I took my vehicle into Jiffy Lube to get a oil change before a road trip that costs $202.00 and they took off the skid plate. 3 hours later on the road trip the skid plate comes loose and rip off. Leaving me stranded in AZ for hours in the middle of the night. Now Jiffy Lube will not take responsibility for the procedure. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this place (Jiffy Lube -1878). date 03-27-26!!!! Update: Site Manger denied my request, saying I probably ran something over that cause it. Stopped at the location near my house off on a cold and rainy night close to closing time needing a top off of oil as my light just came on my long drive home from work- Don was amazing and welcomed me right in. Had my oil changed. Everyone was very friendly and for the most all went well. However, during my visit I was told that I had an oil leak, an issue with my transmission and that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I took my car to my regular mechanic and he found no issues with anything. ALWAYS get a second opinion. read more

Im beyond upset, I brought my 2021 highlander hybrid to get an oil changed at jiffy lube last week Wednesday and I noticed the skid plate was not secured properly , I checked at the bottom and the whole thing is off and broken!!!! I called and Nate said "we cannot guarantee anything" WTF? Excuse me, this is a brand new car that's has never had any oil changes outside of the dealer and the one and only time I bring it to JIFFY LUBE this crap happens s? I don't know what needs to be done however someone needs to fix it. read more

So I know I'm getting quality oil but this place is ridiculous. I thought it was bad before Jiffy Lube took over, I was way off. Not only are they still slow, 1hr for an oil change and another 25 minutes for the car wash, THEY ARE EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. $105 for a synthetic oil change and car wash. I drive a Prius! It uses very little oil and should be a quick job. Used to be $64.99 for the same service. This may be the most overrated auto service in the valley. I've never paid so much or waited so long for such a simple service. Blows my mind. Sean in the oil change dept was nice and it's not his fault the prices are outrageous but I think he could get his guys to work a little faster. read more

Went in for oil change they recommended the air filter change. A week later after hearing the engine making a load noise on heavy acceleration I opened the hood and realized there was several access covers just lying there loose flopping around and no air filter with the filter housing wide open breathing unfiltered air. I immediately went in to resolve the issue thinking I would get an apology they install the filter tidy up the loose panels and be on my way. What I get is the manager saying she would not give me a filter and accuses me of stealing the one they supposedly installed! It was only after I told her I would call the police she agreed to install the filter that was supposed to installed in the first place. To date,, my car still has all the air filter access cover clips missing and I was promised a call back from the area manager 3 weeks ago to get some ordered from the Lexus dealership. Still waiting on that call....never again and I am spreading this horrible experience to all my friends and associates. read more

***UPDATE*** On 8/18/23, the regional manager fixed the issue at hand and ordered the damaged part and installed it on the car for us. I am grateful for their response and their willingness to correct the problem even though they still insisted the vehicle had to have come into their shop like this in the first place and that they had nothing to do with cutting any plastic. Not sure if we will be back yet, but as of now we are satisfied that they fixed the problem at the very least and tried to make a customer happy. Maybe take a look at your vehicle before you bring it here or to any place for that matter and be sure everything is given back to you as when you handed over the keys. We have no definitive proof that Jiffy did the cutting but we had not been to any other place in months, last place being the only other hands ever to touch the vehicle, TV Toyota dealership. We noticed this cut plastic hanging down and heard the noises after our service at this Jiffy. This piece happened to be exactly where Jiffy had serviced, the oil drain plug and oil filter skid plate cover. Either way, at least the higher ups are willing to take care of their customers. I also suggested that in the future if any car actually does come in with unusual things like this (like supposedly ours did according to them), that they notate it and maybe show the customer before they begin any service on it. I have nothing against Jiffy and definitely would not waste my time blaming them for something I did not think they actually did. Sadly they were having a rough day here...maybe the owner needs more employees? More tools to remove my skid plate? After three hours of waiting and finally pulling my car into the bay, I was told they didn't have the correct tools to remove my skid plate. I truly felt sorry for the two guys working....(Nate and Andrew) Amazing customer service from both guys, but sadly only the two of them manning the entire place and no parts for them to work with? Come on Jiffy Lube? I've never had a problem with the previous companies I have used. I only went here because I had a coupon. Definitely won't be coming back. Good luck to the guys working there. What a rip off!$181.40 for an oil change, what! 8 qts of synthetic oil and $62.00 for labor. never again will I let the wife take the car there. I'll do it myself next time for under $50 and 30 minutes of my time. If I don't have the time i will go to Valvoline or Walmart for half their price read more

My car needed an oil change and I had a coupon from Groupon ready for them. When I showed the coupon to the dude he said we don't support Groupon. He elaborated by saying we haven't supported Groupon for a whole year. THEN WHY THE HELL IS IT STILL ON GROUPON!? I hope corporate sees this and gives be back my money this is unacceptable! I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube or any Jiffy Lube or recommending anyone. (Update) Jiffy Lube Corporate has responded to my review I was happy to see their comment. They asked me to send an email to a customer service representative I have sent 3 emails so far and no response. And look at this new evidence I found on Groupon. (Day 3 Update) Still no response from Jiffy Lube. Why am I not surprised? They respond to my review by asking me to contact an email and they don't reply just so they can make themselves look good. The manager Michael is an all around great guy! Last Saturday my husbands car was giving him issues and wouldn't start ... he was at the McDonalds next to the Jiffy Lube. Michael offered to bring a battery tester over to check out his car and even drove his own car over to give his battery a jump. In a day where customer service is non existent .. it's great to see that some people are willing to lend a helping hand. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have such a great guy working with them. This location has great customer service! Chester and the other crew was awesome. My oil change was fast and did not wait long at all. The manager was nice and engaged. They had checked my lights, clean my windows, checked my tire pressure, and changed my oil so quick and efficiently. They all had their masks on because of the COVID-19.
