My daughter got there at around 0830. They kept switching her to different lines and taking customers who got there after she did. She ended up leaving after 2 hours of waiting without an oil change. Always easy coming here, if you avoid peak times. Employees are friendly, personable, they get work done efficiently. No issues and we bring all 5 of our cars here when we dont feel like getting the full service oil change where we rotate tires and so forth. Time is $ so this place is well worth the cost for your time. $170 for full synthetic for Sequoia but I download the coupon for $15 off. Makes it $155 because we need additional oil for our vehicle. Went today and got amazingly professional and fast service. There were three bays open when I arrived and all of them had cars inside, plus 2 or 3 cars waiting behind them. So when I pulled in, I was expecting a long wait- but I was prepared to wait because I had noticed oil leaks on my garage floor and needed service. It was surprisingly fast because they had plenty of people working and the team seemed to work as a well oiled machine. All of them were friendly and very respectful, which as a single woman is important to me. The manager Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful and the topside guy Ali was also professional and friendly. They felt that the oil was simply a mess that someone failed to clean up at my last oil change and made sure to clean it all up and wipe everything down for me but mentioned where the leak might be coming from if I do notice more oil in my garage. They also didn't try to upsell me on anything and seemed very upfront and transparent about showing me the new filter they installed before installing it and showing me my new oil level before letting me go. I requested an oil change for my car, which was $75 including an online coupon. It was pretty busy when I went, but it was completed within an hour. They did an inspection of the car and found that my cabin air filter needed replacing. They offered to replace it but weren't pushy when I declined since I'll be doing it myself. This resulted in two big, time consuming oil clean-ups on my brick driveway. I have always loved the customer service and overall services they have here. The customer service is top notch, especially for many of them being so young. They all know their stuff and have very reasonable prices with several discounts you can acquire easily. Having an option to donate money to a foundation to get a specific % off is also something I love to see. Out of everyone here, the one mechanic that I've had the best experience with was Dalia. She's also the youngest I've had the pleasure in meeting that I know of and is just top notch. Able to carry a full conversation with while she's still doing her job accurately. Extremely personable, which is a hard talent to find nowadays. She is overall an amazing employee to have there! The entire team has always been super friendly, but I just can't remember their names. When/if I've had a slight issue, they are very willing to accommodate to make things right, including the corporate team. Overall, I'll keep coming here no matter what! I cannot believe that I have to resort to leaving a review on Yelp to get that location to pay attention. On 11/11/24 I went for an oil change and the technician asked to look at the cabin air filters to see if they needed to be changed. I said yes. He opened the passenger car door and put all his weight on his elbow on the leather seat and ripped a hole in the leather! He didn't even apologize. The manager said "Things happen. We'll take care of it". 2 days later I received a call asking me to text pictures of the cuts/hole for them to be able to get a quote for repairs. So I did. That was on 11/13. And then, nothing. On 12/2 I called their office in Lexington, KY. They called that location and confirmed that they received the photos. They said I would get a call back on the same day. I still haven't. So today, 12/5 I called again and was told there was no claim number and we have to start everything over. Really? I'm getting more upset as time passes and I am hoping someone at Valvoline will follow-up and "make things right" as they said they would. Do they not care about their customers at all??? read more

Do yourself a favor and take it to somewhere that uses name brand oil filters, Not their mini oil filters. But they are OEM certified. Well why is the mopar, motorcraft etc oil filters 3 times bigger than yours? Go figure. They put the wrong oil in my car. So yeah. Thanks. Since I have no proof of service, due to the receipt they "sent by email" that I never got, I have no proof of anything either. But my car takes full synthetic oil. Which I said. My manufacturer requires it for warranty purposes. The KID helping me told me synthetic blend is good enough. I said my car needs full synthetic (pointing to the correct one on the screen) and he said there's no difference, as long as it's 0W-20. I was dubious but didn't want to be difficult, so basically said ok. Thinking about it later, I looked it up, and yeah my car actually does need full synthetic oil ONLY. Again, for warranty purposes. Also, my seasoned mechanic confirmed, blend and full synthetic are NOT the same thing. Update they fixed it and changed oil to full synthetic so I'll adjust my review rating but I won't be going back. Thank you to the manager, Marcus, I think was his name. read more

I always come to Valvione oil, weather I'm in San Diego or Temecula..... however this specific site when I pulled in they tell to come to one bay and I sat there for over 20 min while they were taking other people that came in after me. Didn't understand that. Then they changed my oil, checked my tires, didn't check anything else, like blinkers or lights. Then afterwards they asked for payment I didn't get a receipt or a sticker for my car. Very strange experience. . read more

I was visiting Temecula for the day I live in Fullerton when I got off the freeway all my warnings went off for my oil. My friend recommended Valvoline so we looked it up and found the one in Temecula and so grateful and happy that we did.! It was busy, but we did not wait very long. Everything was very organized and structured. Then we were so blessed to be teamed up with team Felix Felix was amazing. This is my first time ever going to a Valvoline service for oil so I did not know what to expect. He explained everything completely and thoroughly he was by our side the entire experience , I love that. He explained every single thing to me. Everybody was very nice professional quick fast and kept me in the loop the entire time. I felt the prices were very reasonable and they offer a lot of different types of coupons and discounts very appreciative of that The entire experience did not take very long at all, and they were able to get us out of there right on time and we did not hit too much traffic going back to Fullerton I love that we are now in their system and we will be going back to Valvoline, but we're gonna go back to the one in Temecula. I'm sad to write this review, Valvoline was the only place I went to get oil changes and always referred my friends and family. About a month ago I noticed a small oil stain in my assigned parking spot. I thought It was condensation from my AC but since its been cooler I haven't used my AC and I noticed the spotting increased. I took a look under my car and noticed my oil pan was covered in oil. I took my car into the shop and they said the oil filter was not installed correctly, causing the oil to leak. I have never experienced anything bad from Valvoline until now. I am thankful it was a quick fix. The day we took it it, there was a long line and they seemed to be rushing. Good thing is I found an honest car shop who didn't charge to figure out what the problem was and only charged me on $35 for an oil change without a coupon and paid for my Uber drive home while they worked on my car. read more

It took two hours for me to get an oil change when there was only two cars in front of me, then past few times I've gone, I've had damaged on the bottom of my car and today the cover that protects the bottom of my car was completely damaged.
