This used to be my go to spot throughout college and a couple years afterwards. The LITS and pint specials were always on point. As I've grown older I frequent less. We stopped in Thursday night before going to the movies. I had a free personal pizza coupon, so why not. We got sat right away, but our server took a while to greet us. Luckily we were talking and looking over the menu. We ordered our beers and wanted to try the Bavarian pub house pretzels. Yummy. These were delicious. The cheese was mustard based, which gave it a different taste. It was great. We both ended up getting personal pizzas. Since we came in early they were on special, 3.50. I had asked for mine to be well done. When they came out, his was well done and mine was not. No biggie. Sat, ate, drank, && talked. Finally asked for our bill and boy were we surprised. They had charged us $11 for each personal pizza. We could've ordered a regular pizza for that price. I handed my rewards card over to get mine taken care of. Manager ended up taking off $5 off our ticket, which didn't exactly makeup the cost, but whatever I guess. I love their food and drinks. Omg by far the best bartender service I've been to Natalie is amazing she called absolutely everyone by their names at the bar as if she knew them for ever even including us. Wait wasn't long, however once seated, our waitress came by within two minutes ready to take drink orders. We asked if she could come back in 5 minutes which turned into about 10. This wouldn't have been a big deal if the place was packed, it wasn't. Ordered our food, she brings the appetizer plates and we sent back 4/6 for being dirty. We get our silverware when the appetizers were brought out, had to return 2/6 silverware utensils because they were dirty. No drink refills offered, pizza wasn't as good as it was in the past. The staff members are sweet. I've only had one issue with them and it was when I had placed a to-go order for my mom when I was dining in. I placed the order at the same time I ordered my dine-in. I told the waitress when I was almost done to put in the to-go order. (35-40 minutes later.) I was in a hurry that day so I asked the server what was taking so long turns out she forgot to put it in. She said she could put it in now but it'll be another 30 minutes. I declined and just asked for the check. Probably one of the most underwhelming pizza spots I've been to. My husband and I ordered the Chicago 7 pizza to share. This was a veggie pizza with Italian sausage. The crust was cooked well, the veggies and meat were good. However, the pizza wasn't hot in random patches. Not sure if that's a problem with the oven or the cook making it. Not to mention, I found a dark strand of hair in one slice. My son (7) ordered the kids cheeseburger and fries. It wasn't anything special. Our server was very nice, but she spent most of her time at the front of the restaurant, rather than serving. We ended up waiting awhile between each time she came by our booth. Well, this place was cruising towards a solid 4-star until the food arrived. After that, the "meh..." set in. I came with a large group passing through from Nashville to Paducah. Because of that (I was driving the van!) I didn't have any beer. My feelings would probably be different had I been able to sample a couple of unique brews because they have a vast selection. I think I saw somewhere that there were 140 beers! We were seated quickly and had an excellent server. No mistakes and plenty of special requests from our table. The appetizers were fine, but not amazing. The wings weren't as spicy as advertised, the macaroni bites, were fairly greasy. The best of the starters was the Pepperoni Rolls. The Italian Nachos were okay, but not as good as basic nachos or BBQ nachos. Once the food came, it was all just average. Spaghetti pie was likely the highlight, fairly creative and yummy with the Alfredo sauce. The biggest disappointment was actually the pizza and that's supposed to be their thing. The toppings were okay, but not special. I love thin crust and mine was just not...thin. It was what I would call hand-tossed, but even then the bottom was nearly burned. I would think it an anomaly, but my friend across the table had the exact same issue. A couple of kids at the table had gotten the deep dish and it was not even close to what I would expect from something attached to the word "Chicago". Maybe trying to offer too many selections (The menu us vast...) keeps them from really nailing any one thing. The burger was cooked well, but the bun was soggy. This was my first time here, it was a terrible experience from hostesses eyeing me from the time I walked through the door and nobody helping to place my to go order. I'm not sure if the place is new or not, but service is terrible. And food presentation for Togo orders is trash.. the boneless wings are crumbs (but good) I had the Thai chili flavor, the pasta is watery and the salads are old. This is our new go-to place! I thought we might grow old making our way through the extensive menu and drink menu. Our server, Laci, was so sweet and patient with us, and we ended up going with her suggestions of pizza and wings. The mango wings could've been a tad spicier to match the menu heat level, but they were tasty! The thin pizza could use a tad more sauce, but again, very flavorful! I walked in @ 2 pm . The place was empty. The girl at the door stood there and looked at me like I was bothering her. I asked if I could get something to eat, she said the dining room was closed. She took me to the bar side. The music was way too loud with several employees aimlessly wandering around. I sat there for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging my presence. I knew I wasn't going to get anything to eat or drink anytime soon there. I got up and left. The same blank stare girl that was at the door when I arrived was at the door when I left. As I walked by, she didn't say a word. She knew why I was leaving, but didn't care enough to say anything. What is wrong with this place??? It's unmanaged with employees who don't want to do anything but still collect a paycheck. I don't expect anything special or employees to go above and beyond normal expectations, just do you job. How many other people have been treated the way I was and will never go back to the Clarksville location? If you don't want to do anything, at least be honest with yourself and realize you are costing Old Chicago business in these hard economic times. Tonight my husband and I came out for our once every blue moon date and were disappointed. I ordered a sunset beach, and almost half way through my drink, came to the realization that there was a BIG fly in my drink. It completely ruined my appetite. Although my burger was compensated, it still doesn't make up for a bug being in my drink. I work in this industry and rarely have a night off. So. So much for date night. Togo pickup order over the phone with someone who was clueless and i did not have confidence in at all(sorry) ...ordered Italian nachos burnt chips mixed in with not burnt chips very few skimpy toppings,thick crust pizza was very thin,tasted like gluten free or soggy cardboard was yuck,,big cookie (small)looks terrible and not brave enough to taste it,was told out of garlic butter,i lived in clarksville about 5 years ago and we really enjoyed this place we would happily wait 1.5 hours on daye night and choose this place to dine and really enjoy,i should have known it wasnt going to be good when wasnt busy at all and i could choose my parking spot on saturday night during dinner rush. I was hesitant to try this place with the low stars and reviews but I figured I'd give it a chance since I am new to the area and don't know the best places in town to eat at. Well this was for sure a winner on my list. The Chicago style pizza was delicious. In addition to that so was the salads and burgers. The burger patty was thick and was very flavorful. Our server was super nice and friendly and gave us some great suggestions on what to order. I didn't give a 5 star only because my husband ordered a beer after our initial order and he never got it. Normally, our experience here has been great, however the last few times we have been, it has been progressively getting worse. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the waitress (once she came to the table) tried her best to fix the situation. We came tonight, January 29th, 2022, and after we sat down, we waited 20 minutes before flagging down a staff member to let them know we hadn't had a waiter or waitress come to our table. Our waitress finally came and got out order. The appetizer came out wrong, and before we had said anything, the waitress said she told them, but nothing was ever done about it. Our meal came out less than a minute later, mine was correct, however my husband's pizza had 5 pieces of beef on it, barely on one slice. We flagged down the waitress, and she went to put another order in, but came back and said it would be remade but that the meat was under the cheese. While she was still there, my husband peeled off the cheese to reveal no more meat on the entire pizza. The waitress had to check 3 or 4 more times to see if the replacement pizza was done. I could understand if the restaurant was packed and very busy, but it wasn't. I am very disappointed with the way things went tonight, because we live out of town and always look forward to eating at Old Chicago when we come to Clarksville to shop. read more

The first time the manager was super nice and apologized and stated that it was due to internet issues and upgrades to the store. I understand, but second time was staff issue. Came here for my first time today with friends. I am extremely impressed with how amazing the staff accommodated my diet. I do not eat carbs and asked for a pizza bowl, which is not on the menu, but was incredibly easy for them to make. It was amazing and exceeded my expectations! It's a pizza without the crust baked in a dish. I had wings and a Caesar salad, as well. None of which disappointed. We sat at the bar and the staff were extremely fun and friendly. Food is good, but the service is always lacking. Waitress was pleasant, took our drink and appetizer order but didn't come back to take food order. I'm not from Chicago or New York so I don't have this incredibly high taste in what pizza should taste like but their Thai pie flavor halved with Chicago 7 hits the spot for me every time. It's my second time here and I got the stupid spicy burger, and it's not "stupid spicy" but it is delicious! I like this place minus the screaming drunk girl at the bar at 430pm and our waiter completely forgot our appetizer but later told us he had an emergency and had to switch us to a waitress who seems very on top of her game. There's so many choices for food and so far both have been fantastic. (I had the Chicago fire calzone last time) I'll keep coming back to try out more stuff just not super often as it's not really cheap ($10 is about average per meal not including a drink) If you want to know if you should go, I'd say yes! read more

This is a restaurant in a little town called Clarksville in Northern Tennessee not too far from Fort Campbell. After driving around a little bit in the town (its not very big at all) we settled on this place. Obviously so had everyone else as they were pretty busy and we were given one of those light up pagers to let us know when our table was ready. The main dish here is the pizza, but there were also some good looking burgers and sandwiches that I saw passing by the table. You order your pizza by selecting the style Tavern style (which is kind of thin and crispy crust), or Chicago style (a deeper dish style) then you select the type of pizza, we went with the classic which was pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and garlic, tavern style. it was ok, good and cheesy but lacking the punch that I expected from a truly great pizza. I think it was the crust that wasn't properly seasoned, and the sausage was a bit milder than I would have liked. But not a bad pie per se. The highlight is the selection of draft beers, they had one of my favorite beers on draft, Cold Mountain from Highland Brewing in Asheville, and several rotating taps for local star breweries like Yazoo, Jackalope, Tennessee Brew Works, etc. Our waitress was very friendly (almost to the point of being overly fake if anyone out there understand what I am saying here) but one can not fault her of being inattentive and she was helpful when it came to helping with selections. When we walked in we were told there was a 30 minute wait. We saw at least 6 open tables, so why the wait? We ordered sweet tea to drink but had to switch to Coke because the tea is so sweet that it leaves a sugar film in your mouth. We ordered the Chicago 7 Calzone for dinner and it is like eating pizza toppings in a stale unsalted cracker. The dough is flavorless at best and a tad undercooked. The food is great and the service usually is too. When they're busy it can be very spotty (as with any restaurant) but they try to be accommodating with any mistakes. They have good appetizers but I love that the Italian nachos are made with pasta chips instead of your typical tortilla chips. I've tried the different styles of pizza they make and they're all delicious. I love the Chicago style pizza and the calzones are amazing. They have a beer tour with at least 101 beers that you can sign up for, so if you're a beer lover that might make it a place to stop. read more
