Big Piggy Dinner was Amazing!!

Great place. Loved the bar, ambiance and the food was amazing. The most friendly staff too. Awesome stop on our road trip.

This is a great stop for a refreshing beverage and some delicious barbecue while enjoying the park like settling or choosing to dine inside and enjoy the welcoming ambience. They have full bar service and are kid friendly plus the staff is so nice. The food is provided by Shay's Creole Smokehouse and the aroma is so enticing it will make you so hungry, I had the Pulled Pork Dinner with 2 sides, the pork had a fantastic smoked flavor and so tender with just the right amount of sauce, pit beans were awesome loaded with meat and smoked flavor, potato salad was good too. Next time on Main Street stop in and give them a try .

Cuban sandwich

Had the au jus brisket with potato salad - great food, great serving and amazing atmosphere with beer steins from all over and rock-n roll memorabilia - our server was so kind

This is the behind the bar it's kind of a hole in the bottom of the whole Mill Stream is really cool.

Amazing place can't say enough about it great staff great underground bar area. A jewel of St. Charles.

Stopped by for some drinks on the outside patio on Mainstreet. Despite serveral servers, we sat for 15 minutes with no attempt to serve our table of four. I went into use the restroom and see if I could order at the bar. Upon entering, two large dogs were chasing each other and jumping in front of the darkened bar area. I'm a dog lover, but this was just strange. They weren't under control and more like walking into a friend's house... except your friend would normally control their dogs. We left, disappointed as the setup here could be great with service and some basic hospitality training. Two stars for initial appeal of patio, 0 for the rest of the experience. Will try again sometime in case this just anomaly.

Well, it would have been a great night if it wasn't for the bartender who shows favoritism and a little too much makeup.

It was our first time in - we bellied up to the bar, where there were drink menus and a food menus for the browsing. We were advised to order at "the window" for food (clever) & did so. (Reviewed separately) The barkeep walked us through some of his favorites. I opted for the orange cream (sour spin) & found it to be absolutely delicious. The beer was nicely balanced, not too sweet or sour & no strange tastes. The hubby was very happy with his as well. We'll certainly stop in next time we're in town to try a few more & maybe grab some cooler beer!

*** HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! *** This review is based…read moresoley on treatment, exclusion, and frankly a questionable violation of ADA regulations, based on having a trained service animal with me. We walk in the door with 3-humans and 1- service animal (with identification on). * Manager on duty: "If you have a dog you need to sit in the room." *points to private dining space where no other patron is sitting, the room has the lights off, all the chairs are on the tables, and the heat is off* * Me: "Pardon? This is a service dog, and we'd like to sit with everyone else." * Manager on duty: "If you have a dog, you need to sit in this room, because we have a kitchen area in the main dining area." * Me: "Okay, but this is trained service animal and we would like to sit in the same space as everyone else." * Manager on duty: "These are the food and beverage regulations." ... he is now saying something even more asinine than before, clearly not understanding that the ADA exists for inclusion purposes. We did not want to argue with this man any further, as his attitude and lack of knowledge was already frustrating enough. The Manager on duty turned on the lights in the room, and then had the audacity to leave the room, while my boyfriend was left taking chairs off the table so we would have a place to sit. We stayed for about 45-minutes, ordered food and had a beer. Prior to us leaving my boyfriend's mom (who frequents this place and even helped them stay open during COVID with purchases and donations) went to have a conversation with the Manager to help clear things up and educate him a bit... he responded to her with, "There are no exceptions, a dog is a dog." To the owners of Third Wheel Brewing: I am truly saddened and disappointed in the lack of empathy, education, and understanding of individuals who need accommodations, and use service animals. I would HIGHLY recommend you provide additional education and training to your staff about ADA regulations, and the treatment of patrons in relation to such. While at times, certain accommodations are acceptable, this one was isolating and intentionally exclusionary. Please do better.

I work remotely, so I decided to find a place with wifi that I can finish my work week while relaxing (Chillaxing) a bit. I came here on Friday mid-afternoon and was not disappointed in the least. The bartender (owner?) was friendly and helpful. The in-house Vails Brothers provided AMAZING wings. The Happy Hour was a cherry on top. This place is big with plenty of seating options. Large garage doors are opened up when it's nice, and it provided a lovely open air experience--and plenty of outdoor seating if you don't want a roof. Someone had a dog, so I imagine they are dog-friendly (outside). This was terrific, and I'm glad this is in my neighborhood. Thanks, Chillax!

Expansive beer list, cocktails, including mimosa flights, and drinks to go (in Capri Sun form). Food was quick, hot, and everything so good. I would def come back if we are in the area.

It wasn't bad by any means, but nothing we tried really stood out as excellent or memorable either. Everything was just okay. Service and atmosphere were acceptable, but the overall experience didn't leave much of an impression. It's the kind of place that works if you happen to be nearby and want a casual bite or drink, but it's not somewhere we'd actively seek out or go out of our way to visit again. It was decently busy for a Wednesday night but there was plenty of bar seating. The decor is beautiful and I especially appreciated their carefully curated glass and tableware--all stunning. Our bartender, whose name I fail to remember, was excellent. She had great beer recommendations. We tried the Hefe Weissbier (my favorite, which paired perfectly with both appetizers), the Meteor Pils, and the Gaffel Kolsch. I'd recommend all of them if you're a beer drinker! The spinach dumplings are a must. They are bursting with spinach flavor and swimming in a rich brown butter sauce. We also tried the alpine dip, which comes with an enormous soft pretzel. It was okay, but the dip wasn't exactly what we were expecting. I'd probably pass on the alpine dip next time. Overall an amazing experience and I look forward to enjoying a full meal there next visit.
