Thank you so much for so much amazing help! We got a lot of help from Jordan! All he did was try to help and make sure we got whatever we needed to leave with the car we deserved! #Gratitude #CustomerService #CarDealership #Jordan #Help

Mom's Avalon needed tending to since it had been about 2 years (ummm, thanks COVID?) since she took it in for maintenance. I was informed up front it would be about an hour wait since they were slightly backed up (for whatever reason)--and it was maybe only just so. I didn't mind the wait; I brought it in on a Friday morning--plenty of donuts to consume (I didn't, but they had many) and the coffee/hot cocoa dispenser was working--I did have the cocoa--so yay! Mostly a quiet atmosphere during that time of day. Both the lobby/waiting area and women's restroom were clean. They have free WiFi so I popped on my iPad and read my book. Shout out to my people Debbie and Adam! Love them both the pieces--definitely "good eggs."

My experience leading up to the day of purchase was a 5-star experience. Gevon was helpful all along the way in the test drives, answering my questions, and helping me get my dream car months earlier than expected. The fees at Olathe Toyota are lower than at other dealerships in the area, and I sincerely appreciate how they don't force you to take any add-ons. I would recommend Olathe Toyota to my friends, family, and co-workers because of their professionalism, their low prices, and the quality of Toyota cars. My experience the day I purchased the vehicle was unfortunately sub-par. There were a couple things that made the experience worse. 1) The wrong VIN was used for the first quarter of the paperwork. It was an honest mistake and ended up being perfectly fine in the end, but it was quite stressful and had me double-checking everything for the rest of the day. 2) Additionally, the dealership repeatedly promised verbally to waive the $100 deductible on service covered by the lifetime power train warranty (if the service was performed at the dealership), despite the paperwork saying it would not be waived. When I asked them to put that in writing, they refused multiple times. I trust that they will keep good on their verbal promise, but I'm not a fan of signing paperwork that says the opposite of what I'm being promised. Near the end of the paperwork, they even had an internal form that stated their policy: the dealership does not allow verbal promises that are not also in writing. They asked me to verify that they had followed that policy. Of course, I refused to sign that part. At the end of the day, I didn't feel like I was getting cheated or anything, because I generally trust people. But there should not be a sliver of doubt when you're making this big of a purchase.

Absolutely horrible sales experience. Very disrespectful and patronizing. If you had a reliable car to trade in, go somewhere else.

I have the same model, and it has generally been a reliable vehicle for me, and my girlfriend is quite fond of it as well.Used Volvo XC90s are somewhat limited in the central U.S., so when we found this one for sale locally in Olathe, we were eager to check it out. We inspected the car and took it for a test drive, and everything appeared to be in order. My girlfriend decided to buy the car that day with cash; there was no negotiation since she really liked it and the price seemed reasonable. However, just one day later, the check engine light illuminated. Given that the car has many sensors, I assumed it might just be a glitch in the software. My girlfriend reached out to 'SASHA' and communicated with his wife regarding the check engine light problem. We were advised to bring the car in for inspection. A couple of days later, we took the vehicle in, and they examined it, telling us it was ready for pickup. They claimed it was a battery issue. Initially, I believed this explanation, but I was somewhat skepticall. As an electrical designer for a utility company, I have a good understanding of electrical systems and their functions. When we picked up the car, the check engine light had been cleared, but it soon returned. The light came back on the following day. We took the car back again, and the dealership provided the same explanation. This occurred once more, and we were urged to bring the car in again. Nothing was resolved, and we received the same story about a battery issue. I suspect this dealership is dishonest. Regarding the concern with the check engine light; I own a personal scan tool for my vehicles that can clear check engine lights. I attempted to reset the check engine light on her vehicle. The battery was never a concern, as confirmed by the untouched battery terminals located in the trunk of the vehicle. Sasha and his wife are frauds; they used a scan tool to clear the check engine light prior to purchasing the vehicle. We drove just under the mileage limit to avoid triggering a check engine light before completing all the paperwork. Sasha also gives off predatory vibes around young little girls; he behaves in an overly clingy manner towards them. My girlfriend and I brought her daughter along, and while he wanted to hug and show affection, his actions were inappropriate and unsettling. His wife is equally rude and arrogant. Additionally, we have yet to receive the title for the vehicle, and the dealership has stopped responding to our messages. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from this fraudulent and creepy dealership. Holding onto the title is illegal for a dealership, and this practice is also considered fraudulent, which we will be investigating

I've done some basic troubleshooting, and all other quadrants are functioning properly and sound great at any level of bass. Since I live in Olathe, about 2.4 miles from the dealership, I decided to schedule an appointment for 5/13/2026 @7:30am. I even spoke with a service advisor and informed him that I would be waiting. He informed me that it would take 2-3 hours for his electrical technician to diagnose the speaker or wiring issue as the root cause. They'd then order any parts, if they didn't have them in stock. I was prepared to bring my iPad or laptop and work or watch a movie during the appointment. At 7:30 am, I arrived at the service bay, and the advisor asked me if I had made an appointment. I confirmed that I had. He then informed me that the issue would take a day and a half to resolve. I was surprised and disappointed, especially since I had taken off work for the appointment! I requested to speak with the Service Manager to escalate the issue. Surprisingly, Jared Drew (Assistant Service Manager), happened to be sitting next to the advisor that was assisting me and asked what I needed. I explained that I had made an appointment and did NOT do this through their AI scheduler. I spoke with an advisor and let him know that I'd be waiting after he told me it would take 2-3 hours to diagnose. I even let him pick the day and time for me to come in. So I asked the Service Manager if there was any accommodation that could be made. Of course, there wasn't. I expressed my concern about customers being treated this way and asked if he was okay with it. Jared informed me that the appointment was only with the Service Advisor and not for a car diagnosis. I was shocked and disappointed, as I am not new to this. In fact, in my 56 years I have never encountered such an atrocious service experience. I have owned several luxury cars, including Europeans (Jaguars, MBs, and BMWs) and Japan (LEXUS, Honda, Mazda, Toyota, etc) along with every American (Lincoln, Ford, Ram, Chevrolet) automaker and I have never had a service department lie to me like this. I tried to reason with him, asking if that was the case and why the information wasn't communicated to me when I made the appointment so I could decide on my next steps. I assured him that taking off work wouldn't be my decision. I also pointed out that if they were going to make this their working model, they should provide a loaner or rental car. This is warranty work, and with 23,500 miles on my odometer, it shouldn't be on my dime. Jared tried to give me excuses and even tried to divert the conversation. I told him that I was going to escalate this issue with Chrysler in Detroit. I took the day off today to do just that today and shared my experience on social media to raise awareness. Now, you can decide whether you want to give these guys your business. As for me, I will travel across town to a dealership before I ever step foot in that one again. This story will be shared with car clubs, friends, family, and anyone within earshot.!
