So glad I visited Valvoline today for my oil change. I am always happy with the good service. Brandon was very helpful and explained every step of what was being done. He checked the in the car air filter and it definitely needed to be changed. They also check your brake lights, blinkers, & fluids. The oil change was done quickly and efficiently and I love how they doublecheck everything before they send you down the road. Brandon gave me some very helpful suggestions in the care of my car. Five stars on customer service too! I've been here before, and the line was a little bit long, but they definitely move it quickly. . Sunday at 10:30 am, after Church, was a great time to go!! ;) They have a nice coupon that gives a discount off the price. Don't forget to look for it.. read more

I think zero stars should be appropriately given! I have been going to this location for a couple of years now without any issues. However, on Sunday 5/31 at the Temecula Parkway location. My daughter got there at around 0830. They kept switching her to different lines and taking customers who got there after she did. She ended up leaving after 2 hours of waiting without an oil change. Going to start trying out other companies like Mobile1 or Take 5. read more

Thank you Valvoline Temecula Parkway for your fast and friendly service! Brandon and Javier, great job guys, I appreciate your professionalism, courteousness, and the outstanding service. Shout out to Chris (Manager) for keeping the place clean, safe, and moving fast. Lastly, thank you for the discount! read more

Went in for an oil change and got a few other services done quick. I'm always amazed at the working machine that is Valvoline! The workers are always well-mannered and efficient and no one seems like they're just collecting a paycheck. Always the right place for a good deal on oil changes. The car is purring now! read more

Visited here with a 20% off coupon during memorial weekend. It was super busy and the wait was long. It made sense though since they had the coupon special. They do a great job here. No complaints. read more

This place was super efficient and easy to get an oil change and fluid fills while u sit in ur car. I came here and ate my lunch in the car while they worked on it. The crew was nice and quick, explaining things I didn't know anything about. My mechanic, Enzo.. was cool, worked quickly, was charismatic and had a good attitude. It's so hot so I commend the work ethic and positive vibes in spite of the heat! I'd recommend this place for sure:) read more

Always easy coming here, if you avoid peak times. Employees are friendly, personable, they get work done efficiently. No issues and we bring all 5 of our cars here when we dont feel like getting the full service oil change where we rotate tires and so forth. Time is $ so this place is well worth the cost for your time. $170 for full synthetic for Sequoia but I download the coupon for $15 off. Makes it $155 because we need additional oil for our vehicle. Usually about $100. For the cars is a little less than $100 read more

First time at the drive oil change! The team was highly professional. Kaleb first greeted me with friendly service. Donald assisted with my services. And Ethan made sure I was well informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle. Overall, good value & great team!! read more

My wife and I came into Valvoline oil changers today it is so convenient. First of all, our technician who was probably the most thorough and able to explain every aspect of my wife's car and every change every update. Every added service that Kia recommends or doesn't recommend. His name is Nick, out of all the years of going to oil change facilities. Nick here at Valvoline. I recommend completely. He will be very thorough and once again explain to my wife every detail of the oil change and completed a 100% check of all other fluids on the vehicle. Once again, we will definitely be coming back here and requesting. Nick! read more

This is one of the best locations. Always friendly and fast. Knowledgeable and helpful.

I Sent my daughter there to get some air in her tire. They wanted to charge her $10 for free air. I would definitely reconsider sending anyone over there ever again. Be careful if you are a woman not to get scammed. read more

Thank you, Chris the manager for helping this old lady out today you are amazing and I give you 10 stars

I woke up in my hotel with low air in my tire and I was out of town so I figured why not get a quick oil change. I like valvoline because it's fast and the workers are always friendly. It's a great value to be able to sit in your car for a few minutes and get your oil changed. I'd easily pay more for the service they provide and still Keep coming back. Thank you. read more

This is the 2nd time our car's undercarriage cover has not been installed correctly after an oil change that has resulted in us having to replace it. We no longer trust this Valvoline after being customers since 2021. Please do not trust that they do what they are supposed to. We have also run low on oil after an oil change. read more

Service today was great! They were busy but very kind and efficient. Not bad prices. Definitely will come back here! Thank you guys!

I requested an oil change for my car, which was $75 including an online coupon. It was pretty busy when I went, but it was completed within an hour. They did an inspection of the car and found that my cabin air filter needed replacing. They offered to replace it but weren't pushy when I declined since I'll be doing it myself. Only downside is that they were a little pricy - be sure to find a coupon on their website to try to save on cost. read more

People that work there are very professional and very nice. They always do a good job. Very reasonable and respectful

We brought our car in for an oil change at the establishment Valvoline. We met an assistant manager by the name of Felix. He was outstanding! Very friendly, thorough professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that things were checked on the vehicle service with a smile. I would definitely recommend my colleagues, family and friends to visit this establishment because of great customer experience. And the first impression Felix made on us. Awesome job Felix! Went today and got amazingly professional and fast service. There were three bays open when I arrived and all of them had cars inside, plus 2 or 3 cars waiting behind them. So when I pulled in, I was expecting a long wait- but I was prepared to wait because I had noticed oil leaks on my garage floor and needed service. It was surprisingly fast because they had plenty of people working and the team seemed to work as a well oiled machine. All of them were friendly and very respectful, which as a single woman is important to me. The manager Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful and the topside guy Ali was also professional and friendly. They felt that the oil was simply a mess that someone failed to clean up at my last oil change and made sure to clean it all up and wipe everything down for me but mentioned where the leak might be coming from if I do notice more oil in my garage. They also didn't try to upsell me on anything and seemed very upfront and transparent about showing me the new filter they installed before installing it and showing me my new oil level before letting me go. Great experience, 100% reccommend. read more

We had such a great experience at Valvoline this afternoon. River was very thorough and went over everything. He had great customer service!

I have always loved the customer service and overall services they have here. The customer service is top notch, especially for many of them being so young. They all know their stuff and have very reasonable prices with several discounts you can acquire easily. Having an option to donate money to a foundation to get a specific % off is also something I love to see. Out of everyone here, the one mechanic that I've had the best experience with was Dalia. She's also the youngest I've had the pleasure in meeting that I know of and is just top notch. Able to carry a full conversation with while she's still doing her job accurately. Extremely personable, which is a hard talent to find nowadays. She is overall an amazing employee to have there! The entire team has always been super friendly, but I just can't remember their names. When/if I've had a slight issue, they are very willing to accommodate to make things right, including the corporate team. Overall, I'll keep coming here no matter what! From Texas to California, the service has maintained the same!!! To Dalia: Keep being you! You're an absolute GEM and I can't wait to see you with my next visit! read more

They are slowwwwww and horrible!!! We were waiting for an hour because they didnt have change for a car in front of us. We missed an important event because we were waiting so long. I will never be coming back and would never recommend!!! read more

Just go to jiffy lube instead. Extremely slow, unprofessional. Save your time and money.

I have been a Valvoline customer for years. The last two services, the techs did a poor job wiping down the engine block after completion. This resulted in two big, time consuming oil clean-ups on my brick driveway. I appreciate that Valvoline tries to get customers in and out quickly, but PLEASE wipe up the mess created while doing your job. read more

I cannot believe that I have to resort to leaving a review on Yelp to get that location to pay attention. On 11/11/24 I went for an oil change and the technician asked to look at the cabin air filters to see if they needed to be changed. I said yes. He opened the passenger car door and put all his weight on his elbow on the leather seat and ripped a hole in the leather! He didn't even apologize. The manager said "Things happen. We'll take care of it". 2 days later I received a call asking me to text pictures of the cuts/hole for them to be able to get a quote for repairs. So I did. That was on 11/13. And then, nothing. On 12/2 I called their office in Lexington, KY. They called that location and confirmed that they received the photos. They said I would get a call back on the same day. I still haven't. So today, 12/5 I called again and was told there was no claim number and we have to start everything over. Really? I'm getting more upset as time passes and I am hoping someone at Valvoline will follow-up and "make things right" as they said they would. Do they not care about their customers at all??? read more

Spent a lot of time here today, felt bad, everyone seemed pretty confused and the gentlemen helping wasn't able to get help or answers to all his questions. Needed a tire rotation and they weren't able to get the lug nut off and spent a really long time running around talking to each other instead of just letting me know what was going on. read more

Got here at 7 am, and they were so quick and efficient! I'll likely be coming down to this location moving forward just based on the customer service. All the techs, we're nice and welcoming even bright & early at 7 am! Justin the service manager was very nice, don't try to "sell" me anything I didn't needed and was very honest. Great place! read more

Thought I'd give this location another try but same process nothing improved. Got here before 2 other cars and assuming they'd move cars who arrived first and sort as first first serve. Nope. Cars that just arrived got moved in and still sitting here watching people wait 10-15 minutes while I sit here for 30+minutes. Jiffy Lube or somewhere else will be where I go now read more

Valvoline Instant Oil Change - I get to sit, watch them work and chat while they all work together to get everyone taken care of. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Temecula, California

Quick shoutout to the guys over at Valvoline on Temecula Parkway! Specifically Andrew, Clinton, and Nicholas. As someone who's just a girl I get nervous about servicing anything on my car I went in for an oil change, and their team was quick and efficient. Definitely will be on my go-to spot. Bonus is that they didn't try to up-sale me on anything, a firm no and they left it alone. Thanks again guys! read more

They put the wrong oil in my car. So yeah. Thanks. Since I have no proof of service, due to the receipt they "sent by email" that I never got, I have no proof of anything either. But my car takes full synthetic oil. Which I said. My manufacturer requires it for warranty purposes. The KID helping me told me synthetic blend is good enough. I said my car needs full synthetic (pointing to the correct one on the screen) and he said there's no difference, as long as it's 0W-20. I was dubious but didn't want to be difficult, so basically said ok. Thinking about it later, I looked it up, and yeah my car actually does need full synthetic oil ONLY. Again, for warranty purposes. Also, my seasoned mechanic confirmed, blend and full synthetic are NOT the same thing. Update they fixed it and changed oil to full synthetic so I'll adjust my review rating but I won't be going back. Thank you to the manager, Marcus, I think was his name. read more

I always come to Valvione oil, weather I'm in San Diego or Temecula..... however this specific site when I pulled in they tell to come to one bay and I sat there for over 20 min while they were taking other people that came in after me. Didn't understand that. Then they changed my oil, checked my tires, didn't check anything else, like blinkers or lights. Then afterwards they asked for payment I didn't get a receipt or a sticker for my car. Very strange experience. . read more

wow never again, use this place since they opened and boy have they changed. Gave them one last try and rude, slow, argumentative and really very little mechanical experience. Do yourself a favor and take it to somewhere that uses name brand oil filters, Not their mini oil filters. But they are OEM certified. Well why is the mopar, motorcraft etc oil filters 3 times bigger than yours? Go figure. Besides they never clean the oil of the spilled oil off the engine and it drips for a month in the garage after each trip to this place. Please see my 11/9/2022 review for more. I should have known better but I believe in second chances but not third etc. Consistently inconsistent. read more

3 lanes. Sat for an hour not even a hello. Arrived behind two large firetrucks already in the bay in two and the third lane had two small trucks. I got behind the smaller firetruck. No one came to get info or say anything. The longer line serviced three cars, including ones that came after me. Not one technician came out and people in the other lane left also. Been a customer for many, many years. Drove to jiffy lube and they came out right away with all the bays full. read more
