Best spot on Duval St to enjoy a cigar and drink. Laid back outdoor space is as comfortable as it gets.

We enjoyed a couple of days relaxing and lounging here with a cocktail and nice cigar while in Key West! Limited drink selection of beer, wine and non-premium liquor. Good service and great cigar choices. Interior and back patio options for seating. Could use some upgrade to the furniture/seating as several of the leather chairs need some TLC and new cushions but overall a cool space.

Cigars were wonderful very high quality nice little shaded bar in the back with great attentive service priced from $15-$50 with their premium floating at $20-$25 I would come here again for sure

I was really impressed by the knowledge and care of the front staff. However, once in the lounge, it was easy to see that I was not the preferred clientele as far more attention was granted to those ordering hookas or not smoking cigars in general. If you're looking for a traditional cigar lounge, this isn't it. Also, the electronic music dj was something I've never experienced at a cigar lounge. read more

I came in for two seconds. really wanted to experience the lounge. here visiting for work with the military. I asked the guy at the register if he could tell me about the cigars. he told me everything is in the stickers. that was so RUDE!!!! once he saw me reaction and I told him I don't know much about cigars and was here visiting he then quickly explained everything. but by that time I was so offended I just left. you shouldn't treat your customers like that. I was by myself too. really pissed me off. read more

Stay Away - Terrible Service and Bait-and-Switch Pricing We visited Old Havana Cigar expecting a nice evening, but it turned out to be a nightmare. First, there's no wine menu--when we asked for prices, the waiter quoted us $48. Imagine our shock when the bill arrived and the wine was $88! We had to argue with the owner, who was rude and dismissive. It felt like a scam, and the whole experience left us frustrated and ripped off. Would not recommend--find another spot in Key West for your drinks and cigars. read more

The cigar selection was robust, with plenty of flavor pallets and a good selection of cigars. They have over 150 different cigars. My husband and I just stopped into Old Havana Cigar Company in Key West, and it was such a wonderful experience. George, the gentleman working that day, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming--not just to us, but to our dogs as well! We spent time on the outdoor patio, which is shaded by a stunning banyan tree and kept cool by a lovely breeze. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cigar, sip a spirit from the full bar, and relax in a laid-back, pet-friendly setting. If you're a cigar lover, enjoy good drinks, and want a chill place to hang out with your furry friends, I can't recommend this place highly enough. We'll definitely be back! read more

There is a small bar with about 12 stools, a small lounge area with about 4 small seating nooks, and then a high top bench area that is along the wall. Service and set up of this place is not conducive to being able to attend to patrons. Could only order food if you were seated at the bar. We sat at the high tops and you had to go to the bar to get your drinks. Problem is that the bar has patrons sitting as well so you are hovering over them waiting for a drink. It was very uncomfortable to impose upon others to try to get a drink. I am sure they didn't appreciate the audience as they were eating as well. The bartenders were way too busy and overwhelmed. Not only are they serving the seated patrons and the 4 small nooks, they are also making drinks for the attached restaurant. There were a gazillion tickets coming out of the printer and servers standing on the other side of the window waiting. It's just not possible to serve everyone with just two bartenders. We waited about 10 minutes for service. The drinks were underwhelming for a speakeasy. Just your typical menu. What we ordered was okay. They just missed a great opportunity to create unique twists on classics or to have craft cocktails. Even the classics (which are perfect for a speakeasy) weren't that great. For a speakeasy, the drinks are the main event. Glad we tried it as we always seek out speakeasies. Wouldn't go again.

When the Dad asked how so, this angry man would not answer. Maybe it's time for him to retire??? Terrible situation. We will never, ever be back. Very sad.

This is my first visit to Key West; and as a cigar enthusiast, there are hundreds of places (or so it seems) to choose from. I walked in to Old Havana Cigar on my first day, where I first met Doug and John. Both are very knowledgeable about cigars, and steered me into a couple of excellent selections. The level of customer service is some of the best I've had. So day 2, went there again, Doug and John were once again providing excellent customer service. Again steered me to some excellent selections of cigars, some more excellent conversations. Didn't get a chance to try John's world famous Old Fashions. (I will take their word on that). So today is my last day on Key West, will be sailing off into the sunset on tonight's Key West Express this afternoon . But not before making one last visit for a cigar and cappuccino. If I could leave 10 stars I would. This was my first, but definitely not my last visit to Key West, but you can count on me visiting Old Havana Cigar Company.
