Apparently I interrupted her morning when she had to ring me up and bag my items. There was absolutely no line and no one in the store and she rudely pointed to the line que and said "the line starts over there but I guess I can help you !?" Then said nothing to me except " your receipts in the bag" .. Honestly someone needs to train Monique on customer service. I probably won't be back if this is the new trend in employees at Pottery Barn!

Staff here is friendly, but often times are confined to the register area. If you are looking for some help, you might need to hunt around a bit to find someone.
