After that she saw an item I had posted on Facebook and requested a wholesale order be custom made to her specifications. Upon receipt she gave positive reviews: months later after not receiving payment, I reached out. She mentioned that they had not sold well and I politely reminded her that these items were made to her specifications and that their selling is her sole responsibility, like any other wholesale account. I paid out materials and labors for manufacturing what is essentially her design, and she has yet to pay. She stopped responding months ago - I have screen shots of the entire exchange. This store wanted to give me a gift card when I had the original receipt with tags. Manager Steve acted as if he wanted to fight as was very rude. Very poor customer service.
