I said I would like to find Jean shorts maybe a pair of jeans too and white jeans. She asked style, size, and I was a deer caught in headlights. Girl I have no idea what size I am, and style, I like the lighter color denim. And distressed. After that I don't know. So she started grabbing pants off shelves, & hangers, was so nice to have a personal shopper, and she made it actually fun. Every time she saw something in my arms, should would put it in a fitting room with my name on the door. After trying on 6 pairs of bottoms and a dress. I ended up with a pair of jeans, 2 different style jean shorts. When I checked out, Patrick suggested getting another item since it will be 50% off. Which I didn't even realize I only had 3 pairs. A fourth would be 50% off. So I wanted to get a second pair of Jean shorts, but it just happens I grabbed the last one of that size. But... luckily Patrick said he could order me the shorts and they would be delivered to my house with free shipping. So I said, let's do it. Super excited. So in total, 3 pairs of Jean shorts and 1 pair of jeans. And I think I paid about $180.00 for 4 pieces. Huge savings today. I'm so happy with my shopping experience. Thank you Alyssa, you truly were a life saver. And Patrick as well, had a great experience paying for my items. And I'm excited to receive the other shorts within this week.

There was no accommodation, rescheduling priority, or compensation, despite the inconvenience and financial loss. The cost of the makeup alone exceeded the price of the photo shoot, making this experience especially frustrating. Scheduling and staffing issues happen, but when clients invest time, money, and careful coordination for a meaningful moment, better accountability and customer care are expected.

There was a female employee staring at me as I walked into her bra section, and only after I said hi did she say hi back. I did find 2 pairs of pants that were on such a hefty sale that I only spent $20 for both, but I really don't think it was worth the terrible experience.

The cashier said it would take 48hours for a review of my application due to a "duplicate application" and told me I could not receive a discount. But this was the first time ever applying for a Gap card. Afterwards I immediately checked my credit report and saw no suspicious activity and no history of applying for a Gap card. A few days later I received approval for the card via email. I only applied for the card to receive a discount on my purchase and I do not believe there was a duplicate application. I have no interest in the card and no interest in shopping at any Gap location.

Since the place had just opened it was absolutely packed to the brim and the line almost wrapped around the store. It felt like I was fighting with people to look at merchandise because they would hog up areas. I think it's just a kink with the store just opening.
