Great selection, however the bathroom and dressing room were super dirty and the customer service (or lack there off) that my daughter and I experienced in the fitting room, was very off putting. I went in looking for sweaters, but they were utterly wiped out of stock! Lots of sale items, but if you aren't an XS or an XXL you were SOL. The one sweater I found and liked (and fit) was one of the few items not on sale, d'oh. Still, I did find an affordable dress (which I will have to wash because the hem was FILTHY...did it get dragged on the floor or something? :/) I did have really good service at checkout; a lady who was a bit older than the average Old Navy clerk was super helpful in determining prices (since the dress had no tag). The girl running the dressing room was also very personable. Hopefully on a future visit they'll have more to choose from!! read more

I came in a couple of months ago and forgot to review. I ordered something online, and this girl said I couldn't make an exchange for the same shorts that I bought online because I purchased it online??? Same shorts. She wouldn't give me a valuable explanation and then flipped the screen over saying she couldn't do it. & then when I was leaving the store she told her coworker I was a bitch. I usually wouldn't make it a point to review an Old Navy TBH. However, after several super disappointing shopping trips here, I can firmly say this is by far the worst Old Navy I have ever been to. I was in here the other day looking to get my daughter some new pants because she has grown out of all her new school clothes already, but that is an entirely different problem. So I'll move on. First, this store is messy. Not some times, literally every time I come in here it is disheveled and disorganized. It makes it difficult to find anything in here. Would it really be that difficult to get some people on the floor to clean up a bit? If you're this busy, you should staff yourselves properly. It also leads to massive confusion every time I am trying to locate something I want to purchase. On my last visit. I searched through the chaos, found the things I needed and headed to the front of the store. Stood in the long line. Got to the cashier and we started ringing things up. The following conversation happened: - Me: "Hey I noticed those last pants didn't ring up as 30% off, the sign said they were." -Cashier to manager : "Are these 30% off?" -Manager: (literally rolls her eyes) "No they aren't only Ballerina jeans are." - Me: " Are you sure? Cause there is a whole table of them and a sign above them that says 30% off." - Manager : "Yeah, I'm sure. I work here every day. These are not on a table marked 30% off. These are Rock Star Jeans and they are located in the middle of the store, not on the ballerina table." -Me: "not trying to be rude, but they actually are stacked pretty full on the ballerina table. It's cool, I'll just switch them out with ballerina ones." ---- Come back with ballerina pants, and a photo of them stacked on the table where I said they were. Me: "You might want to move them to remove any more confusion". Manager " You probably moved them over there. They weren't there before. You must really want that 30% off." Me: "Are you serious? I was gone for like 30 seconds..... and... I picked the cheaper pants...." I don't need to come to a store where I'm accused of lying and moving products in their messy store. read more

I brought a pair of pants for my son last week. I knew something was off with thr transaction. However I had so much stuff I couldn't figure out what it was. I asked the cashier about the price of the pants twice. She assured me it was correct. When I got home I figured out she over charged me. U really feel it was purposeful. Couldn't help myself, went in because I got notification of a sale in email. This is one of the more organized Old Navy Locations. Although it was completely packed with customers, things weren't out of place and even the clearance section was pretty tidy. Found the cutest lil pants and t-shirts for my infant and some jeans for the big guy. I swear Old Navy always sucks me in. It's like the frickin' matrix. Love Old Navy. read more

The first time I went in this location was for Black Friday and it was TOTALLY ORGANIZED!!! I used to work at an old navy when I was in college and I felt like I might have stayed with it if I had worked here. Always friendly staff, and VERY helpful. I love Old Navy's products and this store is nearby which is why I'm always giving this location another chance. Every time I go I get charged full price for an item when it was suppose to be on sale. I don't know if they label it incorrectly on the floor or they forget to take off the discount, but it's extremely annoying. I tried to purchase a pair of pants today and they said they were full price even though the tag literally had a clearance sticker marked with the price. She said it was marked incorrectly. There were multiple pants of the same pattern and also different patterns in the clearance section all with the same clearance tag. How were they somehow all marked incorrectly?! Even when the in store email and online (which I know isn't always the same as the in store prices) said it should have been the clearance price?! I rather drive an extra 20 minutes to another location than shop there again. read more
