, they were very friendly as they ruined my stuff.

I went to a competitors place first with my daily driver which turned out to be a mistake. They tried to push every service they offered on me which I did not like. I just bought a new vehicle for my wife and we were driving by and we decided to give Victory Lane a try because it had been a while. So glad we did. The young folks working could not have been nicer to us. Plus they were more through than the other quick change place. I will be bringing both of my cars to them from now on. Could not be happier.

When I got up there, they were super efficient and went through their service checklist. I had been having some trouble with my brakes and they checked my fluid and advised me to have them checked out, since I may have a leak. They also were kind enough to check the service codes, since my Service Engine Soon light had popped up. They washed my windshield, which had been covered in bugs since I had driven 650 miles the day before AND they lubricated all the hinges on my doors! Above and beyond.
