White Peach tea

Still enjoy Old Barrel and stop whenever in town. Love the samples. Many delicious teas, hot or iced, to try! New location is a bit smaller, but cozy.

Pecan Pie and Bee Pollen Black loose tea.

What a great place for tea lovers!! I was in heaven!! There are so many different, unique varieties of loose tea, tea bags, and tea accessories. I could have shopped here for a couple hours, just browsing, smelling the delicious samples, and enjoying a freshly brewed, refreshing drink! I ended up buying Bee Pollen Black and Pecan Pie loose tea. I was traveling and packing lite, or I would have bought at least a dozen more. But hey! Thank goodness I can order online (link in business profile)! LOVE this place!

I love this place. A NM based tea company and their service is great and tea even better. I highly recommend while strolling the plaza in Durango.

We ate at James Ranch today, been wanting to try this place for such a long time, and we finally…read morewere able to. First, the service was good, considering you had to wait in line to order, it went fast, then when your meal was ready you had to go up and get it and anything else you needed. So the cashier was super nice and so was the young man that cleared our table when finished, so that's the service. Excellent ambience for a nice day to eat outside. Clean tables, and no bugs to bother us. Plenty of room for kids to roam and you are able to bring your dogs. That's a plus! The reason I refused to give them a 5 was their food, which some was good some not so good, sure did not look like the pictures online. We had 4 people, 3 of us each got a different type of burger, the Green Chili burger, the Bacon Blue Cheese and the Bitty burger. Each burger's patty was overcooked and the Brioche bun, which drew me to the burgers I expected to be soft was extremely tough, very thick and dry... so in combination of the overcooked patty and the tough, not soft, bun it was not something I would want to order again, I ended up just taking my patty off the bun and not eating the bun, Very disappointed. My husband and son enjoyed the Roc fries with lots of ketchup, but again overcooked and dark. Some may like it that way. But not a fan and will pass on those next time. I would like to go back , maybe we went on an off day. If I go back, I will try something else as my son tried the BLT on the Focaccia Bread and he said it was excellent!

Loved the back outside area and it was wonderful to see so many family's with their puppers !! 11 out of 10

They offer a huge variety of products made with honey, everything from honey butter and wine to syrups and glazes. It's the kind of place where you walk in "just to look" and end up wanting to try everything. The quality and variety really stood out. Beyond the food, the shop is full of charming gifts and décor, adorable bee-themed plaques, kitchen towels, and more. It has that perfect rustic, Colorado feel. What really caught our attention was the outdoor setup. The large honey-dipper-style poles and the big bear statue make it such a cute and memorable spot, perfect for photos. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the Durango area. It's a sweet little gem (literally)!

We sampled several of their flavored honeys and ended up buying a few favorites to take home. They also make really great gifts. The kids loved watching the real bees behind the glass. We skipped the wine tasting but did pick up a bottle of their Bloody Mary mix. If you're driving between Durango and Silverton, this is definitely worth the stop!
