Great flat white, pretty good ricotta eggs, great toast, bad service. I asked for my flat white WITH my meal (I don't like to have coffee on an empty stomach and I like having hot coffee with my breakfast). It came out 5 mins later, then my meal came out 10-15 mins after that. So when the meal came, the coffee had cooled down. I asked for it to please be remade and reminded the server I'd asked for it to come with my meal - she gave me a stank look, said nothing, took the coffee and left. 5 mins later a different server delivered the new drink. Would I return? Maybe. But I'll be ordering my coffee after my meal comes.
Everything was really good, standard breakfast fare but getting it as takeout definitely affected it a bit even though it was nearby. We Ordered: *2 egg platter (added peppers+feta) w/ toast, home style potatoes *Forever Young cold pressed juice + Ginger/Lemon/Pineapple shot *Grilled Cheese *Shakshuka *Mixed Salad *Cheese Arepa (cornflour tortilla) *Sides of avocado and seasoned tomato slices That arepa was SPECIAL. And the juices were delicious. Egg platter and shakshuka were devoured!
The breakfast here is delicious! We started off with a coconut and caramel latte with oat milk,, very flavorful and creamy! We ordered Vegan option, waffle with fruit along with house roasted potatoes on the side. This restaurant is beautiful and classy. Our waitress was friendly and efficient! They make their own juices so I got the Time Machine juice made with pear! Overall our experience was amazing! For all the vegans out there, a must try!
Light, bright breakfast & brunch for one's, two's, and larger groups. Immediate seating and space to work with Elvis serving up old world service at "coffee o'clock!" Their farm-to-table menu has classics of the lighter and heartier fare - something for everyone. I tried the classic NY combo - egg & cheese (on a croissant, in this case) made special with avocado & arugula. A perfectly fluffy egg omelet filled with mild cheese warmed a fresh & flaky croissant - comforting and nourishing, simple and elegant. Nothing quite like an excellent start to a beautiful day to bring back memories of the good ol' days.
wanted tiramisu latte but they don't have it so I tried the maple sea salt caramel latte .. decent coffee
We managed to get a res for a group of 7 last Sunday. It was so crowded but the staff was fabulous. Butterfly mango tonic was refreshing and oh so pretty and sparkling FAL ¡AH! FEL BOWL was yummy and filling. I added some feta because I needed some dairy but they didn't add very much :( This place is great for gluten sensitive folks and accomodating to those who are dairy free/vegan as well. I am gf and would definitely come back. I ordered their gf cheese bread but it never came that was the only downside and it felt like they turned off the AC towards the end of brunch but can't be sure lol
Came for brunch with a friend, and Ol Days is located in a central location, convenient to the subway and Penn Station. We chose this spot for its healthy fare and vegetarian friendly options. It was very bright and airy inside, and the place was lively when we arrived. My friend and I both had lattes and the vegan burger. The latte was creamy and hit the spot. But I was a bit disappointed with the burger. The lentil patty tasted ok but both the patty and the bun were so dry. I ended up just leaving much of the bun off to the side. The yucca fries and the sauce that the meal came with were good though. Service was great, and I really liked the atmosphere overall. Although the burger was a miss, I would still come back and try this spot again for some of their other menu items!
Had heard about this place (but a different location) and heard great things. Made a reservation on a Friday around noon and glad we did as it was pretty busy. Shared the chicken Cesar's pocket wrap and it was delicious. The iced banana coffee beverage was also amazing. Nice atmosphere.
Stopped in to grab my lunch. I got the salmon bowl. The salmon was old and overcooked so the bowl was inedible. The lady that was serving /waitressing in the front was very rude and dismissive. Disregarded me and spoke to the gentleman working there in her language essentially telling him to not help me either when he was being nice by helping me with just a bag and utensils. I definitely won't be returning
Went for brunch at Ol' Days and ordered the eggs Benedict, which came with some mystery meat slices that looked a little too much like cafeteria ham in disguise. Texture was a bit chewy, almost like it was trying to be fancy but forgot how to taste like anything. That said, the poached eggs were on point -- silky, runny perfection. The whole place has that cute, rustic farm-to-table vibe that makes you feel healthier just for being there. Service was solid, no complaints. Honestly? I probably should've gone with the shakshuka. I'll definitely be back to give it another shot -- chalking this one up to ordering the wrong thing.
An excellent brunch at Ol'Days was the bright spot on an otherwise dreary day! We went to the Nomad location, which was fully packed and buzzing with energy during Saturday brunch. The restaurant is small and cozy without feeling cramped, but it does get pretty loud. We ordered cappuccinos with their homemade almond milk, and it was one of the best coffees I've had in a long time. Lately, I've been frustrated with the cost and quality of coffee at most cafés, but this was redeeming. This alone would bring me back, but the food was great too! Ol'Days is a farm to table restaurant with a focus on healthy, fresh ingredients and vegetable forward meals, so we were spoiled for choice. We ordered the Quesadillas Rancheras and the Power Veggie sandwich, and both were packed with veggies and flavor. I would order either one again, but I also want to try everything else on the menu!
Lovely brunch/lunch place. Great, patient service. We were a party of 7, but 3 of us came late. They let us sit at our table even without the full party, and didn't pressure us to order quickly or leave by a certain time. I enjoyed everything I tried -- the lychee rose cocktail, the guacamole served with warm pita bread, and the buttermilk pancakes with berries.
A very cramped brunch place with limited seats so you definitely need to reserve especially on a weekend. In terms of food, it was not bad but if I could recommend my favorite brunch spot this would not be it. I ordered a short rib bun w/ avocado but it was kinda flavorless. It came with yuca fries and it was my first time trying them and it was an extremely dense bite. I wish it came with regular or sweet potato fries. Also ordered the guacamole w/ pita bread. It was also my first time trying pita and it very good! Guacamole was nice and fresh. For a drink, I ordered the matcha latte which was very normal, nothing special about it. For an amazing brunch I recommend, it would be Citizen of SoHo but OL'DAYS Farm to Table - NoMad had very nice pita bread.
Cute and cozy brunch spot in Nomad. Great location with limited seating. Mimosas were amazing, great quality champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice. The scrambled eggs were okay, served with bread and mix of sweet potato and regular potatoes. $14 for scrambled eggs is a bit expensive, which didn't include any toppings. The pancakes were decent as well. 3 stacks of pancakes served with an assortment of berries and fruit. Service was great, even on a busy Saturday afternoon, meals were served promptly. Had a reservation but came super early but they said to come back which is fine. The place is a bjt cramped and loud on a Saturday at brunchin time. Hard to hear each other I feel. Service is a bit slow. Drink order was wrong too. The orange stuff in the falafel bowl was comparable to carrot puree Gerber baby food lol. I had 2 tastes and stopped there. The pita was my partners and he said it was ok. Did fall apart on him though. The side potatoes was small. We thought it'd be a bit bigger. Overall, I would still come back and try the other foods. I felt like the food was very healthy and clean. Didn't feel overly stuffed after either. read more

Really loved this menu and fresh food here. The cacao date latte was very good as well as their homemade yogurt. It's a tight space and did have to wait a bit but overall a very solid brunch choice! read more

Love that this place is seed oil free and has a lot of healthy options that are also fresh and delicious. Wide variety of speciality drinks. Staff was super friendly. There's so many thinks I want to try I can't wait to go back! read more

Service was good but do yourself a favor ... do not get the steak. Ol'Days has been a staple for me to grab breakfast but let's just keep it at that. I recommend their avocado toast with smoked salmon and a poached egg or French toast just anything that isn't this to be honest. read more

Jeez, what a zoo it was on Labor Day. The tables were already tightly packed in this trendy Flatiron cafe on Broadway. Jamie W. and I were stuffed into a table for two that was next to another table for two and buttressed against larger tables. The server had to yell over the noise to interact with us. The cafe has Argentinian roots, so maybe Buenos Aires cafes operate that way. The banging chair backs and overhanging shoulders and arms added to the chaotic ambiance, but we persevered because we walked a ways to get here. Jamie ordered the healthy albeit bland $17 Vegan Burrito, a whole wheat tortilla stuffed with quinoa, hummus, arugula, roasted carrots, corn, avocado, tomato, and seeds (photo: https://yelp.to/b8YqHruAZh). I fared better with the $17 Chicken Pocket Sandwich. Quaint farm to table restaurant in Nomad. Came here for lunch with a colleague and was received with friendly and quick service. They have a wonderful menu that ranges from all day breakfast, salads, sandwiches and entrees. I ordered the burrata sweet tomato toast ($15) and was satisfied how the burrata cheese melted inside my mouth. read more
came spontaneously for brunch since my cousin was in town and this was near his spot. what caught my attention was the farm to table concept - loved that! we started with freshly squeezed orange juice which was indeed fresh - a must on a hot summer day we got the shakshuka and hummus to share. you can really taste the fresh farm to table flavors. also portions here are big for sharing! it took a while for the food to come but it did not disappoint. def would recommend and come back read more

Very crammed coffee shop. The seats are pretty much on top of each other. Service was great, the servers were really friendly and helpful. The food was okay. Waffles ($16) very pretty and cutesy but super chewy. If your into mochi waffles this is probably for you Chipotle Chicken ($20) your average chicken sandwich from a coffee shop in Manhattan Hummus w Pita Bread ($12) was decent. Matcha Lavender ($7) really recommend this! Very good and the lavender isn't too overwhelming read more
Sat outside in the lovely warmth of the sun! The staff was nice, but could've used more water refills it was hot. We walked in at peak lunch time on a Saturday and got a table quickly outside, but it was crowded. The food was very reasonably priced and soooo fresh! The salmon salad was nice and light with the beats. The buttermilk pancakes were fluffy. No complaints! read more

So glad my friend and I were able to snag a table without reservations on the weekend! We only had to wait 15 minutes for a table to open up - I recommend either making reservations or coming around 12-1 PM for less of a wait time. Also note: there's a time limit for the tables (I think ~90 minutes). Service is pretty meh here - the tables are very close together and even though the dining area wasn't big, we had a hard time getting our server's attention. The menu is pretty expansive - they also serve lunch/dinner here too, so there's definitely something for everyone here. Since it was brunch, I decided to try out the Sweet Burrata (one of their specials for the month). I really enjoyed the Sweet Burrata - the sweet/tanginess of the tomatoes were balanced out with the creaminess of the burrata. A touch of balsamic glaze would have really tied the dish together. I would definitely order it again - it was definitely enough for one person. Prices are also pretty reasonable for a farm-to-table concept. They also have a pretty expansive coffee/tea menu (matcha lavender lattes anyone?) I also like how they make their oak and almond milk in house! I was really drawn in with their branded coffee mugs and was delighted to find out they sell it as a gift set for only $20! The gift set comes wrapped in a nice box with a mug, a bag of coffee beans, a bag of granola, and a nice tote bag. Such a great deal for $20 and the granola was delicious! Definitely will come back soon! read more
Ol days is a true gem that I am very happy I found. Located in the center of the city and seems like they have multiple international locations with a new NYC location opening up soon. The spot is cozy, well decorated, with a fresh summer feel to it. Both times I have been here we have had a great experience. Have ordered the waffles which are gluten free, yet still soft inside with a nice crunch exterior. Also had the any style eggs- was also great just wish I could've had more! Service was swift and attentive. Vibe is nice for all parties but probably better for smaller ones since it can get a bit crammed during peak hours. They have some seating outside. I would make a resy for peak hours although I walked in twice and was accommodated within 15min. read more
Love coming here for a morning breakfast. The two servers I've had on two different occasions were actually sisters and super friendly. I especially loved the French toast - which comes with this amazing coconut whipped cream. It's so yummy. The omelette comes with a side of freshly made jam and homemade ketchup. I'm not blown away by the cappuccino or matcha latte, but really appreciate the breakfast items. Would love to come back again and try the waffles. The food is to the pricey side, but worth the quality and portion size provided. Highly recommend 10/10 experience. read more
My friend and I decided to check out Ol'Days for brunch on a Saturday. We were able to get a reservation at 1:15, and it was PACKED. I decided to check it out due to location and the relatively good reviews for brunch places in the area. The ambiance is clean and typical of your bougie NYC brunch. The tables are packed really close together, but as long as people aren't shouting next to you, you should be okay. Like most bougie places in the city, this place is overpriced. Alas, that's expected for Manhattan brunching, but I always need to point that out. I ordered Any Style Eggs with Organic Bacon ($18), and my friend ordered Salmon Brioche ($19) and a coffee ($4). The wait time for the food was absolutely horrendous. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and our server only checked in with us when I'm sure my eyes were shooting daggers at him. Now it's time to dive into the overpriced food. My friend found her brioche to be average. For me, I thought the dish overall was bland, the eggs especially. The bread they served was soft, but, as another reviewer below mentioned, was not served with butter. The potatoes had a mix of flavor. Some were flavorless, while others had wayyy too much salt. The bacon was pretty good, though heavy on the oil. Overall, this is a nice place if you're in the area and there are seats, but I wouldn't come here again. Nothing was repulsive, but for the price, the food should be much more flavorful. read more

Adorable cafe and brunch spot! It's always busy and packed with customers on the weekends. The vibe is refreshing and reminds me of summer even though it's freezing cold right now! The food is tasty and fresh. The ingredients they used are all incredibly fresh and it shows. Plating is aesthetic and pretty too. They use edible flowers on the plates, making it pop and adds a touch of color. Would highly recommend! read more
Went to this cutie brunch place with some of my favorite big siblings! Immediately, I felt such a relaxed and pleasant vibe when I entered the place. There was so much natural sunlight and we had a table by the window, which I always love. The food was overall pretty yummy - I got a roasted veggie sandwich, my friend Z got a salmon brioche sandwich, and my other friend Ani got a Sunrise platter with scrambled eggs. The presentation for everything was gorgeous!! And while I have no complaints about the food, nothing was exceptional either. The service was great (actually, our server was really handsome, he looked like an italian model) For a cute brunch spot with friends, I'd highly recommend this spot. OL Days is definitely a hidden gem of a brunch spot! Stumbled across it on Yelp while looking for a spontaneous spot to try, and went on a Sunday morning. Was a bustling spot with lots of locals- Luckily had a reservation and was seated with little delay. Bustling spot with people coming in and out to order to-go, as well as dine in. Ordered The Forest and a matcha latte, both pictured. Beautiful presentation and fantastic taste. The mushrooms and brie cheese were an amazing combination of flavors. The matcha was pretty good too, quite bitter, so definitely add some sugar if that is your speed! The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that we had ordered another beverage about half way through the meal. We waited a while and it hadn't come, we asked our waitress again, and we still waited a while after that. Turns out it was ready, but never brought to us. We asked a third time about 25 minutes after first asking and she apologized, but then also told us we have 10 minutes left until another reservation needed a table. Ended up having to basically chug the cappuccino because we were very shortly after told we had to forfeit the table. I totally understand the need to turn tables for reservations, but was upset with the chain of events that lead to the rush out. Overall great experience and will definitely be returning! Hope to write an updated 5 star review upon my return!! Would definitely recommend checking this spot out, just make a reservation first! read more
They just opened in July 2022, but this is their third location, after Buenos Aires and Miami. The inside was bigger than it looked from the outside. I decided to try one of their Cold Pressed drinks, Forever Young. It had super strong with flavor, it will wake you up for sure! For appetizer, we tried Tapioca Bites. It lacked flavor somehow. The dipping sauces were great, but even with that, it was not as good as I wanted them to be. For main, we chose Champ-Pancakes, and Short Rib Bun. The pancake looked so pretty, large, with generous stuffing of fresh, ripe bananas. It was very filling and satisfying! Short Rib was so tender and juicy, with just the right amount of sweetness to it. An excellent sandwich! Our server was polite and friendly, we were well taken care of. We were completely full and happy after the meal. But didn't feel heavy at all, with all the fresh ingredients. I would love to go back again for more tasty dishes! read more

Super cute brunch place, originally from Argentina. You can pick up on some of the Latin influence on the menu - lots of focus on fresh and organic ingredients. Definitely make a resy, especially on the weekend! Nomz: Had the avocado toast with smoked salmon, it was very tasty, it also came with cherry tomatoes and cilantro and a tiny bit of arugula. It didn't skimp on the salmon. Banana bread was really good, I am not vegan but our waiter said it was his fav from the pastry section and it didn't disappoint. It was only one slice but it was a thick one. Oh and my friend really enjoyed her French toast! Drinks: I had an orange juice, it was freshly squeezed and good but was more of an "agua" as we say in Mexico - it wasn't pure orange juice, it was reduced with water. Service: It was a bustling place on the weekend but the staff was very friendly, personable and didn't rush you. Ambiance: Cozy, casual and bright inside, had some trees painted on the walls that gave it almost a garden feel. Nope or Dope: Dope, it was a bit on the pricey side once you added proteins but I think the ingredients were notably fresh and flavorful. I would like to go back and try more things! read more

Came here on a whim and we placed a reservation before coming here; it was definitely needed. once we were seated, I ordered a double shot latte and the cup was pretty big. For food I got the avocado toast with smoked salmon and a poached egg. It's a good brunch spot to catch up with friends and have a cup of coffee. I'll have to admit, I was shocked at how big the cup was and really enjoyed it since it lasted me until I finished my food, which isn't the case most times. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love brunch. A fried egg and some steak or a bit of salad?! Yes, totally, mmmm, *love* that journey for me. Insert some caffeinated bounty whether tea or coffee and I'm ultimately giddy. Now introducing, Ol' Days which has exactly what the Flatiron energy calls for but more relaxed and cheerfully designed with green touches, an expansive brunch menu, such great caffeine options, and tasty generous portions given the price tag. Patrons tanned from models to quiet be speckled study buddies, to people of color stylists talking trends, to a group of friends catching up over scrambled eggs. All hip. Sceney but not snooty. Does that make sense? The server was a charm and super informative. There were a few glitches: in the Patagonia salad our poached egg wasn't jammy or silky yolky but very hard poached, the gf waffle felt rubbery, and the server forgot an item we ordered. We ate our dishes and they tasted good in spite of the subtle missteps. Server was super kind, professional, thoughtful and apologized for the confusion. The interior and outside seating is all about aesthetic. Some servers are masked but not all. No stairs, decent clean bathroom to match the stylish modern minimalist decor but the Sonos speakers are loud can immerse you in a full scale concert (this time it was jazz & I sort of enjoyed it. lol). All in all wear a cute brunch outfit, be ready to spend $30-45, outdoor seating is solid 8.5/10 with highlights being ambiance, the cauliflower dish, and considerate service. read more
My friend and I were in the area and found this cute restaurant for brunch. We had a slight wait, and the kind staff member gave us samples of coffee which were amazing. The brunch was even better. I got the organic chicken which Ol'days nailed - tender, seasoned, and came together nicely with the pumpkin puree, arugula, and quinoa. My friend got the pancake which she loved too. The staff members were very kind and made us feel very welcome. I'm glad we found this spot and can't wait to come back. read more

Came on a Sat around 1PM. Took 45 min to seat a table of 3. My recommendation is to order the French toast and the tapioca bites. Tapioca bites are Brazilian, and my Brazilian friend said these tasted similar to the ones she's had. Came out crispy hot. Love the contrast between the crunchy outside and pillowy, marshmellow-like inside. The coconut cream on the French toast is subtly sweet and soft - what makes it unique. The toast itself was good too. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes which, by itself, was good. The orange syrup was what enhanced the pancakes. It's also a lot of pancake. So much carbs. The Sunrise was not what we were expecting - kind of had imagined something cooked and not just fruit and toast. Tbh I don't recommend if you're tryna eat a meal. Cheese balls came with the table; the cheese flavor was excellent, but it was cold and chewy. Supposed to be hot Service was kinda slow but staff are nice and patient! read more

The service was on point and the food was yummy. I loved all the fresh fruit that was served with every dish. I also ordered hot tea and I loved how they serve their tea. It is a rather small place and tables are very VERY close to each other. I had to squeeze by to leave if I were any bigger I would not have made it. read more

Had such a lovely meal and experience here. Some friends and I showed up on a Sunday, and although we did not have a reservation, they were kind to fit us in. Personally had difficulties deciding what to order, as truly everything on the menu spoke to me. I ultimately ordered the Falahfel Bowl , as it seemed like a fan favorite here on Yelp- and who else would I trust! The Yelpies did not lead me astray. Was so tasty, with so many great flavors. My friends got the Chicken Pitas, which also looked great and they equally loved. Portions were large and prices standard for NY. Definitely recommend! read more
