We were seated within 20 seconds. It was a lovely day outside, so we decided to eat outside. First off, our server, I did not get his name, was absolutely incredible. Super chill dude. He took out orders, and it seemed like no time had passed before our orders arrived. One of us had the biscuits salmon. One of us had an omelette with a side of greens and I had the backyard burger. All 3 items were just wow. We all exclaimed that we had never had amazing food like this ever. The food was piping hot, fresh, and out of this world... Secondly, if you're an animal lover (specifically dogs), this place is amazing. We saw so many dogs (many of them service animals), and some of them were just household pets, so we got to pet them. This includes the olive oil cake, bbq pulled pork nachos, crispy Brussel sprouts, smash burger (although not consistent in size), and chicken picante. The restaurant is relatively new (just reached third year anniversary), so perhaps the kitchen needed more time to prepare dishes more consistently. For the most part the food now matches the social media hype. TIP: Others have recently noted slow service, incorrect orders. I have been visiting at the start of dinner service, and have not encountered this, so some of these issues may potentially be avoided by arriving before inexperienced service staff are overwhelmed. Most people will be seated on second floor which requires walking up a staircase. If special accommodation is needed I suggest informing restaurant in advance. There is some seating downstairs, but depending of time and day this area (bar) can get uncomfortably loud.

I'm sharing this in hopes management can give the team the extra staffing help they need. I'd love to give them another shot and leave a better score next time!

On the table we noticed they offer a Lunch Special thats a table tent on the table that lists 3 different typs of sandwiches with pictures of the sandwich next to the item. 2nd, It took 30mins for food to arrive to our table. 3rd, prior the Server asked how i would like the burger R, M, or Well, I asked for medium. Burger arrived Well done. Since our table was close to the kitchen window, i heard the server speak the kitchen staff that the fries were wrong on 1 and the entree plate because my wife asked for sweet potato fries. I also heard the server ask the cooks that onions was missing on 1 of the sandwiches. Because I can only guess that they forgot, Or didn't read the ticket properly. I saw the food sitting in the window.While the cooks made the corrections that explains my burger being overcooked and the fries were undercooked and/or soggy, because I guess they had a rush.The fries since the burgers were already prepared. But my wife wanted to add salt to the fries.Because it was flavorless., but the salt wouldn't come out of the salt shaker. I pulled the plug out of the bottom of the salt shaker. And it was course kosher salt, that explains why salt didn't come out of the top. Because it's meant for granulated salt not course salt. Total bill for 2x Lunch Specials with unchanged $41 included 18% tip. Not worth it. Sorry. (Sitting my self, waiting 30 mins for lunch with 2 other people besides me & my with in the restaurant. Meals not prepared properly) unacceptable. I even saw the manager pop his head out. He could have been sittng people and helping the server. What could be improved. If you have one server on the floor, management should be present to assist. And if someone's ordering the lunch specials, it should be explained that the pictures don't match what you're actually getting. And if there's a back up for your food execution because of staffing issues or something else. The server should be transparent, and at least apologize for the wait time or offer a nice gesture. But i don't think we'll be returning. This is strictly my opinion and not exaggerated and i'm in the business, 38 years to know what corrective actions should take place in these situations. If you're establishment is a franchise or chain of restaurants. there should be certain standards. And if these issues are the business model for this establishment. Downloaded the app before we went, and saw that if you spend $10 you get a free burger which is an amazing deal and they also offer rewards points. We ordered the buffalo chicken tenders (although they weren't saucy) they were crisped to perfection and absolutely delicious with a side of their Cajun remoulade. We also got their classic burger for free which I added jalapeños too, the burger was juicy and absolutely delicious. The last thing we got was the cheesesteak, which was also pretty good. I do wish the cheesesteak was a bit cheesier and had some mayo on it (personal preference) but overall a pretty decent cheesesteak. The inside of the place had TVs around which was an awesome ambiance to a quick local spot like this. Now when it comes to the service? I didn't get her name, but she was excellent. She was so accommodating and absolutely went out of her way to make sure we got everything we wanted. Extremely friendly and you can tell she was just a genuine person and wasn't just doing this because. But overall I am definitely going to be back here and try many more things off of the menu.

The sauce was really unique as well and I got a side of their buffalo sauce too. My brother got the burger I tried a bite of and wow I will certainly try it next time. My friend got the cheesesteak I tried a bite as well and it was really good. I think it was just missing mayo. It's a quick little pick up spot perfect before the movie. They have TV's also which was great to watch a bit of the game. The service though was 1000/10. She was so nice. It's a grab and go spot. She actually brought everything to our table. Including a few trips and her hospitality alone is why I would return.
