I live smack dab in between a regular Old Navy store and this Old Navy outlet, and I'm not entirely sure why this is called an outlet because they seem to have all the same stuff and prices as a regular store. Not as shiny and fresh as New Air Force. We don't like Old Navy as much as we used to and Barbi used to be a regular, but this store is one of many that have been definitely questionable in recent years. I might even add that we've had a few issues with them and I might even say that their service is going down almost as much as their prices are going up. Worst location ever!! The store looked like it had been hit by a tornado. The dressing rooms were covered in clothes. They had a checkout line back to the dressing rooms and only 2 lines open, it was this way the entire Christmas rush. I had placed 3 items on hold and told them I would be back there as soon as they opened the next day, they said no problem. I told the young lady please this is the only jean in this size, please tape my name and number to the clothes, or do more than leave it in this pile. I come back the next morning same cashier is there and no clothes were on hold, only the paper with my name was left. The employees are clueless, slow and they are not monitored. Very disappointing location and experience. Old Navy either needs to get this store on point or close it down. read more

This place is an absolute mess. The prices are NOT great, but you wouldn't know this from looking inside. The inside looks like everything costs $5. I've seen Goodwill stores that look like luxury compared to this. You literally have to dig through piles and piles of clothes to find something. Nothing is in its proper place matching the signage. I wanted to get a pair of joggers for my son. The sign said $10, but when I got to the counter, they were $22 each. I informed the cashier of the error. She asked me to take a photo of the sign and come back, which I did. She then told me someone must have put the pants on the wrong place. So...an entire shelf of pants are in the incorrect spot?? I also got asked to apply for an Old Navy card by every single associate. Some would be within a few feet of each other. I just said no to your coworker so what makes you think you will get a yes? That's so annoying. They are quite aggressive in their tactics as well. You didn't greet me, ask if I needed help or even tidy up, but you have no problem asking me to sign up for a credit card. This place is a joke. The Old Navy near my place (Galleria area) is where I'll be going from now on. read more

To understand my review you must understand my husband. He is pretty strict on the type of clothes our girls can wear. Shorts must be near the knees and nothing can be tight. Well with these requirements I head to the Old Navy Outlet like a big dummy. Selection Miley Cirus collection is what they should call it. Literally we found one pair of shorts that were near the knees. Now I am not saying all girls should have these guidelines, but I believe there should be options other than Daisy Dukes. Customer Service Completely nonexistent. I mean literally no one would help us. Wait a minute....there was no one there to help us. I mean no one until we checked out. Pricing Outstanding pricing. What good does that do us when there are no options other than a Miley Cirus costume. I will not waste my time here again. read more

9 out of 10 times I go in here it looks like a bomb exploded. So if you dont mind digging then it wont be that bad for you. The deals are good, cloths are sometimes irregular but it's an outlet so you have to expect that. I usually stock up each season and spend $100-$150 on a good amount of clothing. Again you have to hunt and dig for what you want. The staff are typically friendly but there has been the occasional twit that doesnt like their job and you can tell! Overall good finds if you are a hunter and as long as you dont mind the mess. read more

This is another Old Navy store in the Houston area but rather than an actual Old Navy store this one is more of an outlet. Not in a good way, either. I decided to take a quick browse in here but quickly regretted it. The clothing was not only the same cheap, flimsy quality found in other Old Navy stores but irregular and flawed. Pants legs had one leg that was noticeable shorter than the other, shirts had holes and stains, missing buttons and some items had obviously crooked seams. Add to this tables of disarray: shirts piled into reckless heaps, merchandise falling on the dirty floor with many customers stepping on the items as they clawed through the mountains of junk. Gross. One of the purposes for outlet stores is to move surplus, past season stock by lowering price points. Some items may be sold "as is" with slight flaws. Understandable. However, when the bulk of the merchandise is poor quality to begin with and flawed on top of that, why sell such stuff at what seems like regular prices? Not worth it. No way. I don't know if the store is always like this or if I just happened in on a bad day for it. I'm guessing this place has lots of bad days. I'm no fan of Old Navy as it is. Coming in here for a quick look and seeing what I did makes me say 'no' to this store. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I like that it is an outlet location so it is cheaper, yet they employ the laziest workers and managers. There is always a long line and they rarely have all registers open even for holiday sales. The managers literally stand around and talk as the line goes around the store and one person is checking people out. They need new management. read more

I will continue to shop here for the occasional deals, but last Sunday(5/22) when I was browsing for summer clothes, I was stared at the entire time by an employee who treated me like a thief. I ended up spending well over 200 that day in the store and I am a very honest person. To be treated in that manner was rude and unprofessional.
