Food came out fast, and was delicious! I ordered the Sandwich Combo, and it came out hot and fresh. Fries here are literally addictive-- I don't know why but I just keep eating and then eat my friends' fries too. Overall this location is well-decorate and kept clean. However, it's a lot more chaotic here with all the Doordash pickups coming through. I'd have retreated to the side of the restaurant to have a little reprieve from all the folks coming in and out. With the Hatch Sauce, I felt the sandwich was tied together but it was a little odd to me the sandwich doesn't have sauce on its own. I'm giving Hatch and Coop the benefit of the doubt since it was so early in the morning, but I found my sandwich to be just OK.
