So, it was a big step for me to try again, and I'm glad I did. Almost immediately upon entering the store I had an associate approach me asking if I needed any help. When she saw me at the discounted bras she asked me if I needed a quick sizing. This was helpful as I've lost a few pounds, prompting the trip in the first place. I chose some bras, headed back to the fitting room, and back out again to check out other items. During this time she did check on me a couple of times but she wasn't intrusive or pushy. When I was ready to check out, the same nice young lady came to assist me. She noticed that I didn't have either of the bras that I had tried on. I explained to her what their issues were and she actually listened. She could sense that I was there for a deal and offered me a different style at the same price point as the ones that were on sale. She went back to find it in my size and added it to my transaction for me. What a great sales lady! If I was still in recruiting, I'd be trying to get her on my team. She did such a great job. I wish I had caught her name. But I'm sure I'll see her again soon.

I immediately contacted the shop within 2 minutes of order being placed. I asked that they please update my order to the correct quantity. They emailed back a day later and said no, that they'd already mailed it & I'd have to pay for shipping to return the items. This is ridiculous that my request submitted immediately following a purchase could not be rectified and that they would then require I spend more money to send the items back. Talk about bad business. I will Never shop here again, and recommend you do the same.

She informed me that I would totally be able to return items that I didn't like...except regretted to further inform me that this location won't process cash returns if you pay in cash. ***She told me "that's the problem when paying with cash here"...openly admitting that there's A PROBLEM with giving this business my money! I could have just as easily paid with card, except now I am roped in to only having 'torrid cash'. The return policy even clearly states that you will get a refund in which ever form of payment you originally paid in as long as you have the receipt. If I had understood the depth of the scam I would have never given this location my money!
