For the first time, my husband and my vehicles were due for oil changes at the same time. We've had oil changes and services done at local facilities with great experiences but I was trying to find a more convenient and efficient way this time given the situation. I found Oili through multiple suggestions on a local Facebook community group and it came HIGHLY recommended. I never knew that a mobile oil changes service even existed until now! Upon reading multiple reviews, it seemed like a good idea to at least give it a try. After downloading the app and taking no more than just a few minutes to input our personal and vehicle information, I had the oil changes scheduled for the our preferred time slot only 2 days away from the booking date. They had a lot of availability and the amazing convenience of either having the technicians/service come directly to you to going to the "pit stop" at the Temecula Promenade Mall. The prices are very competitive with local services offered at brick and mortar shops and they often have promo codes available for additional savings. Every step of the process was conducted and executed with such a high level of professionalism- from the booking confirmation to the appointment reminders as well as a kind reminder of when the technicians were on their way to me ahead of my 1 hour appointment window. I met Alex and Mat Mat just as I opened my garage door just ahead of my appointment window, planning to pull the vehicles out of the garage. Their punctuality was a welcome surprise and they kindly offered to back out the vehicles for me. Both vehicles were serviced completely and throughly in under an hour and Alex and Mat took the time to explain what they did and what they found during their inspections as well as their kind recommendations. The vehicles were left clean with the most thoughtful goody bags and cute air fresheners left in the center consoles. With minimal effort on our parts, our vehicles were ready to go before the beginning of the work/school day. What a phenomenal experience and service! Do not waste your time dropping your car off at a dealer that will tell you a couple hours and you either have to sit and wait or find a ride home. Honestly, this was amazing and not to exaggerate but seriously life changing. Single parent, full time job, child in all the activities and I've been meaning to get an oil change but seriously don't have the time during any reasonable hour to make it happen. Great for older people, mothers and caregivers who have limited time or ability to present themselves at a traditional mechanic auto shop; or drop off and leave the vehicle behind for the day at a busy auto shop. Service was friendly, punctual and easy to set up and navigate the app. Phenomenal APP by the way. 10/10 The cutest part is the service was a nice little goodie bag with sweets and service coupons that I can share with others. Price point may seem intimidating but at $100 for an at home service; I saved on an Uber had I dropped off my vehicle at another shop plus their $80 service. It's about the same minus the mechanic going over other areas of the car. For just an oil change if you are busy or have a hectic schedule, this is so helpful. Thank you. I had them come to my work for the service and it was amazing. I meet the two in the parking lot to hand over my keys and they were very nice. They told me what services they going to do and that it would only take 15 minutes. When the service was done they told me they noticed maybe a small leak in the radiator and that and that one of my license plate lights were out.
