When I arrived, the service manager was good at talking with me and understanding what I needed. He arranged for a shuttle back to my house and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. When I picked up the truck the service manager was able to take my payment without me having to stand in line at a cashier. They removed all their paper floor mats and tags when they gave me the truck. Improve: I am always surprised that they do not do a better job on their out briefings. They just take my money, and send me on my way. I would expect that they would review the work order and the result of their inspections, as well as go over when my next service will occur. They also did not have my tire air pressure set identically though this was on their checklist, but the service manager fixed that when I brought it to his attention.

I have the same model, and it has generally been a reliable vehicle for me, and my girlfriend is quite fond of it as well.Used Volvo XC90s are somewhat limited in the central U.S., so when we found this one for sale locally in Olathe, we were eager to check it out. We inspected the car and took it for a test drive, and everything appeared to be in order. My girlfriend decided to buy the car that day with cash; there was no negotiation since she really liked it and the price seemed reasonable. However, just one day later, the check engine light illuminated. Given that the car has many sensors, I assumed it might just be a glitch in the software. My girlfriend reached out to 'SASHA' and communicated with his wife regarding the check engine light problem. We were advised to bring the car in for inspection. A couple of days later, we took the vehicle in, and they examined it, telling us it was ready for pickup. They claimed it was a battery issue. Initially, I believed this explanation, but I was somewhat skepticall. As an electrical designer for a utility company, I have a good understanding of electrical systems and their functions. When we picked up the car, the check engine light had been cleared, but it soon returned. The light came back on the following day. We took the car back again, and the dealership provided the same explanation. This occurred once more, and we were urged to bring the car in again. Nothing was resolved, and we received the same story about a battery issue. I suspect this dealership is dishonest. Regarding the concern with the check engine light; I own a personal scan tool for my vehicles that can clear check engine lights. I attempted to reset the check engine light on her vehicle. The battery was never a concern, as confirmed by the untouched battery terminals located in the trunk of the vehicle. Sasha and his wife are frauds; they used a scan tool to clear the check engine light prior to purchasing the vehicle. We drove just under the mileage limit to avoid triggering a check engine light before completing all the paperwork. Sasha also gives off predatory vibes around young little girls; he behaves in an overly clingy manner towards them. My girlfriend and I brought her daughter along, and while he wanted to hug and show affection, his actions were inappropriate and unsettling. His wife is equally rude and arrogant. Additionally, we have yet to receive the title for the vehicle, and the dealership has stopped responding to our messages. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from this fraudulent and creepy dealership. Holding onto the title is illegal for a dealership, and this practice is also considered fraudulent, which we will be investigating

I took my car the the service window and just like he said, the door would open and I could drive inside. Everyone was happy, busy and looked professional. I watched as a worker covered the drivers seat of another car before he got in. I was glad because this was a new car and I wanted to make sure it was well cared for. Then I started to look around. The place was so so clean! The assembly line you created was amazing. (I am an organizer and so I feel qualified to say this). I saw my sons name on the board for 10am and I asked how long this was expected to take, he looked at the chart and gave me a time that was already predetermined. Then I walked in to wait. Coffee, donuts, tea and water was there for us. I sat in a chair that reclined, had heat and massage. The lighting was perfect because the gal in the chair next to me was napping. I was out an hour before the time I was given and was able to return the car and have lunch with my son. I love this dealership! Jose was such a gentleman, knowledgable and courteous even after the sale was completed. (when my other son comes to town... he will be working with him). Reese was smart, patient and beautiful. I have never seen an organization with so many great employees. I think there are usually one or two bad apples BUT I have never found one at Olathe Toyota. They dress sharp, are so helpful and they work well together. It is my opinion that it starts with management. You guys have provided a clean and workable atmosphere there and I assume there is not a huge turnover because of it. Even the service area was clean and the temperature was perfect. Whoever designed that should get a medal! I could go on and on BUT that was my experience here. From the moment my son test drove the car to the moment he got tinted windows... everything was fantastic. Even when I picked up the car from getting the windows tinted, Reese explained what he needs to do to care for the windows and the other gal walked me to the car and then gave me the keys... while it was still raining. I had may tires rotated and they did not tell me they not only split my metal key to my wheels but over torqued the lug nuts. I did not find out until I brought my vehicle in for another tire rotation. They would not perform the rotation as they over torqued the lugs. Their response, go buy more lug nuts and we will use them. This was a horrible experience where they refused accountability for breaking my key and damaging all of the lugs. No sorry or options to make it right. They had opportunity to make it right and did not. I emailed the service manager to let him know about my experience - no response. Do not go here! They break things and do not tell you. Run!
