I watched them struggle with my top-loaded oil filter cap. After hearing the words "I fucking hate these things" they tell me that it's broken and it was like that when I got there. I believe this was a lie as I installed it myself and did not break it. 3 months later I go to change my own oil and find that they had removed the rubber O-ring on the cap, but never put a new one back on, so oil had been spewing out of the filter housing. Okay. I go to empty the oil and find that they had also over-torqued and stripped the drain plug to an extreme degree, taking over an hour of creativity to get it off. Extremely annoying and potentially harmful to my vehicle. Will never go back. Just learn to do it yourself guys. As stated, they were very friendly as they ruined my stuff.

I brought my SUV in for repairs, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. First of all, they kept my vehicle for an entire month, which is way too long for the type of repairs that were supposed to be done. During that time, communication was very poor. I had to constantly reach out just to get updates, and I was often left in the dark about what was going on with my car. They also made me feel pressured into approving repairs that I wasn't fully sure about. While my warranty covered some (or most) of the cost, it still felt like I was being pushed to spend more money than necessary. It didn't feel like they were working in my best interest--more like they were trying to get as much money out of the situation as possible. When I finally got my SUV back after a month, I immediately noticed that a personal item I always keep in the car was missing. I know for a fact it was there when I dropped it off. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like you can't even trust the place you're paying a lot of money to. I spent a lot--a lot--on this repair, and to be treated like this just doesn't feel fair. I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I can't recommend this shop to anyone, and I suggest looking elsewhere if you want honest, timely, and respectful service.

This happened in October of 2021, and my car is still suffering from their negligence…read more Took it in for a standard oil change, fluid top off and windshield wiper blade replacement. One of the mechanics opened my door to check the proper measurements for tire pressure, seems fine until they slammed the door shut so hard that they KNOCKED THE ENTIRE WINDOW off the track and broke it. When I asked them to put the window back, they claimed they weren't "allowed" to handle such a repair, which I now know is code for "we can't admit to damaging a customer's car". It was a $400+ repair to get the window back on track and the damaged parts replaced, and I had to find another garage in Adrian to do the work. As for the wiper blades... They never really worked right. They barely cleaned the windshield in the two years that I had them on the car. When I went to replace them with a new set, I discovered that the blades that these "professionals" used were the WRONG SIZE. They were not compatible with my car's model despite the blades being an adequate size, meaning that they were never going to do the job correctly. These people are quick at their jobs, but far from professional! They're sloppy with their work, don't double-check anything and will damage your car without any care once you paid your bill and you're on your way. Avoid this place! Especially since they charge $60 for an oil change when every other garage in Adrian will do it for half that price without breaking your vehicle.
