Using Google, to locate any nearby local eats, they had no information on this unique food truck and their offerings. I'm glad I was able to find this food truck from the directions in the Yelp! app, that used Open Maps. Waze had no directions on this food truck either! I tried their Philly Cheese Steak, with Cheddar Cheese, and it was delicious! A Jersey Pickle was in the box and it had the perfect finish and taste to complement my sandwich. I met the owners, Patty and Cindi, and complemented them on their comfort food start-up business! I'll be back, if and when I'm in the neighborhood!

The tri tip is super flavorful, but half of my tri tip pieces were hard to chew and the other pieces were super tender so I'd say it's the luck of the draw depending on which cut of it you get. I also love their mac + cheese and beans + brisket as sides. Since Big Pink's is a food truck, there's limited seating (only 1 picnic table) but we live so close by that we've just taken it to go and eaten it at home! The employees are super nice. After you order, they let you sit in the car to wait and bring it right to you :) This is definitely a new go-to spot for my husband and me!!

We started with the guacamole and chips, followed by the nachos, where you can customize them with your choice of meat. For our entrees, we ordered the Huaraches with steak, which is a large, handmade, slightly fried tortilla topped with beans, onions, lettuce, crema, and cheese. We also got the Tacos, which come five to an order. You can choose up to two meats, but we stuck with the classic Al Pastor. The meat was so tender and flavorful, served with the traditional onion, cilantro, and lime on the side. Finally, and my personal favorite, we had the Picaditas. Like the tacos, you can choose two meats, so we went with Al Pastor and steak. Similar to the Huaraches, these are four smaller, slightly fried homemade tortillas with green and red sauce on the bottom, topped with lettuce, onion, and cheese! To wash everything down, we had the homemade Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus tea), though their Horchata is also delicious. I walked up to the window having read about the Jersey Devil Cheesesteak, and that's what I got. Brisket cheesesteak with fries! The brisket is so good!!! It's smokey, tastes like it's marinated, and the cheese is gooey. The onions and peppers are incorporated into the brisket. I want another one!
