I've been twice in the last few months --- once for a Tall People party which was as fun as it sounds and again to watch one of the epic NBA Finals games that led to the historic NY Knicks winning rings in 5 games. My buddies and I ate here before a World Cup game and couldn't have had a better experience. The bar was filled, top to bottom, with soccer fans from all over the world. The chicken had no right being as good as it was. I would come back for that alone. As for the service, I'll admit it was busy but we didn't see our server for what felt like an hour and they forgot to put in my friends order, so we had to wait even longer. I asked the bartender for something incredibly simple: a glass of ice water. Instead, I was handed a warm glass of water that appeared to have come straight from the dishwasher. When I asked for ice, I was told the bartender had "burned the ice" and that there was no ice available. I even pointed out chilled glasses visible behind the bar, but no effort was made to accommodate the request. Moments later, another employee noticed the situation and took the initiative to help, immediately scooping ice from behind the same bar where I was standing. The ice was clearly available all along, and I appreciated that staff member's willingness to resolve such a simple request. What was most frustrating wasn't the water itself--it was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. This was not a complicated cocktail order or a special request. It was simply a request for a cold glass of water. When I expressed my frustration, the bartender brought over the manager, DJ, who immediately defended the employee and told me I could not speak to staff that way. Rather than addressing the issue or acknowledging the misunderstanding, I was asked to leave the restaurant. Being removed over a request for ice water, when ice was readily available and the restaurant was not even fully shut down for the night, was both embarrassing and unnecessary. Customers should not be treated poorly for making a simple request, and managers should hold employees accountable rather than excuse dismissive behavior. The most troubling part is that the entire situation could have been avoided in seconds. The ice was there the entire time--literally right behind the bar from where I was standing. Another employee had no difficulty accessing it and serving it immediately. Being told there was no ice when it was readily available, then being asked to leave for questioning that response, reflects a disappointing level of customer service and management judgment. The issue was never the ice water itself. It was the refusal to provide a basic courtesy, the misleading explanation, and the way the situation was handled from start to finish. I would also have expected the manager to apologize for the misunderstanding rather than immediately take a defensive position. A simple acknowledgment of the situation could have resolved the matter and left a much better impression. I am very disappointed by this mistreatment and being a local is even more disappointing. My first time here since it's been Tom's and maybe the only time if this is how they treat their guests. read more

Visited on a Monday for WWE event early afternoon lunch time. Very fast to come in get seated which is a plus. The tentativeness was good very pleasant and professional workers during this time. We sat on second floor and mind you it has 3 so if you're afraid of heights stay on bottom level. TVs and sports everywhere very chill vibes. The food was good too wings and chicken salad was tasty. The beers cold enough despite it being super hot. I did take a shot and it was very warm would have liked it chilled but that was my mistake. We decided to come here for the Mexico vs. South Africa FIFA watch party because it looked fun and laid-back. I purchased two VIP tickets, which advertised premium seating, a VIP area, a goody bag, and no waiting in line. Unfortunately, that wasn't the experience we received. When we arrived, we still had to wait in line, and instead of having our own table for two, we were seated at a shared table that accommodated about ten people. We also never received our VIP goody bags until I specifically asked about them and showed staff what was included with the VIP package. I did speak with management regarding the seating situation. While it was frustrating, I eventually let it go and focused on enjoying the game. I do want to give a huge shoutout to Lindsey, our waitress. She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was excellent, her energy was great, and she truly made the experience better. That said, I personally would not return. Even with the windows open, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning, which made it difficult to enjoy the event. I hate leaving negative reviews, but when you pay for a VIP experience, you expect to receive what was advertised. read more

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Good food, but the service could use some work. The hubby and I decided to check out this newly-built outpost of the chain before watching an LA Kings game at COSM across the street. We'd been to the DTLA one before and had thought it was fine. We were early so there was no shortage of seating. We decided to sit at the bar and got the following: - Spinach artichoke dip (very good, very hot--came to table bubbling) - Mediterranean Bowl (really more of a plate, but quite good and healthy) Their draft beer selection was pretty meh, all super mainstream beers like Coors, Modelo, Stella, Lagunitas IPA, etc. It was also strange that there were no prices on the menu, but it turned out to be about what you'd expect for an arena-adjacent joint (not cheap). Our bartender was nice but seemed a bit harried, even though the place was nowhere near full. With a plethora of other options in the area, I'm not sure if this would be our first choice the next time. But that dip, tho. read more

My group of friends got there first & sat on the rooftop where it wasn't packed at all. However, service was really slow to take their orders & their food arrived over an hour later & they messed up orders. Once I arrived to their small parking lot, Valet greeted me saying it's $80 when it was only $25 for parking & tried to intimidate me to pay it going back & forth but after saying I'm staying for less than 2 hrs & threatening to leave bc ridiculous price... the attendant let me pay the original price of $25. We asked the workers to help turn on the heaters outside multiple times but none were turned on at all. It was a really windy/gloomy day in LA. It took awhile to get the check & the restroom was kinda hidden near kitchen/bar which good thing I asked or I wouldn't know. No street parking available anywhere nearby. read more

For my first time there ,,, I was disappointed with my food choice TOM'S FAMOUS PRIME RIB at the second bite I noticed my meat was overly tender, removed the top bun and it was mostly fat and the dip was salty. tried removing the excess fat but by that time it was cold and greasy. We paid to watch the chargers game at the Cosm but the line was all the way around the block, so we decided to go to Toms since we saw it was cracking on the way to Cosm. Not knowing anything about the place and the area, we decided to pay for valet parking for $25, which is pretty steep but we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The first impression started off bad because once we arrived we asked to sit on the 2nd floor but we were denied due to an event. so, when we asked if we could sit on the rooftop they told us there weren't any TVs up there but there clearly were smh. Anyway, after trying to decide where we wanted to sit, we finally found the perfect spot on the first floor and the service was dope. Our waitress was super cool and made sure we were good the entire time and came and checked on us every 15-20 mins. The place has TV's everywhere on the first floor and we even went up to the 2nd floor to check out the event. I believe there were even more TV's on that floor and they had a DJ playing music during the commercials. The food and drinks were pretty good! I ordered the chicken adobo tacos and the dragon fruit mule. The mules were amazing and I even got my friend hooked on them. The adobo chicken in the tacos were tender and very flavorful. The artichoke dip was also a hit. My boys ordered a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger with Long Island ice teas. They said their food was pretty good as well and they liked their drinks. Overall, this place is pretty cool and it looks very modern from the front of the building. I like how they open the windows completely on a sunny day to where people can hang out on the patio, watch games and enjoy drinks. Came here with a friend before the clippers play in game and the place is totally a vibe. Sports going on every tv, good music playing, and a real lively atmosphere. The server was attentive and prompt even with as many tables as she had. The food was good, although I will say the Nashville chicken was hella spicy. Location location, location! Perfect spot for a bite before the game. It was just down the block from the entrance to Intuit Dome. They had a perfect table for our party of four and we got great service. Our waiter was attentively serving us water and getting our appetizers in right away. We had the loaded tots and the nachos. They were good. A little pricey, but we were expecting that due to the proximity of their restaurant to the stadium. Parking is a little tricky. You'd have to find parking in the neighborhood or pay to park in the garage ($60). A nice guy let us park in his driveway for $40. That was a deal. We also got the pancake and fried chicken, the tacos, and the bacon burger with tots. The burger and tacos were perfect, would definitely order again. The pancake wasn't too appealing nor did it taste the best. The whole place was packed with clippers and lakers fans fueling up before the game. This place had great drinks, too. It was great to stop here right before entering the Dome. I would come here again if we were short on time. read more

Lots of screens up on the roof, they're not super large but there quite a few of them. Tater tots were solid, a little salty so great with ketchup! Came in a cute frying basket. Crispy chicken & cornbread pancake was really good, especially with the chicken tossed in Nashville hot sauce if you like a moderate spice. I'm so disappointed that Cork & Batter is no longer at this location. My friend and I stopped here before the Clippers & Grizzlies game. I ordered a hibiscus margarita and fried pickles. He had brown liquor. No complaints from him as it is difficult to mess up a straight shot. Me on the other hand, yuck!! My drink tasted like sugar water. It was almost unbearable TOO SWEET to drink. The rum also came with sugar. I wish the server would've asked if I wanted it or salt but she did not. In the tradition of all other Tom's Watch Bars, it looks like they've opened another location, this time next door to Intuit. We've frequented the LA Live location so it's always nice to have an option in the neighborhood to go-to before or after a game. This Tom's is a little smaller, but does have two stories including a roof patio. We've been twice before a couple Clippers games and we're able to find a table. Warning though, place isn't cheap, drinks are priced like it's a tourist resort. Food is decent. Service was good. read more

Came here after an expo, they had a rams watch party and they gave everyone free foam hands, stickers and flags. They had over 100 tvs and even though i could care less about football it was so cool to be part of a watch party where 99% of the people who showed up were in jerseys. The dip was good and the beers weren't pricey. Great service and good vibes. BUT my friend who paid for the bill was charged twice so minus 1 star for that. read more

If you're looking for the perfect place to grab a drink and hangout before a Sofi game or event, this is the place to be. With the rooftop seating, sunshine, and view of the Sofi area, this is the only place of its kind. I love that they offer affordable food and drinks, half the price that you would pay inside the stadium especially for a stein. I do wish service was faster although they were friendly. But it did take a while to order, receive drinks, and I pay, and it was not really that busy as the game had already started. Hopefully they are quicker next time but regardless we will be back for the ambiance and proximity to the stadium. read more

First time coming here, from out of town. Asked for rooftop seating, they wouldn't sit us in the open seats by the street for some reason so that was kind of a bummer. The other thing was that the soda was very flat and tasted like syrup water. Ambiance was chill. The crispy chicken and cornbread pancake was solid, I got the Nashville hot chicken which had a good spice. The cornbread pancake was pretty good too, just a little dry though. I had a disappointing experience at Tom's Watch Bar in Inglewood. I ordered a 40 oz Modelo, but the glass was served noticeably under filled about an inch from the top. When I asked the bartender (Michael, second floor) if he could top it off, he refused and said that's just how they serve it. What made it frustrating is that I noticed other drinks being served filled to the top, so the inconsistency didn't make sense. When I brought it up, the situation turned into an unnecessary back-and-forth instead of a simple effort to make it right. If that's truly the standard, it should be communicated upfront so customers can make informed decisions. Otherwise, it just feels like you're not getting what you paid for. I hope management can address both the service consistency and how situations like this are handled, because the overall experience didn't match the price or expectations. read more

For starters 18 dollars to park. Nice ambiance and plenty of TVs that's the positive part. The cocktail program is horrible they have 3 different old fashioned on the menu and when they brought it out it was in a tall water glass with lots of ice everyone knows the drink should be made with one large ice cube and never in a water glass. Our food was horrible ass well the steak nachos had no flavor and the loaded tots reminds me of middle school. The only thing that was just ok was the burger with avocado. Went to Tom's Watch Bar and sat down. The glass cups she gave us at the table were dirty. She brought more glasses, and those were still dirty. We ordered our food, and she brought us plates for our appetizers. We looked at them in the light and, guess what? They were dirty too. We told the waiter, and she looked at the plate and took it away. No apology, nothing. We ended up walking out because what were they about to put our food on? The place was terrible. This was the second time eating here, and the first time the glasses were dirty as well. Should've learned my lesson. read more

I can't remember the last time I sent food back but the tuna bowl was inedible. Everything in it felt like it came directly out of a package from the refrigerator that had been sitting for weeks. The rice wasn't even soft, it has crunchy parts throughout. Tried to ask for soy sauce to give it some kind of flavor but no luck. Switched it for the American burger which was incredibly greasy. On top of the horrible food, our server had the personality of a wet mop and even though there were only like 5 tables continuously failed to check on us or bring us our check. Only reason I giving 2 starts and not 1 is because of the location/prioximity to the Intuit dome. This place needs Gordon Ramsey to get in there and fix it. read more
